Demolition of brick work or stone/ boulder masonry, built in cement mortar or cement lime mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars etc but excluding ashlar facing dressed stone work and precast concrete articles complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Demolition of cement concrete (un reinforced) of any description in any position not otherwise specifically provided for etc. Complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling structural steel work including doors, gates but excluding framed truss etc complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Demolition of cement concrete (un-reinforced) in ground floors and pavings not exceeding 15 cm thickness below or above ground level complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Taking down cement plaster including racking out joints, hacking for key & scrubbing down with water etc complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L PCC (1:4:8) type D2 using 40mm graded agg as in foundation mass concrete complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for brick work with fly ash bricks old size bricks in cement mortar, straight or curved on plan exc. 6 m mean radius, built in CM (1:6) complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L 20 mm thick cement plaster in two coats using factory manufactured pre mix/ready mix of 'Roofit Mix'of M/s Premier Floor to Roof Materials pvt.ltd/ 'Easy plast' of M/s Walplast Products pvt.ltd/ 'Readiplast' of M/s Ultratech Cement Ltd/'Soundplast PMC-1' of M/s Sound buildcare pvt.Ltd/ or other approved equivalent make, having minimum composition of C:S :: 1:4 using fully treated dry, well graded natural sand conforming to IS 383 suitable for external plastering, having low rebound properties, low water demand for curing properties, mechanical mixing with water in a metalic tray only to make good consistency as per the specification of the Manufacturer and applied over exterior masonry and concrete surfaces with base coat of 12 mm thick and finishing coat of 8 mm thick final rendering,including using richer mix for making corners if necessary, at all floors and level, including making grooves of existing size wherever required, including cleaning the surfaces, curing etc. complete all as per specifications & as directed by the Engineer-in-charge. Note :- Work shall be executed at Multiple places as per required and at any height upto five storey bldg.

M&L for preparation new plastered wall surface to receive finishes upto 5 storey buildings by one coat water based premium acrylic smooth exterior emulsion 100% weather proof, anti fungal of approved colour with airless spray machine of paint application complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for two coat OBD on newly plastered in wall surface with airless electric sprayers over a coat of primer applied using airless electric sprayers over two coats of wall care putty (Asian product code - 0079 or JK wall care putty / Birla white wall care putty) of 1-1.5 mm thickness prepared and sanded with electrically operated sanding machine. complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L Providing Cement concrete Type C2 1:2:4 (40 mm graded aggregate) in surface channels and drains complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for PCC Type B1 (1:2:4) (20mm graded aggregate) for copings on brick wall surfaces including weathering, slightly rounded or chamferred angles and throating, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M& L 75 mm thick PCC 1:4:8 type D-2 (40mm graded aggregate) using 40mm graded stone aggregate as in sub base floor / pavings complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L Sand filling under floors or in foundation including watering and consolidation complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for Machine pressed (LAQUER FINISH) cement concrete factory made coloured glazed interlocking paver block any shape and size confirming to IS 15658 -2006 of 60mm thickness, M-35 Grade, machine pressed of pattern and colour as approved by GE complete all as specified and directed.

M&L screed bed or bedding layer of mortar, 20 mm thick, in cement mortar 1:6, for laying floor finishes/tiles complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for coloured glazed chequered liquid finish cement concrete 30cm x 30cm x 25mm thick With mixture of grey and white cement in equal proportions and no pigment set & jointed in neat cement slurry & pointed in coloured cement to match the shade of tiles complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L MS steel work in tubular trusses for sign board posts including special shaped washer etc. complete using ERW or induction butt welded tubes conforming to I. S 1161-1979 grade St.-240 including dismantling, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

S&F Welded steel wire fabric weight n exc 4 kg/sqm supplied and fixed complete to wood or steel members. complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

S&F in repairs Pre-coated galvalume aluminium zinc coating AZ 150GI based corrugated steel sheet 0.50 mm thick of any colour having tensile strength of 550 mpa as in roof covering / cladding to wall, fixed with self tapping screws as specified. complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for cement concrete (1:4:8) type D-2 using 40mm graded stone aggregate in foundation and filling around fencing post complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note:- Deduction for the portion of fencing post/strut embeded in concrete shall be made.

