Supply and fixing of softwood woodcarving above the door, window and entry in ladakhi pattern design incl moulding, polishing and fitting complete all as specified and directed. NOTE: Ladakh Shingskos (Traditional ladakhi handicraft wood carving)

Bed with plywood top:- Overall size of bed shall be 2050 mm long, 900 mm wide and 500 mm high (foot board side) and 800 mm high (head board side) The frame of bed:- 25X65 mm rectangular MS tube of 18 gauge Legs:- 38X38 mm MS square tube of 18 gauge Top:- 12 mm thick commercial plywood (both face) BWR grade of make Kitply, Century , Archid, Green ply shall be provided Cap/Shoe: - MS plate 32x32x5 mm welded at bottom of legs, under which 3 mm thick rubber sheet shall be fixed with adhesive complete all as specified and directed. Steel Surfaces:- All steel surface shall be pretreated with epoxy powder coated by 07 tank process and oven dried with following specifications:- (a) Dry film thickness more than 45 microns. (b) Salt spray test to withstand more than 1000 hrs. (c) Adhesion as per DN 53152 standards (d) Pencil scratch hardness more than 2H Note:- Colour and tint of coating shall be approved by GE. Painting:- All steel members shall be powder coated. Thickness of coating shall not be less than 75 microns. The shade of powder coating shall be as approved by GE. Table Bed Side:- Dimension: The overall size of the table bed side 450mm x 450mm x 500mm as shown in drg description: The entire frame of table bed side shall be made up of 18 mm MS Square pipe (16 gauge) duly black powder coated The two sides and top shall be made up of 18mm thick prelaminated particle board exterior grade glossy finish wall nut colour. The back of the table except the top portion as shown in drg shall be provided with 6mm commercial plywood BWR grade duly screwed to frame. The two side, back and bottom of drawers of the table shall be made up of 12mm thick commercial plywood irrespective of what is shown on drg, except the front side which shall be of 18mm thick prelaminated particle board exterior grade. The drawer shall be made functional on telescopic channel fixed inside the tables. The drawers of the tables shall be provided with 100mm long CP handles. The edges of the drawers or particle board shall be covered with 4mm thick teak wood beading. Hard rubber ring / PVC shoe shall be provided at the bottom of all legs. FINISH: All wooden surfaces shall be french polished with two coats after preparation of surface and steel portion shall be black powder coated. Rest all as specified and shown on drawings. Table writing:- Dimension: The overall size of the table writing shall be 1145mm x 600mm x 760 mm as shown in drg. Timber: All timber work shall be of first class hardwood (teak wood) well seasoned. Irrespective of what is shown on drawings. Hard PVC shoes / hard rubber ring shall be provided below all the legs. Table Top: 19 mm thick particle board / 18 mm thick MDF board with 1.5 mm thick decorative laminate of walnut color or as color approved by GE . 4mm thick teak wood edging all around shall be provided. Legs : 35mm x 55mm of teak wood plank. Botom rail : 20mm x 50 mm plank Top rail : 25mm x 50 mm plank. Table shall be provided with drawers as shown on drawing. Polish: All wooden surfaces shall be applied with french polished in natural wood colour or as approved by GE strictly as per manufacturers instructions. Make of polish shall be MELAMYNE by Asian Paints / Nerolac / Berger. Knobs: Brass finish knobs shall be provided. Note : Entire polish work shall be done in the presence of Engr-in-Charge at AGE E/M R&D, Leh. Chair writing Description: (a) All sizes, shapes and dimensions shall be as per drawings. (b) All timber work shall be first class hard wood (teak wood) well-seasoned. Triangular teak wood stiffeners 8 Nos of size 60 x 60 x 25 mm shall be provided to strengthen joints at corners of legs with other members. (c) All joints for seat frame and legs shall be mortise and tenon joints with solid bamboo pin. (d) Caning for seat shall be of “Godrej Pattern” and cane shall be of 2.00 x 0.40 mm for seat and 4.00 x0.6 mm for border around. (e) Weaving holes for caning seat shall be at 12.5 mm c/c and the holes must be 3mm dia all as shown in drg. (f) Provide PVC hard rings at the bottom of leg instead of hard rubber rings shown on drawings (g) All wood work and teak veneered surfaces shall be french polished. (h) Rest all as specified and shown on drawings. (j) Drg No:- FD-280 Notes :- These Drawings are not attached in the tender documents. Table Centre Two Tier Dimension: The overall size of the table bed side 900 mm x 450 mm x 400 mm as shown in drg. Timber Work: All timber work shall be first class hardwood (teak wood) well seasoned. Top : 19 mm thick MDF board / particle board exterior grade BWP type with 1.5 mm thick decorative laminate. Leg : 60 mm x 30 mm teak wood plank. Top Rail : 20mm x 50 mm teak wood plank. Bottom rail : 20mm x 50 mm teak wood plank. NOTE: (a) Table to be made two tier with teak wood planks at the level of bottom rail whether shown or not shown on drawing (b) Hard rubber ring shall be provided at the bottom of all legs. polish: All wooden surface shall be french polished with two coats after preparation of surfaces.
