Fabrication and erection of closed CGI Shed of size ( 30’x25’x15’) with EOT crane 3ton gantry capacity for keeping of standby machinery /non-functional machinery of MISD Akhnoor .The job includes clearing of site by employing labour,tool and tackle and leveling of ground by employing man and machinery for start of shed work. Earth work in excavation by manual means over area leveling purpose including disposal of excavated earth upto 1m from cutting adge then disposal of excavated material at permissible dumping place.foundation for plith work (110’x1’-6”x1’)and then foundation for vertical column 14.( (1’-6”’x1’-6”x1’-6”).providing and laying of cement concrete for plith work, floor area, foundation of column. The job includes cost of steel reinforcement for R.C.C work, centering and shuttering . Job further includes providing and fabrication of MS vertical square sections of size (4”x4”x14’)-6 nos, (4”x4”x13.5’)-2 nos. and (4”x4”x12’)-6 no having minimum thickness not less than 4mm with fabrication and welding of gusset plates of size (1’x1’) of suitable thickness having requisite no of holes at bottom end of all the vertical sections for proper erection on foundation blocks .Laying of 14 nos foundation blocks using TMT bar of 10 mm dia mesh with proper embedding of 4 nos anchoring bolts of 25 mm dia in each block at proper place and plinth with raised level of 01 feet above the ground level with mix cement concrete in the ratio of 1:2:4 (cement :sand: gravel) . Erection of all the fabricated vertical section on their respective foundation blocks with proper fastening by nuts and washers Providing and fabrication of 5 nos MS sections of size (2”x4”x16’) having minimum thickness of 3 mm and then fixing on the top of vertical sections to act as trusses with proper welding and anchoring using good quality electrodes Providing and fabrication of MS sections for making purlins of size (1.5”x3”) having minimum thickness of 3mm and then fixing on the trusses with proper welding using good quality electrodes. Providing and fabrication of MS square sections of size (2”x2”) of suitable thickness and then fixing around all the vertical sections/four sides of fabricated structure with proper welding using good quality electrodes for fitting of CGI sheets. Job also includes painting of all the MS items with two coats of primer red oxide after removing of rust/dust with the help of sand/emery paper and then two coats of black enamel paint for protection of the structure. Providing and fixing of coloured CGI sheets of 0.5 mm thick , 16 feet long on slanting roof and coloured CGI sheets of 0.5 mm thickness on all the four walls of fabricated structure using screws, nuts, bolts, hooks and washers etc as per site requirement including fabrication of minimum 12 x15 feet entrance shutter on front side after fabrication of proper frame for shutter with fixing of locking arrangement. And also making arrangement for fitting of 8 no exhaust fan to the walls of shed. Job further includes providing and fitting of I shape girder of specification (ISMB-200) measuring 66 feet approx. in length for making gantry and then proper welding it on the top of square sections for making horizontal movement mechanism on both axis (x & y axis )of EOT along with providing and fixing of EOT crane of 3T capacity and roller set on the said girder and then testing it for freely movement on the girder. The dimensions and quantities may increase or decrease at the time of actual execution of job. Providing and fixing on wall face un–plasticized rigid PVC rain water pipes conforming to IS : 135923 type A including jointing with seal ring conforming to IS: 5382 leaving 10 mm gap for thermal expansion (single socketed pipes 110mm Dia) Complete electrification of shed by way of using standard quality material as per site requirement for lighting circuits, heating circuits and by providing and fitting of light points with LED bulbs–9w (12No’s), roadway luminous lightning( 20 watt) with complete superior quality accessories - 4Nos., with on off switch, batten holder -12 Nos., Socket 3 Pin 5 Amp.- 4 Nos., Fuse 32 Amp.- 1 Nos., main Switch 64 Amp. – 1No. using PVC multi stand copper cables of suitable current carrying capacity .providing fitting of flood light 100 watt capacity -2nos. 8 nos. exhaust fan Tape rolls, Nails, Screw, P.V.C. Copper Cable of suitable sizes, Plastic P.V.C. pipes, wooden boxes/Iron boxes, Bakelite sheets, Switches, Junction boxes, Hooks, Bends, Steel wire, Service lines etc. The job includes the carriage charges of all the material, hire charges of tools & tackles, skilled & unskilled labour charges, cost of material for complete electrification of pump house and shed at L.I.S. Complete Job. Complete job includes cost of material such as CGI sheets ,MS sections, cement ,sand ,gravel ,paints ,nuts ,bolts ,transportation charges, skilled/unskilled labour charges on account of loading , unloading, handling ,cutting ,fabrication ,erection ,curing etc and hire charges of welding set ,gas cutter, shuttering material including leveling of surface etc inclusive of all taxes.
