S& F Mild steel TMT bars 8 mm dia as reinforcement for concrete,cut to lengh ,bent to shape required including cranking hokking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of floor, hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding (but not backing), removing serviceable tiles to store and rubbish off the premises

M & L for non-skid ceramic coloured tiles 7 to 8 mm thick area of each tile exceeding 0.11 sqm but not exceeding 0.18 sqm, in floors etc.laid over and including 15 mm tnick cement screed in CM 1:6, set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match complete all as directed.

M&L for glazed ceramic colour tiles in vertical surface of size 450 X 300 x 7 mm thick,over and including 10 mm thick cement palster in cm 1:4, set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match complete all as directed.

Taking down cement plaster on brick/ surfaces built in cement mortor including raking out joints, bading for key scrubbing down with water etc complete all as directed.

M&L for rendering in 15 mm thick on fair faces of brick work or concrete surface in cement mortar 1:4 using integral water proofing compound, complete all as directed. (Note : The cost of WPC is not including in quoted rates and measured and paid separately under respective item only.)
