Removing the existing Unserviceble/broken short rail and S& F New Ist class teak wood short rail of size 60x60x900mm all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Removing the existing unserviceable stiffener and provision of new stiffener I st class teak wood all as per drawing and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Removing the existing unserviceable leg on head board side and S & F I st class teak wood leg of size 60x60x660mm including french polish all as per drawing and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Removing the existing unserviceable leg on foot board side and S & F I st class teak wood leg of size 60x60x500mm including french polish all as per drawing and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Removing the existing unserviceable /damaged head board frame and S & F new head board frame including provision of 12mm dia half cut round teak wood beading all as per drawing and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

All as per Sl Item No 1.006 above but for foot board frame.

Removing the existing unserviceable /damaged 4mm thick plywood from both side of head board frame and S & F new 4mm thick plywood one side teak veneered face for both sides of head board frame including provision of 12mm dia half cut round teak wood beading all as per drawing and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

All as per Sl Item No 1.008 above but for foot board frame.

Removal of existing unserviceble plywood carefully and Supply and fix 12mm thick BWR grade of size 1830x900mm with screws all as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Tightening of all parts of bed hard ply top. Note for Item No 1.001 to 1.010 :- Unit rate quoted shall be deemed to include scraping the old polish after filling the cracks, joints and un even surfaces with wax and polishing two coats of french polish to complete item as shown in drgs and as specified and directed by Engineer-In - Charge

SIDE BOARD(FD-241/FD-372) Removing the existing unserviceble top and supply & fix new top made out of 18mm thick prelaminated particle board complete all as directed and specified on drawing.

Dismantling the unserviceable furniture parts for the following(1.041 to 1.081) and supply & fix with new parts made out of 1st class teak hard wood all joints to be fixed with Bamboo pins wooden screws where required, after completion of repairs scrapping the old polish, filling the cracks joints and uneven surfaces with wax and apply two coats of french polish to complete item as shown in drawing and all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge. (f) Removal of existing unserviceable Bow handles Chromium plated 125mm long and provision of new bow handles chromium plated 125mm long all as per drawing and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

(g) Removal of existing unserviceable broken dammaged iron frame legs and provision of new legs of the same size of MS conduit pipe (25mm x25mmx1.6 mm thickness ) duly painted all as per drawing and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

CHARPOY RECTANGULAR PIPE WITH PLYTOP OR's /BED HARD (FD/MAP-II/01, CWE/FD/77, FD/E6/MAP/08) (a) Removing the existing unserviceable plywood, supply and fix new 12mm thick commercial plywood with ISI Mark all as directed and shown on drawings.

(b) M&L preparation of existing steel surfaces by removing all dents filling with putty & spray painting with machine two coats of synthetic enamel paint OG/smoke grey as indicated in drgs & as (in the Furniture Yard , Unit lines & Officer Qtrs) directed by Engineer-in- charge.

Removing the existing unserviceable plywood, supply and fix new 12mm thick commercial plywood with ISI Mark all as directed and shown on drawings for GI Charpoy(FD-220), 32 mm plywood top with appropriate MS Nut & Bolts with Washer . If any flat iron 40 x 5mm thick broken/ UNSV duly welded & replaced the same and here-in-before all as per drawing and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge
