Replacement of old unserviceable/ broken/ damaged legs with new legs made out of 1.0mm plane Galvanised iron sheet complte all as specified and shown on drawing including welding of legs, all as directed by Engineer-In-Charge.

Removing of dents and old paints by burning off with blow lamp and cleaning with scrapers complete from mild steel surface of Almirah,complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-In-Charge.

Replacement of old unserviceable/ broken/ damaged mild steel brackets with new brackets of mild steel including welding in existing for fixing shelves as per existing pattern complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-In-Charge.

Replacement of old existing broken/ unserviceable locks of any description and in any position with new brass locks . 75 mm with double keys,fixing with suitable screws/nuts, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-In-Charge.

Replacement of old broken/unserviceable door handles of almirah ,size 100mm long ,mild steel ,chromium plated of approved make , ISI Marked ,best quality,complete with nuts and pins , complete all as specified and shown in the drawings and as directed by Engineer-In-Charge.

Replacement of old broken/unserviceable locking device of any description and in any position with new locking device, three ways, fixing with suitable screws/nuts including repair of locking device, complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-In-Charge.

Preparation to old , decorated surfaces of the steel Almirah with shelves and spray painting with one coat of synthetic enamel olive green paint of approved quality on internal and external surfaces, complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-In-Charge.

REPAIR TO CHAIR VERANDAH Drg no. FD-256 FD-359

Replacement of old unserviceable/ broken/ damaged cane from chair verandah, cleaning to cane holes and weaving with new cane, plastic 4.0mm wide, 0.50mm thick, half round, approved quality weaving in "Matt/ Pattern" minimum weight of cane mentioned in drawging, complete all as specified and as shown in respective drawings and as directed by Engineer-In-Charge.

Preparation of old surfaces of Chair verandah with wire brush, steel scraper and surface rubbed with sand paper to remove small scale and rust so as to obtain a clean surface and applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint of white colour as per existing specifications, complete all as specified and as shown in respective drawings and as directed by Engineer-In-Charge.

REPAIR TO CHAIR CB STEEL WITH ARM AND WITHOUT ARM Drg no. FD-75(M)

Replacement of old unserviceable/ broken/ damaged existing back frame or seat with new back frame or seat,made of Ist class hard wood duly canned canned with cane,plastic ,2mm thick of 1st quality in godrej pattern including french polish ,complete all as specified and shown on drawing and as directed by Engineer-In-Charge.

Replacement of old unserviceable/ broken/ damaged existing arms with arms made of 1st class of hard wood size 410 x 50 x25 mm including painting in black clour to wooden portion with two coats of synthetic enamel black paint ,complete all as specified and shown on drawing and as directed by Engineer-In-Charge.

Prepration of the existing old decorated mettalic surfaces of the chair CB steel with Arms including welding at joints as required and spray paintings one coat of synthetic enamel olive green paint of approved quality and black colour paintings to wooden handles/arms rest including prepration of surfaces ,complete all as specified and shown in the drawings and as directed by Engineer-In-Charge.

REPAIR TO LOCKER BED SIDE STEEL Drg no. FD-1029

Replacement of old unserviceable/ broken/ damaged existinghasp and stapple of any description and in any position with new hasp and stapple chromium plated ,size 75mm x 40mm x3mm fixing with rivets or srews /nuts , complete all as specified and shown in the drawings and as directed by Engineer-In-Charge.

Replacement of old unserviceable/ broken/ damaged existing door handle of steel lockers with new handles,mild steel chromium plated of approved make size100mm ,fixed with srews /nuts and pins , complete all as specified and shown in the drawings and as directed by Engineer-In-Charge.

Replacement of old unserviceable/ broken/ damaged existing hinges of steel locker with new hinges ,mild steel ,chromium plated of approved make,size 75mm , fixed with screws/nuts and pins or rivetted, complete all as specified and shown in the drawings and as directed by Engineer-In-Charge.

Replacement of old unserviceable/ broken/ damaged legs with new legs made out of 1.00 mm plane glavanised iron sheet ,size 100mm height and 60 mm wide including welding of legs ,complete all as specified and shown in the drawings and as directed by Engineer-In-Charge.

Replacement of old unserviceable/ broken/ damaged conduit pipe pipe with new conduit pipe ,mild steel chromium plated ,20mm dia and 1.60mm wall thickness ,complete all as specified and shown in the drawings and as directed by Engineer-In-Charge.

Prepration of the existing old decorated surfaces of locker bed side steel by removing of all dents and filling with putty and spray painting with one coat of synthetic enamel olive green paint of approved quality on internal and external surface ,complete all as specified and shown in the drawings and as directed by Engineer-In-Charge.

Repair and welding to the serviceable /broken damaged joints of legs ,stiffners ,long rails and shorts rails ,made out of 25mm square mild steel pipe 1.6mm ,complete all as specified and and shown on drawing and as directed by Engineer-In-Charge.

Prepration of the existing old decorated/ un decorated surfaces of table dining ORs and spray painting with one coats of synthetic enamel black paints of approved quality ,,complete all as specified and and shown on drawing and as directed by Engineer-In-Charge.

Replacement of unserviceable/ broken/ damaged plywood top of Bed hard with new plywood top, 12mm thick with seven Nos. of ply, commercial, BWR grade, type BB, size 1974mmx850mm, fixed with nails, complete all as specified and shown in drawing and as directed by Engineer-In-Charge.

