REPAIR AND MAINTENANCE OF TRANSFORMER, HT VCB/RMU AND CONNECTED WORKS AT AF STN GURGAON UNDER GE (AF) GURGAON

M&L for disconnecting electric supply from outdoor/indoor transformer of capacity upto 500 KVA from HT/LT terminals and lowering down/getting out from 2/4 pole structure/plinth sub station for major repair/minor repairs complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for draining out complete transformer oil upto 500 KVA at site which found major repair and storing the same in suitable container (container to be provided by the contractor to keep aside for re-use (after repair) and lifting of core assembly by opening of top cover and other items for inspection/examination and lowering/fixing of core assembly in its original position after inspection to make it ready for transportation to carry out servicing/repair work in workshop complete all as specified and directed. Note :- Transportation charges and container for keeping transformer oil,hydra machine for lowering or lifting is to be included in the quoted rate by contractor.complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for opening of top cover by unscrewing nut, bolts & washers etc and taking out core assy from tank by disconnecting from tap changer HT & LT side bushing studs to outside by dismantling the channel and disconnecting star delta connection complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for removing the lamination in proper manner carefully for taking out serviceable/unserviceable HT/LT coils from the limbs complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for rewinding of HT coils with copper wire DPC/super enameled high quality matching with existing gauge and impedance including all type of insulating material (Paper/Cloth) in each layer or winding complete all as spcified and directed. Note :- The rate quoted against the item is deemed to be included cost of all types of insulating materials and heating/varnishing etc.

All as Srl item No. 5.00 above but LT coils with copper wire complete all as specified and directed. Note :- The rate quoted against the item is deemed to be included the cost of all types of insulating materials and heating/varnishing etc.

M&L for re-arranging the top lamination over coils as per standard engineering practice including fixing of top channel soldering in between coils as necessary and brazing of star delta connection with tap changer complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in replacement of transformer bushing LT side including brass set stems conical bush/ gasket for indoor/outdoor transformer for the following capacity complete all as specified and directed. Note : The rates quoted is deemed to be included the cost of necessary labour charges for draining out transformer oil, opening of top cover by unscrewing nut, bolts washers and and suitable size nut and washers etc.

S&F in replacement of porcelain transformer bushing HT 11 KV including brass set stems conical bush/ gasket for indoor/outdoor transformer upto 500 KVA complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in replacement of silica Jel breather assy with vent pipe for indoor/outdoor transformer of the follolwing capacity complete all as specified and directed. :-

up to 315 KVA

315 KVA to 500 KVA

M&L for Dehydration including filteration and cleaning of transformer oil at site by centrifugal dehydrating machine till to achieve Di-electric strength 60 KV at 2.5m gap incl testing of sample before and after dehydration and filteration complete all as specified and directed. Note:- Contractor has to arrange the dehydration machine and testing kit without any extra cost to the deptt. Test report to be submitted after completion of job.

Supply & Filling /pouring of transformer oil of low viscosity confirming to IS-335 (latest) having dielectric strength not less than 60 KV with 2.5m gap complete all as specified and directed. Note:- Dielectric strength test shall be carried out at site before pouring/filling in transformers in the presence of Engr-in-Charge on the site.

S&F in repairs switch air break, gang operated HT 11 KV triple pole, mechanically operated, mounted on 12 insulators and steel frame with drop out fuse assembly (having 06 post nsulators including HT barrel fuse of suitable capacity as required at site), vertically or horizontally with operating mechanism including new operating rod, handle which can be worked from ground level, for current rating up to 400 Amps complete including taking down existing unserviceable switch complete all as specified and directed. Note:- All fixing material is deemed to be included in the quoted rate.

M&L for only Restringing ACSR conductor of any type/ size on existing LT/ HT poles, etc including binding on to insulators with and including aluminium wire complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for jumper connection between GOD and drop out fuses and transformers with ACSR conductor of size 6/1 x 2.59 mm n.exc. 2m long including aluminium socket clamped both ends and PVC sleeves including taking down old u/s existing jumper of any size or type complete all as specified and directed. Note : Cost for all safety equipments & necessary T&P reqd at site is deemed to be included in the quoted rates.

