Disconnecting the complete unit of Servo Controlled voltage stabilizer of capacity 30-50 KVA, 3 phase, 50 c/s, AC supply of Make- Vintec/ Blue Line/ ITE or as per existing make and overhauling of the same by cleaning, servicing all serviceable accessories including repairing/ replacing of all defective parts such as nut-bolts, washers and all other minor accessories as required at site with making all connections at both ends including providing lugs on existing cable and testing on full load after completion of repair / overhauling work complete all as specified and directed. NOTE: - (a) Contractor shall be quote the rate including required T&P chain pully and lifting material with transportation etc (b) Supply only spare parts shall be measured and paid separately under relevant items of this schedule.

Supply and fixing following spare parts of 30 to 50 KVA capacity Servo Voltage Stabilizer complete all as specified and directed: -

(a) AC synchronous motor single phase, 50 Hz, 240 volts (3 Kg) with RC

(b) Variable auto transformer (Variac).

(c) Sensing Transformer.

(d) Carbon brush with holder complete.

(e) Servo Digital microprocessor card (Solid state sensing circuit).

(f) RC Net work.

(g) PCB connector.

(h) Gear big.

(j) Carbon fingers.

(k) Variac Control CT.

(l) Main Bushing with brass rod (insulator & rod).

(m) High low cut off relay.

(n) Series transformer.

(o) Electric wiring complete with suitable gauge of copper wire for contact circuit of voltage stabilizer of any capacity.

(q) Thimble/Lugs of size 16 Sqmm to 50 Sqmm

(r) Thimble/Lugs of size 70 Sqmm to 120 Sqmm

M&L for re-winding to burn out linear coil of copper strip heavy cross sectional area OR roller rolling synchronous motor coils of fully automatic servo control voltage stabilizer capacity up to 125 KVA using super enameled copper wire in conventional design with 4- QPC paper layer cover resist, grade 4 lamination with thickness 0.23 mm to 27 mm on minimum load losses , better insulation electrolytic grade copper strip having current density 2 to 2.5 Amps/ mm2 in oil , for actual efficiency in running condition at 100% load for 360 to 460 volts , losses difference 1/18th of the conventional type regulator of with insulating material in same gauge copper purity, no of turns in coil with varnishing, heating, testing etc with all other site work required to make the transformer serviceable and fixing / replacing to following spares :- Note : Contractor shall inform to Deptt for inspection/ check burn out coil before re-winding. Supply and re-filling as new transformer oil having specific Di- electric strength as per IE not less than 60 MV supplying in sealed container complete all as specified and directed. Make : Silicone / Nexton / MEI

De-hydration and filtration to transformer oil by oil testing machine upto specific di-electric value as per IE rule and IS at site of Servo control voltage stabilizer in 30 to 100 KVA capacity/ make/ model etc all including re-filling upto indicating level, cutting welding opening bolting to top cover of stabilizer with re-assembling and making connection in all as per existed complete as directed. Note : (i) Testing report in two copy shall be submitted by contractor in this office and required oil for re-filling shall be measured and paid against respective items.

M&L for preparation of the steel surface of servo voltage stabilizer including cleaning, scraping of exposed surfaces and painting with one coat of synthetic enamel paint with spray painting process in approved shade with and including writing MES number and machine number with black paint (Letter size 50 mm high and minimum 15 mm wide) complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for writing E/M or SM No. in the machinery using white synthetic enamel paint with width of word upto 1cm and height of alphabet/ numerical upto 5 cm complete all as specified and directed. Note: Total No. of alphabets and numerical in one job shall be approximate 12 No.

M&L for dismantling voltage stablizer of following capacities and diagnosig its faulty parts and repairing/replacemetn of unserviceable parts of the same and complete including testing and commissioning and reassembling the same after repair. Note : Contractor should be quoted the rate including transportation, disconnecting from site and reinstallation charges after repair.

Supply and fixing in replacement of off load change over switch in sheet metal enclosure 4 poles, 250 Amp rated, 440 volts, 50 Hzs, confirm to IEC 60947-3, IS/IEC 60947-3 alongwith extendable handle with making all connection and fixing accessories on surface of wall/panel operating handle etc complete all as specified and directed. Make :- L&T / Havells/ Siemens

M&L for recharging to existed earthing in any type upto stranded value using required chemical such as Nacl/ MgSo4 / other approvad chemical incl reveting / welding/ bolting to earth lead incl testing etc by Tech rep with riveting bolting replacing to nut bolt and washer etc to GI earthing strip for making earth continuity from transformer / panels to earthing pit complete all as specified and directed. Note:- Contractor should be submit the bldg wise earthing test result of resistance value with user signature to department in duplicate will be submitted to engr-in-charge.

Excavating in trenches not exc. 1.5m wide and not exc. 1.5 metre deep and getting out in soft/loose soil complete all as specified and directed.

