NOTE:- The major portion of the work is to be carried out very close to the sea side and marine outfall, the work will be affected with tides and other situations indicated in the clause 1.14.1 (a), (b), (c) and (d) of SSR Part II. Hence Contractor shall visit the site and acquainted with the site and acquainted with the site before quoting the tender.

Removing existing stone boulders from the sea front side of sea Wall, clear for working space up to a distance of 3.0m sea wall and up to the depth of foundation of sea wall, deposite with in 50m, n.exc 2.50 m depth and as directed by Engr-in-charge.

Returning, Placing armed stone Boulders dry, handpacked tightly, as in wire crate apron bund using 4mm dia GI wire confirming to IS:280 and IS:4826 in 100mm x 100mm mesh (woven diagonally) including 10% extra for laps and joints with stone boulders obtained from the item No. 2 above, hand packed tightly etc all as specified and directed

Providing and laying precast tetrapods of plain cement concrete of (M-40) Grade, (RMC) weighing 3000kg Each of required shape for armour layer including necessary steel formwork / mould including applying from releasing agent including vibration curing conveying and placing them in correct profile as per drawing including all labours, materials, equipments, machinery such as crane of adequate capacity and boom length, with all lift and lead etc. complete in tidal conditions bund for sea Wall, including all packing work as directed.

Chipping of carefully the existing loose/ damaged plaster/ RCC elements of thickness varying from 20mm to 60mm by means of hand held electric chisel hammers so as to remove the loose/spalled concrete as per the requirment as directed by GE, including necessary scaffolding/working platform, lowering/removing the debris, stacking it properly including removal of debris out of MD land, all as specified and directed.

M&L for providing PCC 1:1.5:3, type A-1, (using 20mm graded stone aggregate) as in foundations, filling and mass concrete

M&L for RCC (Design mix) M-40 Ready Mix Concrete (20mm graded aggregate) for foundation including rafts footing, foundation beams plinth beams bases for columns etc basement slab, under reamed piles and mass concrete.

M&L for formwork to sides of concrete foundation, footing, bases of columns, raft and raft beams, sides and soffits (if any) of foundation and plinth beams and similar work vertical or to batter fair finsihed surfaces.

M & L rendering 20mm thick (15+5) to treated surfaces with Premix plaster with dry mix of proportioned well graded fine aggregates, cement & powder admixtures or polymers/chemicals confirming to BIS, EN, BS specification standards of approved brand & manufacturer on surface of Brick Work, Cement Concrete/RCC work, Cement Concrete Block work applied as per the manufacturer’s specifications etc. all complete including scaffolding all as specified and directed as per the directions of Engineer-in-charge

M&L Preparation of plastered surface and applying100% Acrylic emulsion Two coats over a coat of Acrylic primer to plastered surface etc all as specified.

M&L for preparation of new plaster/concrete surface of wall and applying 2 coats of cement base paint over a coat of primer

S&F , galvanised, 2 strand, steel barbed wire 2.24 mm dia barbed with 2 mm dia barbs at 75 mm spacings and straining and fixing to any type of standard rails, straining bolts, including securing or tying at crossings with and provision of galvanised mild steel wire , staples or steel pins etc. as directed ( each line wire to be measured)

S&F mild steel works as in posts and struts in fencing including cutting tops to shape ,flat iron fillets for securing fencing including all necessary drilling ,bolting or riveting etc similar work conforming to Fe -290 grade E-165 etc all as specified

S&F 610mm dia concertina wire 55/56 spiral turns per coil, 8 to 10m recommended stretches length & 'S' clips per spiral using a central core of high tensile wire around which a tape of razor sharp barbs is machine crimped all as specified.

Extra over for hot dip galvanizing to MS work

M&L for preparation of old existing treated surfaces of old security walls with wire brushing and power washing (Jet washing), on algae and fungal affected area and applying two coats of 100% antifungal acrylic emulsion exterior grade complete all as specified and directed.

M&L Walling of random rubble, brought upto course, well bonded, bedded and solidly hearted, built in CM 1:4

Rust Convertor for Reinforcement Clean existing reinforcement with wire/ rotary wire brush, making the surfaces free from loose material dirt etc. complete, Applying two coats of alkaline rust converting primer-FEOVERT or equivalent (with the approval from Engineer-in-charge) confirming to ASTM-B-117, on the rebars, including cleaning the reinforcement, wire brushing to remove loose rust spalls, with time interval of 1 hour between the coats (Mode of measurement- per sqm of breaking area of concrete, not exposed area of reinforcement )

Anticorrosive coating for reinforcement Anticorrosive Treatment to Reinforcement by IPNET RB or equivalent (with the approval from Engineer-in-charge) Application of two coats of IPNET RB (CBRI Know how) on expose reinforcement in two coats with time interval of minimum 4 hours between each coat. The application shall be by brush. (Mode of measurement- per sqm of breaking area of concrete not exposed area of reinforcement )

Bipolar Corrosion inhibitor Providing and applying 2 coats of concrete penetrating hi-tech corrosion inhibitor system that works on the Bipolar Inhibition Mechanism (B. I. M.). B. I. M. inhibits corrosion of steel in concrete at the poles, cathodic & anodic simultaneously on concrete surface. (Mode of measurement- per sqm of breaking area of concrete )

Grouting:-Drilling and fixing PVC nozzles in RCC members, including, Drilling Holes: Drilling 12 mm dia., 50 to 75 mm deep holes in structural members in staggered manner or as directed by the consultants in RCC structural element. Cleaning of holes: Clean the holes by air blower prior to fixing nozzles. Fixing of Nozzles: Insert 12 mm dia. PVC nozzles in cleaned holes. External end of nozzles to be machine to receive outlet of grouting gun. Fix it inside the holes by applying 1010 epoxy putty to ensure complete sealing. Cure the system for min. 12 hrs. Cutting of Nozzles: Cut the nozzles by chisel after completion of grouting without damaging structural elements.