S&F in replacement lightning arrester expulsion type complete with all fittings, transmission class, discharge capacity 65 KA metal oxide type suitable for earthed system 11 KV including dismantling existing lighting arrester of any size and type complete all as specified and directed.

S & F shackle type porcelain,vitreous, white brown insulator including galvanised mild steel straps, washers, insulation bolts,washers and nuts for 11000 volt and size of 100 x 115 mm including taking down old u/s existing insulator of any size or type complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix pin type porcelain, vitreous white , brown or green insulator including one galvanised mild steel spindle, two galvanised iron washers and one galvanised iron nut, 150 mm height , 150 mm dia for 11000 volts grade complete including taking down old U/s existing insulator of any size or type complete all as specified and directed.

Decarbonsing/ cleaning complete HT RMU, 11 KV cubicle type, consists of bus bar chamber, circuit chamber and metering chambers, by opening the spout/bus covers inspecting the bus bar joints, cleaning of bus bars, checking the bus bar spouts and circuit spouts for any flash overs/tracks, applying Becktol red solution to the bus bars and spouts having moderate tracking, replacement of bus bar/circuit spouts in case of spouts subjects to heave tracking, applying HT insulated red compounds at the bus bar joints after tightening of joints, cleaning of bus bar insulators and bus bars with CTC and ensure proper decarbonisation and re-assembling complete all as specified and directed. Note : Servicing of RMU will be carried out by the authorized manufacturer/OEM.

Taking down unserviceble CDG 61/31 relay and Supply, install, testing and commissioning of self powered microprocessor based numerical 3 Phase over current and earth fault relay with high set for both O/C and E/F, fault records and suitable for panel mounting with auxialiary supply voltage range 24 V to 110 V as per site requirement complete all as specified and directed. Make: CG/Areva/Micom/ABB Note:- (i) Replacement of existing relay and refixing of new relays and necessary control wiring , testing, calibration, setting to load requirements etc., are deemed to be included in the rates quoted. (ii) Any modification/sheet metal work for relay fixing is deemed to be included in the rates quoted.

Taking down the HT vacuum circuit breaker of any capacity 11 KV,for servicing, repairs, replacement of defective/worn out components and re-assembling complete comprising of the following including testing and commissioning to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge complete all as specified and directed.

(a) Dismantling the HT VCB from the enclosure consisting of interuptter assembly, socket contacts, checking the serviceability of the following parts carefully including cleaning, adjustments, replacement of defective/worn out parts and re-assembling the unit complete. (i) Cleaning the external surface of bushings with CTC or Liquid ammonia to remove the accumulation of dirt or any other deposits. Inspection of bushings and make sure that vibration due to breaker operation have not caused the bushings to move resulting misallignment of contacts. (ii) Checking the interrupter assembly and contacts. Checking the allignment of contacts and setting the contact surfaces to bare firm and uniform pressure and adjust the gap as per manufacterurs tolerance. Badly potted contacts needs to be replaced. Note: Contacts shall be ordered separately. (iii) Checking the breaker bushing of bus bar and circuit side inspecting the interval surface carefully for any charging/trackings,replacement of bushings.

(b) Dismantling the spring charging mechanism of the HT VCB, checking the operations of the closing/tripping through closing/tripping coils electrically as well as manual charging including cleaning adjustments and replacement of defective /worn out parts re-assembly complete for the following. (i) Checking the condition of the spring charging motor along with gear box including servicing to the motor bushes, lubrication of bearing surfaces etc. (ii) Checking the ratchet wheel assembly, driving and charging parts including replacement of defective ratchet wheel and parts. (iii) Checking the type and release prop and dash pot assembly making necessary adjustment including replacement of defective/worn out components. (iv) Checking the operating mechanism of the breaker and ensure its operation freely through entire stroke. Parts which shows excessive wear and tear to be replaced or adjusted as per manufacterurs tolerance. (v) Checking of operating voltage at mechanism terminals and tripping arrangement for positive tripping. Contacts to be examined for their condition and operation. Dress the pitted contactcts and replace if necessary. (vi) Review the adjustment of all pressure switches and lockout devices. (vii) Inspecting all bolts, nuts, pins and coller pins are in place and they are tight and opened properly. (viii) Inspetion, cleaning and relubrication of circuit earthing truck with Aseol Molite or Moliday 47. Note:- (I) Cost of accessories to be replaced like, bolts, nuts , washers and spring washers, petroliumjelly CTC, to put the breaker in serviceable condition is deemed to be included in the rates quoted. (ii) Fixing charges for item No. 22.00 here-in-below also deemed to be included.

