Cleaning of site

Excavation in foundation in ordinary soil (Loam clay, or sand ) including lift upto 1.5 m & lead up to 30.0 Mtr & including filling,watering and ramming ofexcavated earth in to the trenches or in to the space between the building and the sides of foundataion trenches or in to the plinth and removal & disposal of surplus earth as directed by the Engineer- In-Charge up to a distance of 30.0 Mtr from the foundation trenches .as per S.I no 251

Concrete in foundation with 1:4:8 with 20 mm gauge approved Brick ballast,approved sand and cement including supply of all materials, labour and T&P etc. required for proper completion of the work

Reinforced Cement Concrete work with cement,approved coarse sand of 2.5 F.M and 2 cm(3/4") gauge approved stone grit in proportion of 1:1.5:3 in lintel of door&windows excluding supply of reinforcement and its bending but including its fixing and binding the same with 24 B.W.G.G.I.binding wire and including necessary centering and shuttering etc.and supply of all materials, labour and T&P etc. required for proper completion of the work.including cost of Binding wire as per S.I no 283 Beam plinth

Mild steel or iron work in plain or RCC work

M-150 class brick work in 1:4 cement coarse sand.up to plinth level all complete work

M-150 class brick work in 1:4 cement coarse sand.in super structure all complete work

12 mm thick plastering work in 1:3 cement sand mortor all compltete work

Cement concrete flooring in 1:2:4 mortor avg 40 mm thick including all labour material T&P

P/L of Birlla putty two coat all complete

Oil Bound with Distemper of approved quality two coat

Providing & laying of 8to10 mm thick ivory or light shade Vitrified tiles of 600mmx600mm size in flooring or skirting laid with 1:3 cement morter (1Cement: 3Coarse send) finishing with cement slurry & with pigment grouting & polishing complete i/c supply of all materials, labour T&P required for proper completion of work confirming to DSR item no.11.41 S.N0-14.36