Epoxy Grout supplying and injecting into cracks/ honey comb with epoxy base grouting material as per instructions and specifications of the manufacturer. The injection will be done by gun /pump at required pressure including cutting of nipples after curing etc. as per specifications. Make: krishna conchem/ FOSROC/SIKA/BASF

Injection grouting of cement slurry of the required consistency mixed with approved admixtures("MC-Einpresshilfe EH" of MC-Bauchemie (India) Pvt.Ltd.@ 0.75% of cement by weight or approved equivalent ) in RCC members at 3 to 5 kg/sqcms pressure complete as per manufacturer's specifications & directions of the Engr-in-Charge.

Drilling suitable holes in reinforced or plain cement concrete with power driven drill machine to a minimum depth of 150mm or 10 times the dia. of the bar, whichever is greater, in RCC wall, beams, lintels, columns and slabs to introduce steel bars . In grid pattern 1000 mmx1000mm

S&F 200mm long shear connectors made out of 12mm dia. TMT bars (CRS) of ISI Make in "L" shape (100mm vertical length and 50 mm horizontal) duly applied with rust passivator of approved make and including fixing the steel bars in position using epoxy resin anchor grout of approved make (HIT HY 200/ HIT RE 500 of HILTI or equivalent make, whichever required) including the cost of reinforcement, all complete as per direction of Engineer-In- Charge.

Supply and fix GI bracket pipe of size 25 mm dia medium grade of 1.2 mtr long bent to shape hot or cold suitable for street light fitting and making the one end of GI pipe bracket suitable for fixing of street light fittings of any type and the GI bracket pipe shall be fixed on wall/pole surfaces by providing suitable MS iron 25x4 mm clamps 2 nos of 25 cm long and painting to MS clamps and fixing with necessary suitable nuts,bolts & washers complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix copper conductor cable, PVC insulated, sheathed,flexible, multistranded,ISI marked, 1100 volts grade, 3 core, 1.5 sqmm and including connection and testing complete all as specified and directed.

Supply,lay and testing LT cable XLPE insulated,galvanised steel strip armoured,1100 volts grade with stranded aluminium conductor of cross-sectional area 10 sqmm, 2 core laid in trenches/pipes/ducts/walls and connection with necessary cable lugs and glands, nuts, bolts and washers etc and testing complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix earth continuity conductor of size 4mm dia GI wire fixed to wall or to poles with necessary GI saddles complete all as specified and directed

Supply,lay and testing LT cable XLPE insulated,galvanised steel strip armoured,1100 volts grade with multistranded aluminium conductor of cross-sectional area 25 sqmm; 4 core laid in trenches/pipes/ducts/walls and connection with necessary cable lugs and glands, nuts, bolts and washers etc and testing complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix analogue time switch(Daily time switch) suitable for outdoor ,power contactor 63 Amps ML-2 type, 3Phase, 415 volts and MCB TPN 63 Amps,10 KA 'C' series, including bus bar of suitable capacity with arrangement of auto/mannual control switch duly prewired and all accessories same shall be enclosed in and including sheet metal enclosure of 3.2 mm thick CRCA sheet of adequate size with powder coated, fixing arrangements on floor including powder coated painting and mounted on 50x50x6mm MS angle iron frame duly painting complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Earthing complete with galvanised steel earth plate electrode 600mmX 600mmX 6.0 mm thick buried directly in ground vertically (earth pit not less than 2.25 metres deep below ground level) with top edge of the earth plate not less than 1.5 metres below ground level connected to and including galvanised steel wire of size 4 mm dia protected by GI pipe 15 mm dia light grade upto 7.5 metres or equipment which ever is less by means of GI bolts, nuts, check nuts and washers etc and providing GI watering pipe 20 mm dia medium grade, GI funnel with wire mesh including charcoal, salt packed all around the earth plate in layers and PCC earth pit chamber 1:3:6 type C1, RCC cover 1:2:4 type B1 of 50mm thick all as per electrical plate No.3 of SSR pt-I including necessary excavation/earth work in any strata, returning filling, removal of surplus soil and testing for required value complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix 4 Pole MCCB 63 Amp, 50Hz, 415 with rupturing capacity 16KA in existing LT Panel /feeder pillar box all as directed by engineer in charge.

Cutting of existing road, concrete/bituminous surface by using of mechanical method of any type complete all as specified and directed. Note :- PCC for making good road surfaces shall be measured and paid separately.

M & L for PCC (1:3:6) type C2 using (40mm graded stone aggregate) for making good disturbed road surfaces including nesessary use and waste of form work, complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and filling in and spreading unwashed river sand for cushioning and covering the under ground cables in trenches and punning to provide required cover complete all as specified in SSR Part-I and as directed. Note:- Punned thickness ie, 18 cm shall be measured for payment purpose, complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and laying unreinforced precast factory made concrete cable cover, class LV, Type-I, flat size 250mm x 150mm x 40mm complete all as specified and directed

Excavation in trenches in soft/loose soil not exceeding 1.5 meter in depth for foundation of pole laying of cable etc and getting out complete all as specified and directed.

Returning filling in of soft/ loose soil , including spreading levelling watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25 cm thick each layer complete all as specified and directed

Removing excavated materials not exceeding 50meter and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5 meter above the starting point complete all as specified and as directed
