SCHEDULE 'A'

Almirah Steel Large / Medium (FD-1031, FD-1032)

Taking out old existing locking device except lock of Almirah steel large/medium with necessary re-adjustment of lever etc and fixed properly to match with existing door for locking all as per drawing.

Removing of old unserviceable lock and supply and fixing of new lock with six nos brass levers with duplicate keys as per existing lock for Almirah large/medium all as per drawing

Taking out unserviceable broken door hinges of almirah steel large/medium and supply and fixing new approved quality of hinges by welding to make almirah functionable and painted with synthetic enamel paint to match with the existing shade all as per drawing.

Supply and fixing new MS CP Handle of almirah steel large/medium including all necessary fittings all as per drawing.

Removing old unserviceable legs of almirah steel large/medium and S&F new leg with 18 gauge black MS sheet and painted with synthetic enamel paint to match with the existing surface.

Removing old unserviceable shelve of almirah steel lange/medium & S &F new shelve of ms sheet 1 mm thick and painted with synthetic enamel paint to match with the existing surface.

Replacement of unserviceable door shutters for Almirah Steel Large.

Replacement of unserviceable door shutters for Almirah Steel Medium.

Painting, removal of existing wornout paint from inside and outside of frames and preparation of surface complete frame of Almirah Large steel and applying spraying 2 coats of synthetic enamel paint, Silver Grey/OG by spray Gun for smooth & glossy finish.

Painting, removal of existing worn-out paint from inside and outside of frames and preparation of surface complete frame of Almirah Medium steel and applying spraying 2 coats of synthetic enamel paint, Silver Grey/O G by spray Gun for smooth & glossy finish.

Locker Bed Side Steel (FD-1029): Removing of old unserviceable following parts of locker steel and supply & fixing new parts of the following :-

Leg made of 18 gauge PBI sheet

Door Hinges

Replacement of unserviceable Handle (CP)

MS Hasp and Stapple

Replacement of unserviceable Shutter for Door

Replacement of unserviceable 19mm dia aluminium conduit pipe with socket.

Painting, removal of existing wornout paint from inside and out side of frames and preparation of surface complete frame for Locker Bed Side steel and applying spraying 2 coats of synthetic enamel paint, Silver Grey/OG by spray Gun for smooth & glossy finish.

Chair CB Steel with Arm (FD-75(M)): Taking out old unserviceable Seat & Back of Chair CB steel with arm and Supply and fixing new seat frame, well seasoned 1st class teak wood free from crack,knot and hole including Godrej pattern canned with oval shape 2mm thick plastic white cane and 4mm flat white cane for border including French polish on prepared surface until required shining shade and colour shall be approved by Engineer- in- Charge and rest all as per drawing :-

Seat Frame of size 470mm(W) x 410mm (H)

Back Frame of size 470mm (W) x 380mm (H)

S & F PVC Shoe fixed with MS Screw.

S & F new handle of chair CB steel with Arm.

MS Cleat for seat and back and broken frame of chair duly welded over frame made of MS flat iorn (45mm long) 25x6mm and painting with synthetic enemel paint to match with existing surface.

Painting, removal of existing worn-out paint from inside and out side of frames and preparation of surface complete frame for Chair CB Steel with Armfurniture and applying spraying 2 coats of synthetic enamel paint, Silver Grey/O G by spray Gun for smooth & glossy finish.

Chair CB Steel without Arm (FD-75(M)): Taking out old unserviceable Seat & Back of Chair CB steel without arm and Supply and fixing new seat frame, well seasoned 1st class teak wood free from crack,knot and hole including Godrej pattern canned with oval shape 2mm thick plastic white cane and 4mm flat white cane for border including French polish on prepared surface until required shining shade and colour shall be approved by Engr- in -Charge and rest all as per drawing :-

Seat Frame of size 435mm(W) x 410mm (H)

Back Frame of size 435mm (W) x 365mm (H)

Painting, removal of existing worn-out paint from inside and out side of frames and preparation of surface complete frame for Chair CB Steel without Arm furniture and applying spraying 2 coats of synthetic enamel paint, Silver Grey/O G by spray Gun for smooth & glossy finish.

Chair Verandah PVC : FD/MAP-II/06 : M&L for provision and fixing of the following Parts of Chair Verandah PVC including dismantling of damage parts and complete all as specified and shown in drg.

PVC Seat of size 455mmx455mmx4mm thick with wt not less than 0.925 kg and one groved of size 90x10mm,

PVC Seat back size 455mmx455mm x4mm thick with wt not less than 0.925 kg and one groved of size 90x10mm, PVC legs 20mm folded towords back.

Preparation of all exposed steel surface of Chair Verandah PVC (old/new) and apply two or more coats of synthetic enamel white paint with one coat primer required for proper shining to the entire satisfaction of Engr-in-Charge

Chair Computer (FD/MAP-II/ 01) : -

S&F Back frame with Dimensions as shown on drngs. Back shall be of 18/19mm thick hot presed ply wood upholstered with fabric and moulded polyurethane foam. The back frame shall be designed with contour lumber supports for extra conform with PVC lapping all arounds.

S&F Seat frame of size 510x470x60. Seat shall be of 18/19mm thick hot presed ply wood upholstered with fabric and moulded polyurethane foam.

S&F Hand Rest with Black intergral skin polyurethane reinforced with MS insert. It shall be scratch and weather resistant.

S&F Pedestal assy injection moulded in black 30% glass filled nylon. A 10.5 mm dia forged bright sinc plated MS castor pin is of press fitted into each prong for holding the castors. It is 600mm pitch centre dia.

Chair Verandah JCO/OR : FD/MAP-II/15 : M&L for provision and fixing of the following Parts of Chair Verandah PVC including dismantling of damage parts and complete all as specified and shown in drg.

PVC Seat of size 455mmx455mmx4mm thick with wt not less than 0.925 kg and one groved of size 90x10mm,

PVC Seat back size 455mmx455mm x4mm thick with wt not less than 0.925 kg and one groved of size 90x10mm,PVC efgs 20mm folded towords back

Chair Writing Steel FD/E6/MAP/12 Replace the following parts of Chair writing Steel as shown in drawing and all as directed.

Seat shall be 12mm thick hot pressed plywood Upholstered with febric and moulded polyurethene foam with PVC lipping all round. The polyurethene foam shall be 50mm thick and shall be moulded with density 50-55 kg per cubic meter thick and hardness 20 kg on humpden machine

Hand rest shall be made of black integral skin polyurethene with 75-85 shore 'A' Hardness & Reinforced with MS insrest. It shall be scratch and wheather Resistant Size 210mm (Inner) and 230mm (Outer)

Chair Verandah (FD-256)

Removing of existing worn out Plastic Cane and preparation of surface complete and apply two coats of synthetic enamel paint Best quality white over a coat of primer including welding where ever required.

Recanning of Chair Verandah with new Cane Plastic white 4mm made oval shape approved make.

Supply & fixing 10mm MS Bar to Chair Verandah where ever required

Supply & fixing Leg 20mm MS Tube rounded to Chair Verandah.

S & F new Rubber Shoe PVC for Chair Verandah

Note : The Scope of Work contained in 'Sch of Credit' amounting to Rs. 14700.00 (refer Tender Srl Page No 23). The Quoted sum shall be arrived at after deducting the amount of “Sch of Credit” from the total amount of the ‘BoQ’
