ITEM No. 1 :- Clearing and grubbing road land including uprooting rank vegetation, grass, bushes, shrubs, saplings and trees girth up to 300 millimetre, removal of stumps of trees cut earlier and disposal of unserviceable materials and stacking of serviceable material to be used or auctioned up to a lead of 1000 metres including removal and disposal of top organic soil not exceeding 150 millimetre in thickness.

ITEM No. 2 :- Excavation for roadway in earth, soil of all sorts, sand, gravel or soft murum including dressing section to the required grade, camber and side slopes and conveying the excavated materials with all lifts upto a lead of 50 metre and spreading for embankment or stacking as directed. By Mechanical Means.

ITEM No. 3 :- Dismantling of existing B.T. Surface (flexible Pavement) to a depth of 50 millimetre by cold milling with Writgen or similar type machine including loading of dismantled material by automatic conveyor belt to transport vehicle at site excluding lead charges

ITEM No. 4 :- Excavation for catch / side water gutter in all sorts of soils to the specified section including stacking the excavated stuff in a regular bund and disposing of unsuitable or excess stuff as directed all sorts of soils, by Mechanical Means.

ITEM No. 5 :- Supplying hard murum / kankar at the road side, including conveying with all leads and stacking etcetera complete as directed by Engineer in charge.

ITEM No. 6 :- Spreading hard murum for side width etcetera complete.

ITEM No. 7 :- Compacting the hard murum side widths including laying in layers on each side with power roller including artificial watering etcetera complete.

ITEM No. 8 :- Construction of granular sub-base by providing close graded material, spreading in uniform layers with motor grader / Paver on prepared surface, mixing by mix in place method with rotavator at OMC, and compacting with vibratory roller to achieve the desired density, complete as per clause 401 - By Mix in Place Method and Grading - I Material

ITEM No. 9 :- Providing, laying, spreading and compacting stone aggregates of specific sizes to water bound macadam specification including spreading in uniform thickness, hand packing to proper grade and camber, applying and brooming requisite type of screening/ binding Materials to fill up the interstices of coarse aggregate, watering and compacting with Intelligent Compactor with compaction analyzer and V-Sat attachment to the required density. Grading I (Using Screening Type A (13.2 millimetre Aggregate)

ITEM No. 10 :- Providing, laying, spreading and compacting stone aggregates of specific sizes to water bound macadam specification including spreading in uniform thickness, hand packing to proper grade and camber, applying and brooming requisite type of screening / binding Materials to fill up the interstices of coarse aggregate, watering and compacting with Intelligent Compactor with compaction analyzer and V-Sat attachment to the required density Grading - II (Using Screening Type B (11.2 millimetre) Aggregate)

ITEM No. 11 :- Providing and constructing 75 millimetre thick Modified Penetration Macadam (MPM) road surface including all materials, preparing the existing road surface, spreading 40 millimetre stone metal layers 30% crusher broken metal + 70% Hand broken (by breaking rubble obtained by blasting) heating and spraying the bitumen of VG-30 grade at the rate of 2 Kilogram per Square Metre, spreading 12 millimetre size chips compacting with three wheel static roller having weight 8 to 10 MT. to achieve the desired degree of compaction as per Technical Specification Clause 506 etcetera complete including picking of existing Water Bound Macadam surface.

ITEM No. 12 :- Providing and applying tack coat on the prepared surface heating by fames in Boiler and spraying bitumen with sprayer on Dry / Hungry B.T. surface 3 Kilogram per 10 Square Metre, VG-30 bulk bitumen.

ITEM No. 13 :- BITUMINOUS MACADAM : Proving and laying bituminous macadam using crushed aggregates of Grading 1, premixed with bituminous binder, transported to site with VTS, laid over a previously prepared surface, finished to the required grade, level, alignment, and rolling to achieve the desired compaction for 80/100 millimetre compacted thickness with 3.3 % VG-30 Bitumen including using 8 percent of waste plastic / industrially recycle plastic in hot bituminous mixes. - USING 80 TPH Batch mix type hot mix plant with SCADA, Sensor Paver, Intelligent Compactor with compaction analyzer and V-Sat attachment.

ITEM No. 14 :- Open Graded Premix Surfacing Providing and Laying OGC 20 millimetre thickness composed of 13.2 mm to 5.6 millimetre aggregates premixed with bituminous binder transported to site with VTS, laid over a previously prepared surface, finished to the required grade, level, alignment, and rolling to achieve the desired compaction VG30 Bitumen, including providing and laying seal coat sealing voids in a bituminous surface laid to the specified level and cross fall using Type A seal coat, including prime / tack coat, For Bitumen VG-30 bulk USING drum mix type hot mix plant with SCADA, Paver and Vibratory roller, using 8 percent of waste plastic / industrially recycle plastic in hot bituminous mixes.

ITEM No. 15 :- Providing and fixing trap /granite/ quartzite/ gneiss/ guard stone/ indicator stones/ boundary stones of standard size and shape including fixing in ground and white washing etcetera complete.

ITEM No. 16 :- Providing and fixing 200 metre stone as per IRC design including painting, numbering, fixing in 150 millimetre X 150 millimetre X 900 millimetre standard size cement concrete 1:4:8 block etcetera complete as directed by Engineer in charge.

ITEM No. 17 :- Providing Reinforced Cement Concrete 1:2:4 ordinary Kilometre stones including painting, numbering, etcetera complete for National Highway and State Highway and Major District Road as per IRC design for Highway Kilometre stones and fixing in standard size Cement Concrete 1:4:8 block etcetera complete.

ITEM No. 18 :- Providing and fixing of retro-reflectorised informatory sign board Rectangular / Square in shape having area less than 0.9 square meter made out of 2 millimetre aluminum sheet bonded with white retro reflective sheeting of Class B ( Type IV High intensity micro-prismatic grade sheeting - HIP) having pressure sensitive / heat activated adhesive retoreflective specified back ground, border and back side retoreflctive symbols, letters, numerals, arrow as per IRC:67-2012 Table No 8.3, supported with back support frame 25 millimetre x 25 millimetre x 3 millimetre, duly painted on back side with two coats of grey stove enamel paint and supported on one number mild steel angle iron post 75 millimetre x 75 millimetre x 6 millimetre, 3.5 metre long firmly fixed to the ground by means of properly designed foundation with M-25 grade cement concrete 45 centimetre x 45 centimetre x 60 centimetre, 60 centimetre below ground level as per approved drawing The angle iron post shall be duly painted with one coat of epoxy primer and two coats of epoxy finish paints having alternate black and white bands of 25 centimetre width including GI fixtures and transportation etcetera complete. The nut bolts of board with angle iron post/supporting structure after fixing at site has to be electrically welded. Class B ( Type IV High intensity micro-prismatic grade sheeting-HIP) sheeting shall have 7 years written warranty from the manufacturer and authorised distributor/convertor issued for field performance.

ITEM No. 19 :- Royalty Charges for Murum, soil, 60 millimetre, 40 millimetre metal (Hand Broken) etcetera

ITEM No. 20 :- Charges for quality control testing for WBM Grade-I and Grade – II Metal - Sieve Analysis for Metal, test in vigilance and quality control laboratory etcetera complete.

ITEM No. 21 :- Charges for quality control testing for WBM Grade-I and Grade – II Metal – Flakiness Index / Elongation Index for Metal, test in vigilance and quality control laboratory etcetera complete.
