Operation and day to day general Maintenance of E&M installations at new ATS tower cum Technical Block comprising of 33 KV HT Panel, Power Transformers, DG Sets, APFC Panel, Essential & Non-Essential LT Panels, internal & external installations, Feeder pillars and associated Earthing etc. on round the clock basis including attending faults/ repairs/ replacement of defective components (excluding of supply of spares) and ensuring 100% serviceability/satisfactory working condition of the systems, including providing day to day general maintenance activities such as cleaning, dusting and other preventive maintenance works as per OEM standards /manufacturers' practices/OEM recommendations & up keeping of records and log books as required, including complete general housekeeping (installation related rooms) as per special conditions of contract and as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Operation and day to day general Maintenance of E&M installations at new ATS tower cum Technical Block comprising of HVAC system (VRF units, Precision air conditioners units, Air-handling unit, Treated fresh air unit, smoke Extraction system and water cooler cum purifier, etc. including attending faults/ repairs/ replacement of defective components (excluding of supply of spares) and ensuring 100% serviceability/satisfactory working condition of the systems, including providing day to day general maintenance activities such as cleaning, dusting and other preventive maintenance works as per OEM standards /manufacturers' practices/OEM recommendations & up keeping of records and log books as required, including complete general housekeeping (installation related rooms) as per special conditions of contract and as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Operation and day to day general Maintenance of E&M installations at new ATS tower cum Technical Block comprising of fire detection & fire alarm system, Gas suppression system , Building Management system (BMS), etc. including attending faults/ repairs/ replacement of defective components (excluding of supply of spares) and ensuring 100% serviceability/satisfactory working condition of the systems, including providing day to day general maintenance activities such as cleaning, dusting and other preventive maintenance works as per OEM standards /manufacturers' practices/OEM recommendations & up keeping of records and log books as required, including complete general housekeeping (installation related rooms) as per special conditions of contract and as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Operation and day to day general Maintenance of E&M installations at new ATS tower cum Technical Block comprising of fire hydrant systems, sprinkler system, Water treatment plant and Hydro Pneumatic Water Supply System and Sewage Treatment Plant etc. including attending faults/ repairs/ replacement of defective components (excluding of supply of spares) and ensuring 100% serviceability/satisfactory working condition of the systems, including providing day to day general maintenance activities such as cleaning, dusting and other preventive maintenance works as per OEM standards /manufacturers' practices/OEM recommendations & up keeping of records and log books as required, including complete general housekeeping (installation related rooms) as per special conditions of contract and as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Carrying out BDV testing of insulatory /Transformer oil sample for 33/0.433 KV Transformer using calibrated testing equipment and submission of test report before & after dehydration of oil duly signed by competetnt testing Engineer as directed by Engineer-In-Charge.

Carrying out Dehydration/ Filtration of insulatory / Transformer oil at site for transformers / oil insulated switch gear / uits including top-up as required using duly calibrated high vacuum filtration apparatus to acheive the di-electric strength, including arranging plant, transportation etc. complete as required and as directed by E-I-C. (excluding cost of Transformer / insulatery oil)

Supply of Transformer / insulatory Oil conforming to IS 335/1983.

Supply of Silica gel crystals for 630 KVA, 33/0.433 KV Transformer as required.

Inspection,maintenance / Servicing of 33 KV, VCB breakers (total: 03 Nos ) followed by Testing with calibrated instruments once in a year by deploying OEM or OEM Authorised/recommended Service Personnel and submission of test report to AAI etc. complete as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. (Make: L&T)

Calibration and testing of following relays at 33KV H.T.Panel by deploying OEM or OEM Authorised/recommended Service Personnel using calibrated Relay testing kit through primary / secondary injection kit including transportation of testing kits, adjustment of plug settings ensuring relay co-ordination, if any and submission of test reports etc.complete as required as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Trip Circuit spervision relay '- Master Trip Circuit Relay & O/C-EF relay (1 incomer, 2 outgoing; Total: 3 Vertical panel)

Inspection,maintenance /Servicing followed by Testing of the LT Air Circuit Breakers (ACB) using calibrated testing equipment, by OEM or OEM Authorised/recommended Service Personnel, as per OEM recommended standards and submission of test report complete as required as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. 415V, 1250A, ACB, Make: L&T

Execution of Delhi Schedule of Rates (E&M) 2022 of estimated amount of Rs.1,00,000.00 items mentioned in chapter 1 to chapter 17 including Appendix- I & II as and when required basis for repair/maintenance/addition/alteration etc as per the special Terms and Condition in addition to General Terms and Condition of Contract as required and as and when directed by Engineer-in-Charge. [For example, if the quoted rate for this item is Rs. 0.90, then for executing DSR - 2022 (E&M) schedule work of value Rs. 1,00,000/- (excluding GST), the quoted amount will be Rs. 90,000/- (excluding GST). And if quoted rate for this item is Rs. 1.25, then quoted amount for the same will be Rs. 1,25,000/-(excluding GST).] [ GST will be added extra on quoted amount]

Providing man power to attend any urgent / emergency work as and when required as per site requirement and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.
