Providing and laying 2.50 cm thick Grading Concrete over roof slab with cement concrete (1:2:2) using 4.7mm size black hard granite crusher broken chips and screened & washed sharp river sand of approved quality from approved quarry and finished smooth, including watering and curing for the required period including cost, conveyance, royalties of all materials, cost of all labour, labour CESS, T&P etc. required to complete the work in all respect as per direction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing ,Supplying fitting and fixing of Polished Vitrified floor tiles of premium grade having thickness 8mm to 10mm confirming to IS 15622:2006 (Group-B la) of size 600mm x 600mm, Plain Ivory, in floors and treads on steps and landing on 20mm thick bed of cement mortar 1:4(1 cement : 4 screened and washed river sand ) jointed with neat white cement mixed with pigment to match he shades of the tiles ,curing for required days , including cost of pre cast tiles , cost , conveyance , royalty of all materials, cost of all labour , labour CESS and T&P required to complete the work in all respect as per specification and direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Providing ,Supplying fitting and fixing of Polished Vitrified tiles of premium grade having thickness 8mm to 10mm confirming to IS 15622:2006 (Group-B la) of size 600mm x 600mm . Plain Ivory, in Dados skirting and rises of steps on 12mm thick cement plaster 1:3 (1 cement :3 screened and washed river sand) jointed with neat cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of the tiles , ,curing for required days , including cost of pre cast tiles , cost , conveyance , royalty of all materials, cost of all labour , labour CESS and T&P required to complete the work in all respect as per specification and direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Supplying, fitting & fixing of MS Window grills, grill gates and Doors made of ISI marked MS angle, M.S Flat or M.S square bars (10mm) and all fittings and fixtures of approved design and specification including cost, conveyance, fabrication of all materials, cost of all labour, labour CESS and T&P. etc. required to complete the work in all respect as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Removing old cement/lime plaster from walls including racking out joints 12mm deep and removing the debris with in 50m lead including cost of all labour, Labour CESS and T&P. etc required to complete the work in all respect, as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Providing 12 mm thick cement plaster with cement mortar (1:6) with screened and washed sharp river sand for mortar and finished smooth to the rough surface of walls after racking out joints including watering and curing, rounding of corners, providing grooves where ever necessary with cost, conveyance, royalties of all materials, cost of all labour, Labour CESS,T&P, and scaffolding as required to complete the work in all respect as per the Direction of the Engineer-in-charge .

Providing 6mm. thick cement plaster in cement mortar (1:4) to RCC surfaces finished smooth including closed deep chipping and slurry treatment using good quality screened and washed river sand, including watering and curing, rounding of corners, providing grooves where ever necessary with cost, conveyance, royalties of all materials, cost of all labour, labour CESS,T&P, and scaffolding as required to complete the work in all respect as per the Direction of the Engineer-in-charge .

Providing and Painting the surface of the walls with one coat of wall primer(water based) of approved quality after cleaning the plastered surface perfectly by watering and brushing including cost , conveyance of all material, brushes, all labour, scaffolding, T&P etc. required to complete the work in all respect as per specification and direction of the engineer-in-charge.

Finishing interior surfaces of walls with two coats of Plastic emulsion paint of approved quality and shade from a recognized company to give an even shade including preparation of the surface before applying , including cost of scaffolding ,staging and cost ,conveyance of all materials ,cost of all labour, labour CESS and T&P required to complete the work in all respect as per specification and direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Providing & painting exterior surfaces of walls with two coats of Weather seal coat paint of approved quality and shade from a recognized company to give an even shade, after cleaning the plastered surface perfectly by watering and brushing including cost of scaffolding ,staging and cost ,conveyance of all materials ,all labour, labour CESS and T&P required to complete the work in all respect as per specification and direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Painting 2 (Two) coats with synthetic enamel paint to iron work over a coat of primer of approved colour, shade after sand papering , polishing the surface including cost, conveyance of all materials, all labour, labour CESS T&P , scaffolding etc. required to complete the work in all respect as per drawing and technical specification and direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

R.C.C. work with M-20 grade In Different RCC Works having minimum compressive strength in work test of 200 Kg/Cm² in 15cm cubes at 28 days after mixing and texts conducted in accordance with relevance IS code using 20 mm and downgraded size black hard granite crusher broken stone chips and screened and washed sharp river sand of approved quality and from approved quarry including hoisting lowering and laying concrete and compacting by using vibrator, watering, curing for 28 days, including cost of centering & shuttering and finishing the exposed surface smooth providing grooves or beads where necessary including cost, conveyance, royalty, Addl charg, DMF & EMF of all materials , cost of all labour, labour CESS T&P etc. required for complete the work in all respect but excluding cost and conveyance of M.S. rods or Tor steel & binding wires and labour charges for strengthening, cutting, bending grills and placing in proper position as per the direction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Supplying, fitting and placing uncoated SeQR TMT bar reinforcement including straightening bent up or coiled rods, cutting, bending, cranking, hooking, welding or jointing (if required) and binding, tying and placing in proper position as required for RCC works including cost, conveyance of steel and binding wires of 18 to 20 gauge and cost of all labour, labour CESS T&P etc. required for complete the work in all respect as per drawing and technical specification and directed by the Engineer-in-charge. (Weight of reinforcement shall be calculated on the basis of IS 1732, wastage ,overlaps, couplings, welded joints ,spacer bars, chairs, stays, and annealed steel wire or other method of binding &placing shall not be considered for payment).

Providing and fixing of WPC door frames with rebate cuts and finished cross section size 75mm x 45mm or 90mm x 50mm, including cost of all materials, cost of all labour conveyance, taxes, loading, unloading scaffolding, slaging watering and curing, T&P, etc, complete as per the direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and laying waterproof with polymeric bitumenous membrane (Plastic felt) of 2.25 kg per sqm and 2.0mm thickness consisting of layers having center core of 20microns thermoplastic high molecolar high density polyethylene H.M.H.D.P.E film of grade 2504 including priming the surface with bitumenous primer @ 0.3 kg per sqm. providing a coat of hot blown bitumen of 1.32 kg per Sqm, applying and laying plastic felt membranc with 10 cm overlap adhered to blown bitumen of 85/25 or 90/15 grade and covered with a layer of hot blown bitumen @ 1.2 kg per sqm etc. complete.

Supplying ,fitting and fixing in position Factory made Flush door shutters of 30/32 thick ( Non sal hard wood frame fixed with 4mm BWR (ISI) ply wood on both sides of frame ) of approved quality and size including fitting and fixing etc. complete with all labour,labour CESS, all iron fittings and wooden hinged cleats as required for the work & fixed in position with cost, conveyance, royalties labour with T & P required for the work etc. complete in all respect in all floors as directed by the Engineer-In-Charge.
