Construction of Community compost pit at Near Melmudiyanur Main road Melmudiyanur panchayat Under SBM(G) General Fund (V-Pts) - 2026-27

Earth work excavation and depositing on bank with initial lead and lift in hard gravelly soil, hard stiff clay, black cotton soil, hard red earth,shales, murram, and earth muds with 50% fair sized boulders as per SS 20B for narrow foundation

Plain Cement Concrete 1:4:8 (one cement, four sand and eight hard granite broken stone of 40mm size ISS gauge) for foundation and footing including mixing, placing, ramming ,finishing curing etc. complete in accordance with standard specification and as directed by the TWAD Board Officers.

Brick work in C.M 1:5 mix using country bricks incuding cost and conveyance and all labour charges etc.

Providing & applying 12 mm thick cement plaster in CM 1:5 (1 part of cement: 5 parts of sand) to walls internally in single coat at all levels to correct line and level including chicken wire mesh at all joints of brick and concrete surfaces with minimum overlap of 150 mm in all directions, scaffolding, rounding off or champhering of corners, offsets, fin/ bands, projections, etc. and cleaning of surface, raking out joints, roughening of surface, chiseling the undulated surface wherever necessary and curing

Supplying and painting the walls with two coats of oil bound distemper over one coat of water based cement primer including cost for distemper, primer, cleaning and scrapping the wall rendering the walls smooth with necessary putty, brushes scaffolding arrangements, labour charges, etc., as per standard specification.
