SCHEDULE 'A' (PART -I B/R Portion)

Excavation in trenches not exceeding 1.5 mtrs. wide and not exceeding 1.5 Mtrs. in depth in trenches,not exceeding 10sqm in plan and getting out in Soft/loose soil complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour plain cement concrete 1:4:8 type D2 using 40 mm graded stone aggregate as in foundations and mass concrete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for walling of random rubble stone masonry, brought to coursed well bonded, bedded and solidly hearted built in CM 1:6 complete all as specified and as directed .

Supply and laying Moorum/red bajri brought from outside MD land, as in filling in pathways/floor, laid in layers not exc 15 cm thick, spread, levelled and rammed including watering rolling with 8 to 12 tonnes power roller complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for hard core with granite broken stone of gauge not exceeding 63 mm, deposited, spread, and levelled in layers not exceeding 15 cm thick watered and rammed to a true surface all as specified and as directed.

Extra over stone walling for hammer dressing to face stones and dressing of face beds and joints as specified, of random rubble walling with maximum depression on face from straight edge held against the dressed surface not exceeding 40mm all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for Precast cement concrete 1:3:6 type C1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate as in bond stones set in CM 1:4 complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for Keyed pointing to random rubble stone masonry in CM 1:4 complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour providing plain cement concrete 1:2:4 type B1 using 20 mm graded stone aggregate cast in situ as in coping including weathering, slightly rounded or chamfered or chamfered angles and throating as directed including use of form work as necessary complete all as specified and as directed .

Returning, filling in, including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25 cm complete all as specified and as directed.

Removing excavated surplus soil to a distance not exceeding 50m and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5 Mtr above the starting point complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for plain cement concrete 1:2:4 type B-1 using 20 mm graded stone aggregate 100 mm thick in lean/sub base of floors to receive top layer including necessary form work all as specified and as directed.

Material and Labour for sand filling under floors or in foundation including watering and consolidation etc complete all specified and as directed.

Supply and laying Reinforced cement concrete hume pipes class NP2, laid and jointed complete with one collar per length of pipe, dia 600 mm complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and Labour for PCC 1:3:6, type C-2 using 40 mm graded stone aggregate as in concrete bed to drain pipes including packing under and haunching against the sides of pipes after they are laid and tested for 600mm dia pipe complete all as specified and as directed.

Excavation in post holes (or similar holes) each n exc 0.5 cum and getting out, returning filling in and ramming earth or broken rubble mixed with earth around, in layers n exc 25cm, watering and removing surplus soil to a distance n exc 50m and making good surface in hard / dense soil complete all as specified and directed.

Material and Labour for TMT bar 10mm dia and over, cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking,bending spirally for hooping ,for columns,hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia or securing with clips complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and Labour for reinforcement Mild steel TMT bars 5 mm to 10 mm dia., cut to length, bent to shape required, in stirrups, spacers and binders and binding with mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9 mm dia., or securing with clips complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for providing reinforced cement concrete (nominal mix) in foundations, including rafts, footings, foundation beams; plinth beams ; bases for columns 1:2:4 type B-1 (using 20mm graded aggregate) etc complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for rolled sections as in framing for cladding, glazing and the like fixed with angle cleats and connecting plates etc conforming to Fe 410-W (Gde-E-250) complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for roof trusses (framed) trussed, purlins, crane gantries, rails and fastenings and heavy bracket framing (beam, tee, angle, channel or flat sections) including distance pieces, cleats etc conforming to Fe 410-W (Gde-E-250) complete all as specified and directed.

Prepration of new steel surface of any description not exc 60cm in girth and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of rex oxide primer complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing galvalume single skin corrugated profiled roofing sheet of 0.50mm thickness (Total coated Metal thickness) having tensile strength of 550 MPa, coated with hot dip metallic zinc aluminium alloy coating zincalume AZ-150 or equivalent (as per AS 1397) @ 150 gms/sqm, total on both sides of ZN (45%) & AL (55%), with super polyester colour bond XRW quality paint coat or equivalent as per AS/NZS-2728 (Category 3-4) of approved colour, total coating thickness of 35 microns of a super polyester XRW quality paint system or equivalent comprising of 20 microns (NOM) exterior coat on top surface and 5 microns (NOM) reverse coat on back surface over 5 microns (NOM) primer coat, on both surface, of approved colour shade fixed with GI self tapping fastening bolt/screw as in roof covering/cladding etc as per manufacturers instructions including 0.5mm thick prepainted plain galvalume sheeting as in ridge and gate covering fixed with GI self tapping screw complete all as specified and as directed.
