Renovation and Upgradation Work for Conference Room at Computer Center

Laminated Wall Panelling: Providing and Fixing laminated wall panelling with 1mm lamination of required colour and combination on 9mm MR grade Archid/Greenply make plywood fixed on the existing aluminium frame/bare wall etc for bottom portion up to 900mm from ground in the conference hall area and the outer corridor area of the partition covered up to the ceiling from ground. Addtional strengthening shall be provided in areas demarcated for mounting TVs, ACs etc complete as directed.

Acoustic Wall Paneling Using PET (Polyethylene Terephthalate) Acoustic Panels: Providing acoustic PET wall panelling using 9mm MR grade Archid/Green ply make over the entire area of existing aluminium framework/Bare wall. Providing and fixing 9mm thick PET panel of TRANQUIL/TACET or equavalent make 100% polyster core having fire rating Class A and Class B as per ASTM E-84 tunnel test, Density 190 Kg/Cum, NRC 0.80 at 4000 frequency, using FEVICOL SR 998/Polygrip adhesive for the entire area on both the surfaces without leaving any gaps. The PET panels shall be fixed as per given pattern, specifications, colour combination etc. Making necessary slots in the wooden frames for cable raceways and necessary cutouts for electrical/Lan face plates etc complete as directed.. Addtional strengthening shall be provided in areas demarcated for mounting TVs, ACs etc.

Grid False Ceiling System: Providing & fixing Soft mineral Fibre Acoustical Suspended Ceiling system in module size of 600X600X25mm with Angled Tegular/Straight Edge Tiles with Exposed Grid. The tiles should have Humidity resistance (RH) of 95%, NRC 0.9, Light Reflectance >85%, Colour white, Fibre performance UK class o/class 1 (BS 476 pt-6&7) and suitable for green building application, with recycled content of 66% GW & 74% RW. The tile shall be laid on 24mm wide T-section flanges colour white having rotary stiching on all T sections i.e. the main runner, 1200mm and 600mm cross tees with a web height of 38mm and a load carrying capacity of 13.2kgs/sqm and push out strength of minimum 100kgs. The T sections have a Galvanizing of 90 grams per sqm and need to be installed with suspension system of approved make. Vertical supporting with j bolt and rivet system.

Single Leaf Frameless Glass Door: Providing and fixing 10mm thick frameless glass door made of toughened glass with suitable cut-outs for patch fittings, holes for handles, including providing necessary hardware fittings such as OZONE make hydraulic floor spring, Handles, Top, Bottom, Lock patches and pivots. Making necessary slot in the ground for fixing floor spring etc complete as directed.

Conference Table: Providing conference table in the required contour made in segments and assembled together using 19mm BWR plywood of Archid/Greenply or equavalent approved make and 1mm lamination of AICA or Merino of suitable colour and combination. Top made of 19mm BWR plywood finished to 40mm thick. Leg supports made to required contour using 19mm BWR plywood sandwiched so as to have an overall thickness of 40mm. intermediate supports as required using 19mm BWR plywood. Providing 1mm lamination of required colour and combination for all exposed and internal surfaces including leg and vertical supports etc. Edges shall be with molded beachwood beadings of suitable approved size and contour made to required colour and finished with mellamine polish. All necessary hardware, paste, polish etc are inclusive and the work shall be completed as directed. Depth of the table shall be approximately 600mm.

Renovation & Improvements to Storage Cabinets Below Windows: Removal of existing lamination by using heat gun, preparation of the plywood surface providing and fixing with 1mm lamination of AICA make suitable colour and combination using Fevicol SH adhesive. Providing necessary hardware material such as Auto closing/SS cut hinges, Antique brass handles, Godrej locks, tower bolts, magnetic catches etc. Providing 2mm PVC edge beadings to the door edges using Fevicol Pro-bond adhesive. etc complete as directed.

Carpet Flooring: Providing Solar Bright/SOLUTIA or equavalent make 7mm thick polyolefin carpet tiled flooring with Eco back using manufacturer recommended adhesive including cutting to size, wastages etc complete as directed.

Aluminium Sliding Window Shutters: Providing and fixing powder coated aluminum heavy guage two track sliding windows including all necessary frame sections such as cill, sides, top, interlock and sliding window sections. Providing necessary SS mosquito mesh with 'U' channels etc complete including star lock with handles nylon runners. Filling the gaps with silicon sealent etc complete as directed..

Roller Blinds 10% Openess Sun Screen (Vista/Window Fashion): Providing and fixing 10% Openness heavy Sun Screen grade Roller Blinds of Vista/Window Fashion make approved colour for all windows with all necessary premium accessories etc complete as directed.

Plywood Panelling/Strengthening for AC and other Equipments: Providing 19mm BWP plywood panels including necessary framework of size 75mm x 60mm wherever necessary for mounting projectors, speakers, backing for projector screens, strenghtening for mounting other equipments, concealing elecctrical and other cables etc including all necessary hardware material etc complete as directed.
