Dismantling posts or struts (wood, steel or R.C.C.) any section, including taking out embedded portion and making good disturbed ground complete all as specified and directed by Engineer - in - Charge.

Excavating in post holes (or similar holes) each n exc 0.5 cu. m, getting out, returning, filling in and ramming earth or broken rubble mixed with earth around, in layers not exc 25 cm, watering, and removing surplus soil to a distance n exc 50 m and making good surface in soft/loose soil complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for PCC 1:3:6 Type C-2 (40mm graded stone aggregate) for foundations filling of post hole and struts complete all as specified and directed by Engineer - in - Charge.

M&L for mild steel work as in posts and struts of fencing including cutting tops to shape, drilling holes, notching for wire etc conforming to Fe-290 Gde-E-165 complete all as specified and directed by Engineer - in - Charge.

S&F 10 mm dia MS round bar for fixing of chain link fencing with post complete all as specifies and directedby Engineer - in - Charge.

Supply only chain link fencing galvanised mild steel hot dipped(IS -2721) of 4 mm dia of mesh size 100x100 mm complete all as specified and directed by Engineer - in - Charge. Note:- The weight of chain link fencing shall be ascertained by BOO as directed by GE and payment shall be paid accordingly BOO duly countersigned by GE shall be encloused with final bill.

Fixing only of chain link fencing including line wires, any mesh size and type to any type of satanderds, rails, straining bolts etc including binding wire complete all as specifed and directed by engineer-in-charge.

S&F mild steel screw bolts (machine made) with hexagonal or square heads at one end and screwed the other, or screwed both ends, each screwed end to be fitted with washers and one hexagonal or square nut, n exc 5cm long and dia of neck 11 to 15 mm complete all as specified and directed by Engineer - in - Charge.

M&L for preparation of new steel surfaces over 10cm width or girth and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint (ordinary tint) over a coat of red oxide primer complete all as specified and directed by Engineer - in - Charge.

Demolition brick work including all quoins, arches, pillar etc. built in cement mortar complete all as specified and directed by Engineer - in - Charge.

M&L for brick work with sub class 'B' bricks, straight or curved on plan exc 6 m mean radius built in CM 1:6 complete all as specified and directed by Engineer - in - Charge.

M&L for PCC 1:3:6 Type C-1 (20mm graded stone aggregate) as in coping complete all as specified and directed by Engineer - in - Charge

Demolition of cement concrete (reinforced) of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided for complete all as specified and directed by Engineer - in - Charge

M&L for reinfoced cement concrete Type B-1 (1:2:4) Nominal Mix (20mm graded stone aggregate) as in slabs suphorted on wall, beams and columns in floor/roofs landings, balconies deck slabs, lintels, bands, capings and in shelves and similar work complete all as specified and directed by Engineer - in - Charge.

M&L for form work to sides & soffits of suspended slab such as roof slabs, floor slabs, landings and similar work; n. exc. 200mm thick (Horizontal or sloping) for rough finished surfaces of concrete complete all as specified and directed by Engineer - in - Charge..

M&L for TMT bars 10 mm dia and over cut to length bent to shape required including cranking bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.90 mm dia using TMT bars. complete all as specified and directed by Engineer - in - Charge.

M & L for mild steel TMT bars 6 to 8 mm dia and over, cut to length, bent to shape required including cranking bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.90 mm dia complete all as specified and directed by Engineer - in - Charge.

Dismantling structural/ mild steel work of any description complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

S&F Framed work as in doors or gates of angle or other section with gusset plates, rails, braces, etc., complete, drilled for fixing of steel sheeting or other covering. Doors, etc. to be prepared for hanging or sliding with and including either hooks and hinges or steel hanging door fittings (exclusive of steel sheeting or other covering, running rails and guides) and hanging; also fastening and fixing Fe-290-W(Gde-E-165) complete all as specified and directed by Engineer - in - Charge.

Returning, filling in, including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers n. exc. 25cm in soft/loose soil complete all as specified and directed by Engineer - in - Charge

Removing excavated material n. exc. 50 m & depositing where directed at a level n. exc. 1.5 m above the starting point complete all as specified and directed by Engineer - in - Charge.

Taking down cement plaster including racking out joints, hacking for key & scrubbing down with water etc complete all as specified and directed by Engineer - in - Charge.

M&L for rendering 15 mm thick in CM 1:4 on brick work or concrete work surfaces including finished even & smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed by Engineer - in - Charge.

M&L for 25 mm thick cement concrete 1:2:4, Type B-0 (12.5mm graded aggregate) as in floor finished even and fair complete all as specified and directed by Engineer - in - Charge.

M&L for sand filling under floors, path or in foundations including watering and consolidation complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for precast machine pressed rubber moulded concrete interlocking paver blocks of any shape and sizeconfirming to IS 15658-2006 of 60 mm thickness, M -35 grade,set,jointed & pointed in neat cement slurry in floor/pavings/path etc with grey cement and pigment. complete all as specified and directed by Engineer - in - Charge.

Dismatling stone slabs and tiles of any description or thickness in floors, aprons laid, bedded and pointed in any mortor, including cement mortar bedding and removing rubbish off the premises complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for Chequered cement concrete tiles 30cm x 30cm x 25mm thick, laid over and including 15mm thick screed bed in CM 1:6 and set, jointed and pointed in neat cement slurry in floors with grey cement with pigment complete all as specified and directed by Engineer - in - Charge.

M&L providing precast cement concrete 1:2:4, Type B-1 (20mm graded aggregate) as in kerb stone and similar work with plain fair finishes including chamfers, weatherings, throat-ing etc and setting in CM 1:4 and fill the joints to match with grey cement complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

S&F in repairs, Galvanised. 2 strand, steel barbed wire 2.24mm dia barbed with 2mm dia barbs at 75mm spacings and straining and fixing to any type of standard rails straining bolts, including, securing or tying at crossings with and provision of galvanised mild steel wire, staples or steel pins, etc. as directed (each line wire to be measured) complete all as specified and directed by Engineer - in - Charge.

M&L for pre-cast RCC jallies 40 mm thick(measured soild) 1:2:4 , Type B-1 (12.50 mm graded stone aggregate) and set in cement mortar 1:4 complete all as specified and directed by Engineer - in - Charge.

Notes : (i) Amount of credit for retrieved materials is mentioned in Sch 'A' Section-II of tender documents in pdf form which will be deducted while acceptance of tender offline.