Preparation of the existing, decorated/ undecorated surfaces and removing denting wherever required and spray painting with one coat of synthetic enamel black paint of approved quality, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-In-Charge.

Charpoy With hard Top Drg No. FD/MAP-II/04

Replacement of unserviceable/ broken/ damaged plywood top of Bed hard with new plywood top, 12mm thick with seven Nos. of ply, commercial, BWR grade, type BB, size 1930mmx850mm, fixed with nails, complete all as specified and shown in drawing and as directed by Engineer-In-Charge.

Preparation of the existing, decorated/ undecorated surfaces and removing denting wherever required and spray painting with one coat of synthetic enamel black paint of approved quality, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-In-Charge.

Table 900 x 600 x 760 mm with and without drawer Steel Drg No. FD-1007 ,FD-1008

Removing unserviceable table top & Supplying and fixing new table top, pre laminated particle board, one side laminated, 18 mm thick, exterior grade with 4 mm thick Teak wood beading duly french polished to obtain glossy finish all around the top.

Material and labour for one coat of synthetic enamel paint to the frame of table including preparing the surfaces and removing denting wherever required complete all as specified and as directed.

Sofa Set 4/5 seater (FD/MAP/II/02)

Taking down old unserviceable velvet/tapestry cloth from exisiting serviceable cushion of sofa set and supply & fixing new approval quality velvet/tapestry cloth not less than Rs 350/- per mtr duly stiched complete all as specified and shown on drg and directed.

Taking down old unserviceable cushions with cover of seat and back of sofa set and supplying and fixing new foam cushions 32 density of size 22"x21"x4 inch, Make:- Sleepwell/Kurlon /Featherfoam duly covered with velvet cloth not less then Rs. 400/- per meter complete all as specified and shown on drg and directed.

Form with and without back (Drg No : FD-77M, FD-1027 & FD-78M

Removing the unserviceable seat/back from form with and without out back and providing new seat /back of size and shape shown in the drawing and directeed by engineer-in-charge. Painting/Polishing all exposed parts (steel/wooden) of form with and without back after repair/replacement of parts.

REPAIR TO CHARPOY GI PIPE PLYTOP Drg No. FD-220

Replacement of old existing unserviceable/ damaged plywood top from charpoy GI pipe with new plywood top following under mentioned steps, complete all as specified as directed by Engineer-In-Charge. (a) Fixing 02 Nos stiffeners of mild steel angle iron 25mmx25mmx3mm, 900mm long, at equal distance and perpendicular to long rails of GI charpoy, fixing by drilling holes including counter sunk screws, nuts and washers at both ends on top side of long rails. (b) Drilling holes two Nos. of 7mm dia in each long rail, short rail and newly welded stiffener of mild steel angle iron. (c) Top of charpoy with plywood, 12mm thick, commercial, BWR grade, type BB, size 1980mmx900mm fixed to GI pipe frame with mild steel conter sunk screws, nuts and washers, as two Nos in each long rail, short rail and newly welded stiffeners of mild steel angle iron. (d) Painting of mild steel stiffeners with two coats of synthetic enamel paint over one coat of zinc chrome primer after preparing the surfaces. (e) Painting of old/ new galvanised pipe of GI Charpoy and applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint of silver colour after preparation of surfaces.

Replacement of old unserviceable/ broken/ damaged existing long rails with new long rails for GI Charpoy, 32 mm bore GI pipe, medium grade, ISI marked, length as shown in drawings, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-In-Charge. Make of pipe: Tata/ Prakash/ Jindal/ Swastik/ Zenith/ BST/ Kashmir tubes/ Appolo.

Taking out old unserviceable/ broken/ damaged existing short rails from charpoy GI Pipe and replace with new short rail retrieved from damaged long rail under serial item Nos-16.02 here-in-before including cutting/ threading and fixing/ tightening in the existing charpoys including welding as required, complete all as specified and shown in the drawings and as directed by Engineer-In-Charge.

Taking out old unserviceable/ broken/ damaged existing leg from charpoy GI Pipe and replace with new leg retrieved from damaged long/ short rail under serial item Nos- 16.02 and 16.03 here-in-before including cutting/ threading and fixing/ tightening in the existing charpoys including welding of 32mm dia washer at bottom of leg as end cap and mild steel clamps as FMN set, complete all as specified and shown in the drawings and as directed by Engineer-In-Charge.

Replacement of old unserviceable/broken/damaged existing three way elbows GI from charpoy GI pipe with new three way elbows GI, 32mm bore, medium grade, (ISI Marked) wherever required, complete all as specified and shown in the drawings.

Chair School with Hand Board

Replacement of old unserviceable/ broken/ damaged PVC Sheet form Chair school with new PVC Sheet of existing size and colour to Chair School complete all as specified and shown in the drawings and as directed by Engineer-In-Charge.

Replacement of old unserviceable/ broken/ damaged hand board from chair school with new hand board of existing size made of 18/19mm thick particle board prelaminated, exterior grade, duly covered with 4mm thick teak wood beading all around, complete all as specified and shown in the drawings and as directed by Engineer-In-Charge.Note- colour of polish and particle board to wooden furninture as directed by GE.

Preparation to school chair with hand board and painting all around with black colour finish to all exposed to view surfaces, complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-In-Charge.

Amount of Schedule of credit of for Rs 1,28,675.00 shall be deducted from quoted amount.
