R and M of E and M installation at Mysuru Airport. SH - Modification or repair works related to renaming of the existing Fascia Signboards and Airport Entry portal signboard at Mysuru Airport.

Providing and replacement of sign face panel of existing airside facia sign board mounted at a height of approx. 15 meters. The signboard face panel shall be fabricated from 3mm composite Aluminium Panel of Eurobond make or equivalent make. The name in Local Language, Hindi and English and AAI logo shall be computer cut routed as per design approved by Engineer-in-charge and 3 mm polycarbonate sheet shall be fixed with inner side of the board inside so as the lettering will glow white. The fascia will be formed after making ‘U’ grove on back side of composite Aluminium panel and it shall be folded with folding jig and press plate to ensure straight line. While folding corners care should be taken to prevent the surface coating from cracking. The corners at the edges shall be sealed with approved sealant to prevent from light and water leakage. The ACP sheet shall be installed on existing board by removing old sheet and installing new sheet at location itself including installation with all required tools & plants like scaffolding/boom lift/ladders etc, all complete as per drawings, technical specifications and to the satisfaction of the Engineer-in- Charge.

Providing and replacement of existing Gantry/Airport entry portal sign board on the existing mild steel structure at height of approx. 6 meter. The sign board face panel shall be made of micro prismatic type retro reflective sheet conforming to type IX retro reflective sheet of 3 M make, pasted on 3 mm thick ACP sheet. The front side is to be covered with white micro prismatic retro reflective sheet with coloured opaque outdoor quality vinyl sheet as per approved colour scheme, to be fixed with help of POP rivets , the board shall be riveted to the existing M.S angle frame with appropriate T& P/boom lift/scaffolding as required as per site requirement after removing the existing old sign face panel/sheet. The rates shall include all materials, labour, equipment, fabrication , erection, installation and Incidentals all complete as per direction of the Engineer -In –Charge.

Providing and fixing of new electro cut Computerized automated self adhesive vinyl graphics for terminal facia sign (city side) to be transferred on existing ACP round surface at a height of approx. 5 Meters, including removing of old vinyl film, cleaning the surface with mild isopropyl glycol and pasting the fresh sheet made from two layers of vinyl. Blue Back Ground sheet to cover entire area of existing vinyl, overlay of fresh computer cut white vinyl with including transfer tapes and fixing at site. The rates shall include all materials, labour, equipment, fabrication , erection, installation and Incidentals all complete as per direction of the Engineer -In –Charge.