M&L 18-20 mm thick Granite of any colour (tablee rubbed and polished) as in windows cill, in steps, jambs, pillars, window cills, cooking platforms and like in cement mortar (1:4) including form work , pointing in white cment (1:2) using marble dust with admixture of pigment to match with shade of granite with full round bull nosing edging complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L mild steel framed work as such as grills, gratings etc., with ends of bars shouldered and/or riveted, or forget into spikes; framed guard bars; barred iron doors; ladders; framed balusters; walk ways, m s railings framework of water tanks and similar work conforming to Fe 290 Gde E-165. complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for 1- 1.25 mm thick Mild steel, plain black sheet in steel gates and similar work, cut to size, holes punched; including round headed screws, clout nails or rivets and fixed to wood or steel framing with plain 40mm lap joints with riveted or welded seams, including bending or turning up, mitred angles etc as required complete including cutting out of existing sheet if required. complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for Framed work as in doors or gates of angle or other section with gusset plates, rails, braces, etc., complete, drilled for fixing of steel sheeting or other covering, Doors etc. to be prepared for hanging or sliding with and including either hooks and hinges or steel hanging door fittings and fastening and fixing complete FE 290 Gde E-165. complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for reinforced cement concrete M-30 (20 mm graded aggregates)(nominal mix) as in drain cover slabs supported on wall with cast in situ incl form work (width of drain n exc 3.0 mtr) complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge including demolition of reinforcement of cement concrete. Note:- Reinforcement to be measured & paid under respective items.

M&L TMT bars, 10 mm dia and over, cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with mild steel wire (annealed) but not less than 0.9 mm dia or securings with clips. complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L for preparing newly plastered walls surfaces and applying two coats of cement base paint over a coat white wash complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Preparation of new steel surfaces exc 10 cm width or girth and applying two coats of syntetic enamel paint over one coat of red oxide primer complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for walling of random rubble masonry uncoursed well bonded and built in cement mortar 1;6 complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

All as per item No 34 but with old stone masonary (Except stone) complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Extra over stone walling for hammer dressing to face stones and dressing of face beds and joints in random rubble walling, uncoursed with maximum depression 40 mm on face from straight edge of granite or trap stone of face bed & joints as specified of random ruble walling uncoursed or brought up tp course complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Racking out joints / pointing to random rubble or polygonal rubbel uncoursed or brought up to courses built in cement mortar complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for raised pointing to random rubble or polygonal rubble uncoursed masonry in cm 1: 4 complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L Providing precast ce- ment concrete 1:2:4 Type B-1 (using 20 mm greded aggregate ) in win- dow or door cills, lintels,bressumers, steps,quoin blocks (for use with ma sonry), string courses, copings.kneelers, apex stones, pier caps,columns, posts,boundary pillars,bed plates, pintle blocks, ancho-rage blocks, bonders (for stone lling).corbels, brackets,etc. (of any section indicated), with plain fair faces,including cham fers, weatherings,throat- ing etc. and setting in mortar complete with joints to match complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for 20 mm thick broken glass coping in cement morter 1:3 on top of wall. complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for reinforced concrete pipes class NP-2 ,450 mm dia laid and jointed complete with collars and all as specifed and directed.

S&F for Stainless steel railing special alloy (grade 304) pipe 1.50 mm thick and any dia of pipe, incl necessary cutting , notching organ welding , grinding and drlling counter sunk holes and bending required shape by mechanical means in factory as per requirement withou forming wrinkles and butting polishing including dismantling complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

S&F in repairs for Aluminium composite panel work for partition wall and necessary fittings and fixing arrangement and finishing complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for preparation of old plastered or un plastered surface of walls, cornices etc by brooming down or steel wire brushing scrapping down smoke soot , moulds moss and efflorescent salts and trading oil and greasy spots including all necessary scaffolding and applying One coat cement base paint (white or tinted) complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Deduct Credit for Demolished/ Dismantled material Rs. (-) 62,750.00 (Minus) as listed in Schedule of Credit. Note 1:- Tenderers will not quote against this item being a tentative amount to be considered to arrive at the 'Contract Sum' Note 2:- The tenderer must keep in mind when quoting rates against items out in multiple store house having height 4 mts to 7 mts. Necessary scaffolding and saftey measures required during execution of work are including in this items.