Returning filling in foundation/trenches including spreading leveling, watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25cm thick in soil complete all as specified and directed.

Removal of surplus excavated material to a distance n.exc. 50 metre and depositing where directed at a level n.exc. 1.5 metre above starting point complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for sand cushioning for under ground cable with locally available sand for protection of cable 8cm before laying cable and 15cm deep over the cable including spreading and consolidations, complete all as specified and directed. (Note-Punned thickness ie 180mm will be measured and paid)

M&L for brick protection cover over cable of old size Bricks” laid dry over LT cable width of brick shall be laid across the length of cable) complete all as specified and directed.

Cutting / boring under road/ path/ hard standing etc for across the light grade GI pipe in size upto 80 mm dia drawn through cable run and making good to disturbed surface as per existed using cement concrete type B1 (1:2:4) 20 mm graded aggregate etc as site required ,specified and directed. Note ; Depth shall be taken minimum 45 CMs

Supply, laying, jointing and testing LT XLPE cable insulated, screened, PVC bedded, galvanized steel strip or wire armoured, electric power cables (heavy duty) 1100 volts grade with stranded aluminium conductor of size 240 sqmm 3½ core including cable lugs on both ends and fixed along walls with saddles laid in trenches/ passing through GI tubing etc. including taking out existing LT XLPE cable complete all as specified and directed.

Supply, laying, jointing and testing LT XLPE cable insulated, screened, PVC bedded, galvanized steel strip or wire armoured, electric power cables (heavy duty) 1100 volts grade with stranded aluminium conductor of size 150 sqmm 3½ core including cable lugs on both ends and fixed along walls with saddles laid in trenches/ passing through GI tubing etc. including taking out existing LT XLPE cable complete all as specified and directed.

Supply, jointing, commissioning and testing in replacement heat shrinkable straight through jointing kit suitable for 1100 volt grade (Earthed) cable for outdoor type complete with jointing material and required accessories suitable for underground XLPE cable of size 4 Core x 70 to 95 Sqmm (earthed) complete all as specified and directed. Make: Dension/3M/Rahycam or make as mentioned in Appx 'B' of PS.

Supply, jointing, commissioning and testing in replacement heat shrinkable straight through jointing kit suitable for 1100 volt grade (Earthed) cable for outdoor type complete with jointing material and required accessories suitable for underground XLPE cable of size 4 Core x 120 to 150 Sqmm (earthed) complete all as specified and directed. Make: Dension/3M/Rahycam or make as mentioned in Appx 'B' of PS.

Supply and fixing MCCB, 4 pole, 100 Amp rating having breaking capacity of 25 KA, 415V adjustable thermal process based magnetic setting type Ics=75% Icu, confirm to IS/IEC 60947-2 complete with spreader for connection of MCCB and suitable size of thimble complete with taking down old unsv MCCB complete all as specified and directed. Make: L&T/Havells/Indoasian/Siemens/Schneider/Legrand

M&L for Earthing complete with galvanized steel earth plate electrode 60 cm x 60 cm x 6 mm thick surrounded with charcoal and salt, buried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25 metre deep below ground level) with top edge of plate not less than 1.5 metre below normal ground level connected to galvanized earth lead using GI earth strip in size 32 x6 mm means of bolts, nuts, check nuts and washers of galvanized iron or steel all as shown in electrical Plate No 3 of MES SSR Part-I connected to main switch board or main control board all as specified and testing on completion including provision of earth wire protected by galvanized iron 15 mm dia light grade pipe and watering pipe shall be 20 mm bore light grade including all excavation and earth work in any type of soil, PCC pit with pre-cast RCC cover, charcoal/salt, funnel etc complete all as specified and directed.

Note for Serial Item No. 30.00:- (i) The concrete pit shall be PCC 1:3:6 type C-1, 40 mm thick pre cast cover slab of RCC (1:2:4) type B-1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate reinforced with 8mm TMT bars @ 10 cm C/C on both sides with suitable cast iron handle shall be provided in lieu of cast iron cover shown in electrical plate No 3 of MES SSR Part-I. (ii) Item includes the cost of 7.50m GI pipe for protection of earth wire/strip Any variation in length shall be adjusted through deviation order. (iii) Item includes cost of 7.50m earth lead wire/strip. Any variation in length shall be adjusted through deviation order. (iv) PCC pit shall be provided at least 500 mm away from the pit and not on the earth pit itself and the extra cost of additional length of watering pipe, bends, elbow etc shall be deemed included in the unit rate.

Supply, install, testing and commissioning of LT panel size enclosures cubical weather and vermin proof totally enclosed made out of 3.15 mm thick CRCA sheet machine pressed of suitable size to operate on 3 phase 4 wire system 415 Volts, 50HZ double door with front and rear openable with locking arrangement incl inner shutters for mounting switch gear etc, bottom gland plate with sufficient numbers of circular cable entry holes, including PCC work, prewired complete duly powder coated with comprising of the following :-
