Demolition of brickwork or stone/ boulder masonry or PCC block masonry, built in cement mortar or cement lime mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars etc. but excluding ashlar facings, dressed stonework and precast concrete articles and removal of debris to a distance exceeding 500 mts and depositing where directed & complete all as specified.

M&L for pre-cast cement concrete solid block masonry exc 10cm in width with minimum compressive strength of 50Kg/sqcm using PCC 1:3:6 type C-1 (using 20mm graded aggregate) set in cement mortar 1:6 all as specified and directed

Taking down cement plaster on brick or stone walls, etc. including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water, etc. and removal of debris to a distance exceeding 500 mts and depositing where directed.

M&L for rendering 10mm thick on fair faces of brick or concrete surfaces in cement mortar 1:6, including finishing even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of reinforced cement concrete (reinforcement cut as required to facilitate demolition) any position not otherwise specifically provided complete all as specified.

M&L for RCC M-30 design mix (using 20mm graded granite stone aggregate) as foundations, including rafts, footings, foundation beams; plinth beams; bases for columns, etc.; basement slabs, under-reamed piles and mass concrete complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for RCC M-30 design mix (using 20mm graded granite stone aggregate) as walls, retaining walls, basement walls, ballast walls and the like; any thickness; above top of footings; including attached pilasters and buttresses complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for providing formwork to sides of concrete foundations, footings, bases of columns, raft and raft beams, sides and soffits (if any) of foundation and plinth beams; and similar work; vertical or to batter, for flat rough finished surfaces of concrete all as specified.

M&L for providing formwork to faces of walls, retaining walls, abutments, parapets and staircase railings and similar work including attached pillasters, buttresses, etc.; vertical or to batter, for flat rough finished surfaces of concrete all as specified.

Demolition of unreinforced cement concrete not exc. 15cm thick below or above ground level and removing the debris to a distance not exc 50m from site all as directed

M&L for 75mm thick cement concrete 1:4:8 type D2 (using 40 mm graded stone aggregate) as Sub base of flooring complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for chequered cement concrete colour tiles 20cm x 20cm x 25mm thick, with grey cement and pigment, set, jointed and pointed in neat cement slurry on floors/ steps, over including screed bed or bedding layer of 15 mm thick in CM 1:6 complete all as specified and directed.

M&L PCC 1:2:4 type B-1 (using 20mm graded stone aggregate) as in coping, cills etc including necessary formwork complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for cement concrete type B2 1:2:4 (using 40mm graded aggregate) in surface channel and drains complete all as specified and directed.

M&L pre-cast RCC (1:2:4) Type B1 (using 20 mm graded granite stone aggregate) as in landings, cover slabs (for manholes etc.) shelves and similar articles with plain faces and set in CM 1:6, including necessary formwork complete. Note: Reinforcement shall be measured and paid separately.

M&L for mild steel TMT bars 10 mm dia and over as in reinforcement for concrete, cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia or securing with clips complete all as specified and directed.

-ditto- all as per Item No.16 above but 6 to 8mm dia for stirrups/links etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for extra forming fair finished drain or channel 30cm inner girth in cement concrete ,using extra cement incl forms, moulds, mitred/stopped ends etc.complete all as specified and directed. ( Note: only inner girth shall be measured)

Add or deduct for each 25mm girth or part thereof over or under 30cm ditto complete all as specified and directed.

Desilting of storm water drains including dewatering mechanically / manually and removing soil/muck to outside the MD land complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling posts or struts (wood, steel or RCC) any section embedded in concrete, brick work, masonry, etc., including taking out embedded portion and making good disturbed ground complete all as specified.

M&L PCC 1:4:8 type D-2 (using 40mm graded stone aggregate) in walls or retaining walls, any thickness, size or shape including pilasters, buttresses columns, pillars, boundary pillars and posts (including caps and bases) and mass concrete complete all as specified.

M & L for providing reinforced cement concrete type B-l, 1:2:4 (20 mm graded aggregate) in precast posts, fencing posts, straining or terminal posts, struts etc. for fencing, average sectional area n exc 100 sq. cm, with or without chamfered angles and flat, splayed, rounded or mitred tops as directed and fixed complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for mild steel round bars 10 mm dia and over as in reinforcement for concrete, cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia or securing with clips complete all as specified and directed.

S & F in repairs galvanised. 2 strand, steel barbed wire 2.24mm dia barbed with 2mm dia barbs at 75mm spacings and straining and fixing to any type of standard rails strain- ing bolts, including, securing or tying at crossings with and provision of galvanised mild steel wire, staples or steel pins, etc. complete all as specified and directed. (each line wire to be measured)

S & F mild steel post, struts and flat iron in fencing including cutting tops to sharp , drilling holes, notching for wire etc and similar work conforming to Fe-290 grade E-165 complete all as specified and directed.

S & F for mild steel screw bolts (machine made) with hexagonal or square heads at one end and screwed the other, or screwed both ends, each screwed end to be fitted with washers and one hexagonal or square nut, n exc 15cm long and 5 to 10mm dia complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for two coats of synthetic enamel paint on new steel surface over a coat of red oxide primer including preparation of surface.over one coat of red oxide primer complete all as specified.

M&L for RCC M-30 design mix (using 20mm graded granite stone aggregate) as columns, pillars, piers, posts and struts complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for RCC M-30 design mix (using 20mm graded granite stone aggregate) as beams, cantilevers, bressummers, lintels over 1.5m span complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for providing formwork rough finished formwork to sides of pillars, posts, struts, piers, columns and stanchions complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for providing formwork rough finished formwork to sides and soffits of floor or roof beams, beam haunchings, lintels, cantilevers, shelves including coping and bands etc. complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for rendering 15 mm thick in cement mortar 1:4 on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces, finished even and smooth (without using extra cement) complete all as specified.

M&L for preparing newly plastered surfaces of walls and applying two coats of cement based paint walls over a coat primer complete all as specified.

Dismantling fencing wire mesh, any type complete all as directed.

S&F for 1mm thick PVC Coated chain link fencing wire mesh of size 75mmx75mm made up 4mm dia MS galvanized wire to any type of standards, rails, straining bolts etc. including provision of GI wire binding complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling wrought iron or mild steel work of any description not otherwise provided for all as specified and directed.

S&F for framed work such as grills, grating,etc with ends of bars shouldered and/or riveted, or forged into spikes, framed guard bars, barred iron doors , ladders, framed balusters, and similar work conforming to Fe-290 or Fe-310, incl portion framed and hung as gates, pintle hinges, stops, hand made sliding bolts etc. completed all as specified.
