Provide, hoist, and install a 19-foot (5.792 m) structural ISMB 200x100 steel beam (weighing 147.12 kg) directly underneath an existing RCC slab, utilizing temporary mechanical props and scaffolding to relieve dead loads during insertion. The scope includes cutting two suitable pockets in the existing brick masonry walls, cleaning and applying one coat of anti-corrosive red oxide primer to the steel section, hoisting the section manually using chain pulley blocks, and wedging it tightly flush against the slab bottom. Both ends must be anchored into the wall pockets and rigidly grouted using high-strength M20 grade cement concrete (1:1.5:3 mix), including curing, finishing the masonry surface to match existing work, and clearing away all unserviceable debris within a 50-metre lead

Dismantling wooden wardrobes/cabinets including safe storage: Dismantling office wardrobes/filing cabinets having shutter doors (Approx. size 8.833' x 4' x 1.5') made of wood/board/ply, including hinges, handles, locks, drawers, and internal shelving without causing damage to surrounding structures. Includes stacking usable components and carting away useless material outside the premises.

Providing and fixing panelling or panelling and glazing in panelled or panelled and glazed shutters for doors, windows and clerestory windows (Area of opening for panel inserts excluding portion inside grooves or rebates to be measured). Panelling for panelled or panelled and glazed shutters 25 mm to 40 mm thick: 9.8.10.4 Pre-laminated particle board with decorative lamination on both sides, Grade I, Type II IS : 12823 marked
