Excavating in post holes (or similar holes) each not exc 0.5 cum, getting out, returning,filling in and ramming earth or broken rubble mixed with earth around, in layers not exceeding 25cm, in hard and dense soil, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Cutting holes into or through cement concrete slabs, chajjas, etc reinforced or otherwise superficial area not exc 100 sq cm, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Material and labour for PCC 1:3:6 type C-2 using 40mm graded stone aggregate as in foundation for filling in walls or retaining walls, any thickness, size or shape including pilasters, buttresses columns, pillars, boundary pillars and posts (including caps and bases), complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix steel work in tubular trusses including special shaped washer etc. complete using ERW or induction butt welded tubes conforming to I. S.1161-1979 grade St.-240, complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixfFramed brackets of angles or tees with web and flanges cut to shape, drilled and countersunk for screw, including bending and welding angles, as necessary, gusset plates, riveting, etc.. not exc 10 kg each brackets, conforming to Fe.290.Gde-E-165 (Brackets over 10 kg each to be measured under 'Structural Steel'), complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for prepration of new or previously untreated steel surfaces of any description over 10mm width or girth and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over one coat of red oxide primer, complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for pre-painted galvanlume aluminium zinc coating having GI based corrugated steel sheets 0.50mm thick of any colour and shape of sheet approved by AGE(I) as in tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering/cladding to wall fixed with self tapping screw, complete all as specified and directed. Note: (i) shape of sheet approved by AGE(I) (ii) Fixing of sheets will be done strictly according as per manufacurer's instructions.

Supply and fix mild steel sheet 1mm thick and dia 100mm, eaves gutters, galvanised class 3, half round with rounded edges, complete all as specified and directed.

Spreading and levelling in layers n exc. 25 cm thick for well ramming including watering as required, complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour of Point wiring complete with 1.5 sqmm (nominal area) PVC insulated unsheathed multistranded copper condutor single core cable 1100 volts grade FRLSH ISI marked drawn through and incl non metalic PVC conduit, ISI marked of not less than 20 mm dia,Heavy duty , in PVC Conduit on wall/roof,/ on the surface along the roof as per requiremnt at site etc, with all connected fittings MODULAR WHITE COVER PLATE WITH FRAME - 1 module/ 2 module/3 module/4 module/6 module/8 module/12 module, etc., MODULAR METAL FLUSH BOX - 1 module/ 2 module/3 module/4 module/6 module/8 module/12 module, etc., and including FRLSH PVC insulated unsheathed multistranded single core copper conductor cable of size 1.5 sq mm green in colour as in earth continuity conductor connected to common earth dolly and all metal parts of fittings including connected to near by switch board as specified and directed for the following:- Note:- modular switches, sockets, ceiling rose, regulators, etc shall be measured and paid separately.

One light/fan/point controlled by one switch.

One 5 pin socket outlet independent 5 Amps

One socket outlet 5 Amps on the same board with other switches.

All as per ser item No. 10.00 here in before but One 6 pin 5/15 Amps socket outlet independent with 2.5 Sqmm size copper conductor cable and 2.5 sqmm copper cables as earth wire for power socket.

Material and labour of Sub main wiring with 2 runs of single core FRLSH PVC insulated unsheathed multistranded copper conductor cable of size 2 x 4 sqmm (line conductor) & 1x 4 sqmm (earth conductor), 1100 V grade drawing in & including heavy duty non metalic PVC conduit, ISI marked, incl accessories not less than 25mm in dia & along with surface/ wall, roof etc including PVC insulated, FRLSH unsheathed single core multistranded copper conductor cable, green in colour as in earth conductor including cutting charges for concealed conduit wiring etc and making good cutting not exceeding 10cm grith complete all as specified and directed. Note : (i) Two runs of copper conductor cable and one run of copper earth wire including PVC conduit will be measured and paid as one unit only. (ii). Suitable size cable lugs copper fabricated will be measured in the quoted rate only. (iii). Cost of cutting chases in wall for flush fitting of DB and making good to wall with CM 1:4 and painting the same in order to match the same with the existing wall all to the satisfaction of Engr-In- Charge is deemed to be included in the quote rate.

Supply and fixing ceiling rose bakelite, 63.5mm 3 terminals with base plate ISI marked, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Supply and fixing ceiling fans complete with blades, hanging rods , electric regulator and accessories , 230V 1200mm sweep , min air delivery 210 CFM with service value 6.00 BEE 5 Star rated with brushless direct current motor (BLDC), complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix LED tube light fittings 1 x 20 W, 230V, complete with all accessories internally prewired and including connecting up with twisted flexible PVC copper conductor cable of 23/0.0076 from ceiling rose complete all asspecified and directed by Engr-In- Charge.

Supply and fix waterproof plastic box with switch and socket 3 module with 16 A switch and Socket alongwith clamp to fix on MS rod complete all as per specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Supply and fix sheet metal enclosure MCB SPN distribution board, double door, IP 53 class, including suitable size copper bus-bar, 240V,8 Way with shrouded neutral bar, earth bar and including cable ties and suitable size blanks, complete all as specified and directed. NOTE - (i) Cost of suitable size cable lugs and materials required for flush fixing of DB is deemed to be included in the quoted rate. (ii). Cost of cutting chases in wall for flush fitting of DB and making good to wall with CM 1:4 and painting the same in order to match the same with the existing wall all to the satisfaction of Engr-In- Charge is deemed to be included in the quote rate.

Material and labour for earthing complete with galvanized steel earth plate electrode 60×60cm×6mm thick electrode burried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25 m deep below GL) with top edge of the plate not less than 1.5 m below the normal ground level connected with 25 x 4 mm galvanized iron as earthing lead by means of bolts, nuts, check nuts and washers of galvanised iron or steel including necessary excavation & earth work in any type of soil, removing surplus soil to a distance not exc 50m, with and including PCC chamber in PCC (1:2:4), type B1, using 20 mm graded stone aggregate, provn of 40 mm RCC with handle, watering arrangement with funnel internally secured with wire mesh with 20 mm dia medium grade GI pipe for watering, 40 mm dia light grade Gl pipe for lead protection in and including alternate layer of charcoal dust and common salt complete all as shown in electrical plate No 3 of SSR Part-I (2009) connected to earthing test point all as specified and indicated including testing on completion including retrieving of old GI earth plate, CI cover, GI pipes, angle iron frame from existing earthing as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. NOTE : - (i). Earthing strip GI/copper upto 7.5m will be measured and paid under this item only. (ii). The earth chamber shall be constructed 50 cm away from the edge of earth pit and the cost of the same is deemed to be included in the rate quoted for above item. (ii). Quoted rate is deemed to be inclusive of cost of demolition of old earthing as directed by Engr-in-Charge. (iii). The new earthing so constructed must have resisitance value below 2 ohms. If the aforesaid resistance value is not achieved contractor has to make proper aadditions/alterations to the newly constructed earthing at his own cost.

Contract Amount shall be derived after affecting the amount of Schedule of Credit in General Summary on serial page No 18 of tender documents.
