Supply and laying un reinforced precast concrete cable cover, class LV Type 1, size 250mm x 150mm x 40mm, laid flat adjacent to each other, perpendicular to cable in trenches for protection of cable complete all as directed.

Cutting of existing bituminous/PCC road or flooring/plinth protection, for laying of GI pipe in road intersection for passing of LT XLPE cable including excavation in any type of soil, returning and filling in and making good top 30cm of the trench by providing PCC 1:2:4 type B1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate to flush with existing road surface complete all as directed.

S&F, 40mm dia GI pipe light grade fixed to walls/poles or laid in trenches, road crossing etc., for protection of underground cable/earth strip including sealing ends with hessian cloth impregnated with bituminous compound in ground and with teak wood bushes for ends fixed on walls/poles complete all as specified and directed.

S&F, 4pole 250Amp MCCB with adjustable thermal and magnetic settings, 50Hz, 36KA rupturing capacity at 415volt, conform to IEC -60947-II/ IS-13947-II with enclosure complete all as specified. Make: Legrand CAT No 4202 49 or equivalent in Siemens / L&T /C&S /Schneider/IndoAsian(Optipro)

S&F, galvanized steel perforated cable tray of size 100 x 80 x 1.5mm thick with cover of size 100 x 15 x 1mm including clamping bolts and other cable tray accessories such as coupler plates, bends, tees, reducers, vertical elbows and fixed with suitable vertical and horizontal support structure as per site requirement complete all as specified and directed.

M&L, Earthing complete with copper earth plate electrode of size 600 x 600 x 3.15mm thick buried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25m deep below the normal ground level) with top edge of plate not less than 1.5m below normal ground level connected to copper strip 20 x 3mm as earth lead by means of bolts, nuts, washers and check nuts made out of galvanized iron or steel all as shown on Electrical Plate No. 3 of SSR Part-I including testing on completion complete all as specified and directed.

Notes: The unit rate shall also include for earth work in any type of soil, PCC 1:3:6 type C1 chamber, 50mm thick RCC 1:2:4 type B-1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate cover slab reinforced with 6 Nos of 8mm dia TMT bars both ways, funnel with watering pipe 20mm dia medium grade, GI protection pipe medium grade 25mm dia and wire mesh complete in addition to item No. 1(a) to (e) of preamble (Notes) under sub-heading earthing, specified on Sl Page No. 446 of SSR Part-II.
