Demolition of brickwork or stone/boulder masonry built in cement mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars etc., but excluding ashlar facing, dressed stone work and precast concrete articles, complete all as specified & directed.

Demolition of cement concrete (unreinforced) etc in ground floors and pavings n exc 15 cm thickness (below or above ground level)

Dismantling floor, hearth or wall tilling and terrazo topping incl cement mortar bedding ( but not backing) removing serviceable tiles to stores and rubish off the premises

Taking down cement plaster/ including backing etc from brick/stone walls / concrete surfaces including raking out joints, hacking for key , scrubbing down with water etc complete all as specified and directed

Taking down, easing and adjusting shutters of any description, exceeding. 1.00 Sqm and not exceeding 2.00 Sqm each and re-fixing in the same or other opening completa all as specified and directed.

M&L for Brickwork with Fly Ash Bricks (old size), straight or curved on plan exceeding 6 metre mean radius built in cement sand mortar 1:6 complete all as specified.

M&L burnt clay brick work with sub-class 'B' bricks,(old size) straight or curved on plan exc 6 m mean radius built in cement mortar 1:4 complete all as specified and directed.

S&F Steel window/ventilator factory made, made out of mild steel box type and shutter suitable for double shutter i.e. Glazed and gauged shutter. Glazed shutter made out of hollow' section with sash bar and gauged shutter made out of hollow section without sash bar including hinges, tower bolt, handle, grill 10 mm sq bar including two coat of synthetic enamel paint over one coat of red oxide primer, tarred hold fasts, PCC bed blocks for fixing hold fast, including plain/figured glass 3mm thick and stainless steel wire cloth 0.36mm nominal dia of wire & average width of aperture 1.18mm & fixed with stainless steel wire staples`etc incl taking out existing windows and ventilators of any type and description complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repair Factory made solid panel PVC door shutter 30 mm thick (style) consisting of frame made out of M.S. tubes for top & bottom rails. M.S. frame shall be covered with heat moulded plain colour PVC ‘C’ channel having a PVC sheet strip of 20mm width stuck inside with solvent cement for stiles and plain colour PVC sheets for top rail, lock rail & bottom rail on either side & as gap insert for top rail & bottom rail; Panelling of plain colour PVC sheet to be fitted in the M.S. frame welded / sealed to the stiles & rails with suitable PVC sheet beading, and joined together with solvent cement, suppling & fixing in the frame at site complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

(Minimum weight 20mm-210 gms including Dismantling/taking down of old brocken water tanks and refixing of inlet, outlet & over flow pipe etc complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for Vitrified light shade ceremic tiles 600mmx600mmx 8.5 mm thick (Square/rectangular) polished in floors etc, set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match over & including 15mm thick screed bed in cement mortar 1:6, complete all as specified & directed.

M&L for 15mm thick rendering in two layers (5mm thick in CM 1:4 over 10mm thick in CM 1:6) on fair faces of brick work and concrete surfaces of wall, finished the surface even and smooth without using extra cement, mixing and including WPC @ 200ml/bag of cement, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 75 mm thick cement concrete 1:3:6, type C1 (using 20mm graded agg) as in plinth protection finished even and smooth without using extra cement.(incl necessary joint filling with mixture of paving bitumen & sand in 1:3)

M & L for Preparation of newly plastered surface of wall and applying two coat of oil bound distemper, white or tinted shade with and including priming surface with chalk whitening , complete all as specified.

M&L for 10 mm thick cement plaster in cement mortar 1:3 on brick or concrete surface of sunken floor finished even and smooth with mixing WPC liquid of make Dr. Fixit or STP as per manufacturer instruction @ 0.200 ltr in 50 Kg of cement complete all as specified & directed. Note:- WPC will be measured and paid separately

M & L for bitumen blown any grade, applied hot, two coats, to concrete/plastered surfaces at the rate of 1.5 Kg per Sqm per coat and applying polythene film black, 50 micron complete for sunken floor slab and embedded in side wall / covered fillet complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for prepration of New or previously untreated steel surfaces of any description, not other wise described over 10 cm width or girth and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide zinc chromate primer complete all as specified.

M & L for PCC 1:2:4 type B-1 (using 20 mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in lintels upto 1.5m clear span, cills, steps; seismic and other similar bands, plinth courses, string courses, lacing courses, parapets and railings upto 60 cm in height, copings, kneelers, apex stones, bed plates, water troughs and the like including weathering, slightly rounded or chamfered angles and throating complete all as specified and as directed.

Racking out of existing pointing to brick tiles built in Cement mortar , laid flat, in floor, roofs, etc not less than 12 mm deep including washing the joints rubbish off the premises and keeping the surface to be wet prior to repointing complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for flush pointing in cement mortar 1:3 incl liquid water proofing compound @ 200 ml per bag of cement to brick tiles laid flat at roof complete all as spefified and directed.

Cleaning of grass, vegetation growth/saplings growth after uprooting from roof top completely incl making good disturbed sutrcafe in CM 1:4 complete to match the existing all as specified and directed.

Note:-The accepted amount will be arrived after deducting the Sch of credit i.e. Rs 88,310.00 and any other reduction if any from quoted amount.
