Suplly , installation, commissioning and testing of 200 KVA 11KV/433Volt, Prefabricated HV LV Sub- Station, factory made, designed, tested and ready to install and fully conforming to IES- 62271-202 (IESC61330) Qty -1 No. , outdoor type , enclosure made with high quality pre-galvanised steel sheet 2mm thick for load bearing and 1.5mm thick for non -load bearing members, tropicalised to meet Indian weather conditions, including all the partition sheets & doors with base of the enclosure of 4mm thickness. with following below items, with and including cable ducting from RMU to transformer and transformer to LT panel and capacitor panel inside the Substation, with and including all civil foundation work all as per OEM/manufacturer's recommendations, lamination and power sockets inside the substation, necessary radium stickering work / danger notice board indication as per IS. complete all as per manufactureres instructions and all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge. 11KV , SF6 Ring main Unit complete with non extensible motorised operated , indoor 2 Nos 630 Amp load break switch as incomer & 1 No 630 Amp Vacuum circuit breaker as outgoing with self power relay. RMU shall be with STC 21 KA for 3 sec & with internal Arc of 21 KA for 1 sec for both tank and cable box. RMU tank shall be made of 2mm thick stainless steel with manual TIG welding & with front cable termination, RMU coupling shall be from side only , complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Transformer double wound, step down, 11000/433 volts, 200 KVA capacity, ONAN, Dyn 11, core type with copper conductor. Oil immersed ONAN suitable for Unitized substation housed in a enclosure with corrugated tank arrangement hermetically sealed. Transformer shall be provide with Off circuit Rotary type tap switch so as to provided for a voltage adjustment on H.V, from +5% to -5% (in step of 2.5%) of rated voltage of 11000 voits in 4 equal steps (5position) to obtain rated voltage of 433 volts on LV side including cable box on LT and HT side , first fill of new transformer oil having dielectric strength not less than 60 KV, suitable mounting arrangement complete and other standard accesssories all as per IS:1180 (Part 1) : 2014 specification . (iv) Cable Gland plates LV/MV compartment shall be of 2.5 mm thick GI sheet (undrilled detachable type) (v) Ingress protection for MV-LV compartment shall be IP-54 and for transformer compartment shal be IP-34. (vI) Earthing strip of 50 x 6 mm aluminium fo LV-MV compartment, transformer body & neutral (vii) All bus bars shall be made out of aluminium of suitable capacity (viii) Control wiring shall be of minimum 2.5 sqmm PVC copper conductor cable with proper colour code.

Supply laying jointing and testing LT XLPE and PVC insulated, armoured heavy duty electric cable with aluminium conductor, 1100 volts grade, cross-sectional area 185 sq. mm 3.5 core complete all as specified Note : (I) Excavation & earth work will be measured and paid separately under the respective items.

Supply, laying & testing cable XLPE insulated, screened PVC bedded galvanised steel strip armoured HT electric power cable (heavy duty) 11000 volts grade with aluminum conductor 6.35 KV (UE)/11 KV (E) grade, cross sectional area 150 Sqmm, 3 core as per IS-7098 Part II suitable for earth system laid in trenches complete all as specified and direcetd by the Engr-in-Charge. Note:- Earth work including excavation, returning filling in & removing, etc will be measured and paid for separately under respective items of schedule.

Supply and fix cable jointing kit for 11 KV (Earthed) grade cable for indoor termination cold shrink type joint complete with jointing material and accessories suitable for 3 core XLPE armoured aluminium conductor cable of size 150 sqmm complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Supply and fix cable jointing kit for 11 KV (Earthed) grade cable for outdoor termination cold shrink type joint complete with jointing material and accessories suitable for 3 core XLPE armoured aluminium conductor cable of size 150 sqmm complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Supply and fix cable jointing kit for 1100 V cable for indoor/outdoor termination heat shrinkable type joint complete with jointing material and accessories suitable for 3.5 core XLPE armoured aluminium conductor cable of size 185 sqmm to 300 sqmm complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

M&L earthing complete with galvanised steel earth plate electrode 60cm x 60cm and 6 mm thick buried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25 metres deep below normal ground level) with top edge of plate not less than 1.5 meters below normal ground level, connecting to the Galvanised iron earth lead 32mmx6mm size, by means of bolts, nuts, check buts and washers of galvanised iron and 32mmx6mm earth lead protected by provision of GI medium grade pipe 40mm bore including provision of aggregates with 40mm thick cover of RCC (1;2:4) of size 300x 300x 40 mm reinforced with XPM (weight not less than 4 Kg/Sqm) and frame of angle iron 40mmx40mmx6mm with lugs 02 Nos and with 6mm dia MS bar handle made to shape, GI light grade 20mm bore pipe for watering , common salt and charcoal filling, test point , funnel, wire mesh and earth work in any type of soil, returning filling in and removal of surlus soil to distance not exceeding 50 metre, complete all as per electrical plate No 3 of SSR-2009 Part-I and connecting to earth test point all as specified or indicated including testing on completion complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour earthing with copper plate 600×600 ×3.15mm thick electrode and 20×3mm copper strip as earthing lead, buried directly in ground to a depth not less than 2.25 mtr deep below normal ground level with top edge of the earth plate not less than 1.5 mtr deep below normal ground level connected to20×3mm copper strip as earthing lead by means of nuts, bolts and washers of steel after welding of GI strip to earth electrode to the full length of earth plate, GI medium grade pipe 40 mm bore protection pipe upto test point, 20mm dia GI light grade watering pipe with funnel and wire mesh, RCC pit cover of size 300x300x40mm reinforced with XPM having weight not less than 4Kg/sqm including 6mm thick MS bar handle made to shape, PCC pit with 1:3:6 type C1 with angle iron frame made of angle iron of size 40x40x4mm, adequate qty of charcoal dust and salt layers all around the earth plate, excavation , earth work in any type of soil, removal of excavated soil and returning filling in all as required at site complete all as specified in electrical plate No 3 of SSR-2009 Part-I and all as specified or indicated including testing on completion.NOTE :-Rates inclusive of necessary excavation in any type of soil, earth work, PCC pit, RCC cover, funnel with watering pipe,copper earth strip upto 7.5 m long for connecting to test point etc.

