Dismantling Brick tiles or tarrace tiles, single layer on roofs including removal, complete all as specified and directed .

Demolation of mud in roof any thickness incl plastering & leeping removed complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down existing water proofing treatment (any no of layers) from RCC roofs including cleaning the surface and flashings the junction of parafets etc with wire brushing & water complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for PCC 1:2:4 type B1 using 20 mm graded cruhed stone aggregate, laid to slope over RCC roofs as padding, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Rendering 15 mm thick (Average thickness) on roof surface including flashings and junction of parapets etc finishing even and fair in cement mortar (1:4), using water proofing compound as per recommended ratio, after brushing cement slurry @ 1.20 kg/Sqm complete all as specified and directed. Note : Supply only WPC will be measured & paid separately under respective item of schedule.

Supply only water proofing compound,ISI marked complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Preparation of newly plastered/RCC surfaces, making the surface completely dry and applying evenly a tack coat of industrial bitumen primer, having density in range of 0.87 to 0.89 kg/litre at 25 degree centigrade and viscosity of 70 to 160 CPS, manufactured by same manufacturer @ 0.4ltr/sqm shall be applied and after drying of primer for 24 hours apply APP modified water proofing membrane with non-woven polyster reinforcement, 3mm thick superior multipolymeric,weighing not less than 3.00 Kg/sqm with properties of high penetration and centre core consisting of 90 micron high molecular high density polyetylene(MHHDPE) film consisting of five layers laid with torching application to the surface complete and sealing the side as well as end laps with torch(Overlaps should not be less than 10cm in longitudnal direction and 15cm in transverse direction and shall be bonded with bitumen primer and levelled by heating the overlaps with brutane torch)

M&L for 40mm thick brick tiles laid on 15 mm screed bed in cement mortar (1:6) with jointing & pointing in cement mortar (1:3) mixed with 5% of crude oil by weight of cement complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repairs for 110 mm bore PVC (SWR) pipes single socketed, in any length with rubber ring joints, fixed to walls complete all as specifed and directed.

M&L for Providing and applying Thixotropicd epoxy adhesive Nitobond PC, Fosroc adhesive or equivalent on internal faces of joint to obtain a water resistant joint. Adhesive is a two pack solvent free epoxy resin system consisting of base and hardener in pre weighted guantities. The application includes cleaning the joint / area to remove all dust loose particles and contaminates mising the two components of the epoxy adhesive until a uniform homogeneous mixture is obtained, and then applying the mixed material on both surfaces of the joint with trowel are other sitable spreader etc all complete as per manufacturer specification complete all as specified and directed.