M&L GI pipe light grade 80 mm bore (ISI marked) for cable protection fixed to walls/ poles or laid in trenches, under road, ducts etc with fixing clamps, nuts bolts etc all as specified.

Cutting the tarmac / hard standings and excavating in trenches across the road for laying cable including making good the excavated portion by means of PCC 1:3:6, type C1 (Using 20 mm graded crushed stone aggregate)matching with the surroundings all as directed.

Excavation in trenches not exceeding 1.50m wide and not exceeding 1.50m in depth for foundation of poles, stay assembly and laying of LT/HT cables in any type of soil and getting out, complete all as specified.

Returning, filling in, including spreading, leveling, watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25cm, in any type of soil, complete all as specified and as directed.

Removal of excavated material to a distance not exc 50m and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5mtr above starting point complete all as specified and directed

M&L Dry sand cushioning to UG cable 8 cm thick before laying and 15cm thick after laying complete all as specified and directed. Note:- 1.Dry fine sand of best available quality shall be used. 2.Punned thickness shall be made and paid.

M&L Sub class `B` bricks laid dry flat transversely along the length of cable with width equal to the length of bricks over sand cushioning as protection cover of cable laid, complete all as specified and directed.

Supply, install, testing and commissioning of shadowless operation theatre emergency light confirming to IEC 60601-01 of medical electrical equipment and IEC 60601-2-41 for surgical and examination lights, ceiling mounted type with corresponding arm system and two light heads, with the spring loaded lower arm for height adjustment for the light heads, fully integrated surrounding grips, central focusing handle, including providing back up for duration of approx. 3 hours in case of power failure complete all as specified and directed consisting of following features:- Make: Dentis-Luvis Model M310/M210 or Drager Model Polaris 100/200 or equivalent model in Elpis Medical Co/ equivalent approved from HQ CEWC/ HQ E-in-C

Notes : (a) Each set consists of two nos light heads, with one light Satellite dome/head size not more than 50cm diameter consisting of more than 50 Nos LEDs equipped with its own lens reflector system for maximum output of 1,20,000 LUX with an output range of 40,000 to 120,000 LUX with intensity control in minimum 6 steps without Boost. Main light Dome/Head size not more than 60cm diameter consisting of more than 80 No’s LEDs equipped with its own lens reflector system for maximum output of 1,60,000 LUX with an output range of 40,000 to 1,60,000 LUX with intensity control in minimum 6 steps without Boost. Each light head consists of synchronised intuitive control panel and touch sensor panel, smart sensors 4 nos in each light head/dome for detecting the obstacle & increase the intensity automatically, centre grip (quick controller & four Nos. additional autcolavable handles). (b) Both with a color temperature of 3800K/ 4300 K/4800K and a color rendition index of 95. (c)The LED shall be individual lens reflector system with homogeneous illumination field and adapted reflector system to provide illuminated field from Minimum 20 to Maximum 30 cms.

(d) The LED life shall be minimum of 50,000 Hours manufacturer certifcate for the same shall be produced before claiming payment. (e) The OT lights shall be of CE European and USFDA Certified (f) The depth of illumination shall be of minimum 1250 mm to 1300 mm with Dynamic Color Temperature with minimum Heat rise and UV emission alongwith an option for compatibility for Camera recording systems as a future expansion. (g) The material of construction shall be of ABS body with Length of the Spring Loaded Arm of Main Dome is in the approx range of 2150-2200 mm & Spring Loaded Arm for Satelliete Dome length is in approx range of 2000-2050mm and angle of movement of arms is 360°. The OT lights shall be suitable for operation of Power supply unit 100-240 V with Input: Main power supply: 100-240 V/AC 50-60 Hz. Approx Power consumption should be between 100-120 Watts each Dome (h) The quoted rate inclusive of provision of Single-Phase online UPS capacity 3KVA purely sine wave which gives minimum 3Hours battery backup time with SMF batteries of suitable Capacity. (j) Test Certificates of complete light fitting shall be provided before claiming payment.

(k) The quoted rate inclusive of complete pre-installation set up for installation of the fitting on ceiling by representative of OEM with all necessary equipments/parts including any addn/altn required at site complete. (l) The quoted rate inclusive of installation, testing, commissioning complete by representative of OEM. (m) The quoted rates are inclusive of minimum warranty of 2 years and for complete comprehensive maintenance (CMC) for 3 years from date of completion of warranty period with complete provision for replacement of defective spares of OT light with UPS & batteries complete. The minimum period of service visit shall be not less than once in four months including during warranty period and CMC period. (n) The quoted rate inclusive for submain wiring two single core of size 6 sqmm PVC insulated with stranded copper conductor wire FRLS type ISI marked through & incl PVC rigid concealed conduit and conduit acessaries and one single core of size 6.0 sqmm PVC insulated with stranded copper conductor wire FRLS type ISI marked for continuous earth continuity conductor complete from OT light fitting to SPN DB including provision of 4 way Double door IP-43, IK08 sheet metal DB with SPN MCB 6 to 32 A - 01 Nos and SP MCBs 6 to 32 A -02 Nos complete all as specified.

Dismanlting old unserviceable conventional OT lights complete and depositing to MES storeyard complete all as specified and directed.