Note : Repair work will be carried out by the authorized manufacturer/OEM.

Supply & fix in replacement of RMU 630 Amps one incoming two out going circuit switch assembly comlete after disconnection the all electrical connections and re connections after replacing the circuit switch and testing complete all as specified and directed. Note : Repair work will be carried out by the authorized manufacturer/OEM as per existing make/model reqd at site.

Supply & fix in replacement of RMU 630 Amps one incoming two out going cable termination chamber locking arrangements assembly comlete after disconnection the all electrical connections and re connections after replacing the locking assembly and testing complete all as specified and directed. Note : Repair work will be carried out by the authorized manufacturer/OEM as per existing make/model reqd at site.

Supply & fix in replacement of seal for RMU 630 Amps gas chamber/bottle after disconnection the all electrical connections and re connections after replacing the gas chamber/bottle and testing complete all as specified and directed. Note : Repair work will be carried out by the authorized manufacturer/OEM as per existing make/model reqd at site. For Srl item No. 29.00 to 32.00 contractors are requested to visit the site alongwith rep of authorised manufacture to assess.

Supply and filling SF6 gas(Apprx 1.2 Kg) in existing RMU of 630 Amps including all charges complete all as specified and directed. Note : Repair work will be carried out by the authorized manufacturer/OEM.

Supply, laying & testing cable XLPE insulated, screened, PVC bedded, galvanized steel strip or wire armoured, electric power cables (heavy duty)with stranded aluminium conductor, 11000 volts grade, of size 3 core 185 sqmm complete all as specified and directed.

Supply, laying & testing cable XLPE insulated, screened, PVC bedded, galvanized steel strip or wire armoured, electric power cables (heavy duty)with stranded aluminium conductor, 11000 volts grade, of size 3 core 95 sq mm complete all as specified and directed.

Excavation in trenches n exc 1.5 wide and n exc 1.5 m in depth for foundation etc or for laying cable etc n exc 10 Sqm on plan and n exc 1.5 m in depth and getting out in soft/loose soil complete all as specified and directed.

Returning filling in including spreading, leveling, watering and well ramming in layers n exc 25 cm with available & approved soil/earth complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and laying of PCC cable cover class HV type 1, with flat of size 300mmx180mmx40mm complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix GI strip in trenches or wall 25 x 4 mm galvanised iron strip fixed with rubber insulator and screw complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for draining of transformer of capacity 315KVA to 400 KVA complete oil in barrel before draining the oil,the oil in the Transformer Tank should be heated by filter machine at around 70oc .when the oil is totally drained out the core-coil Assembly higher the ambient complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for dismantling & refitting of all the fittings of the transformer capacity 315 KVA to 400 KVA Such as HT & LT Bushing, Conservator,Explosion vent,Top cover,radiators Bucchholz Relay,Inspection Cover,OTI,WTI,HT,LT Cable Boxes complete all as specified and directed. Note : The rate quoted by contractor shall deemed to be included for Hiring of Crane for item work.

M & L for washing of core coil Assembly of transformer capacity 315KVA to 400 KVA by Hot oil to Remove the Sludge,carbon depositionand any other Foreign Particles Deposited over it. (a) Tightening of core studs & checking IR complete all as specified and directed. (b) Checking Tightnes of Coil. (c) Paper covering to main leads wherever required. (d) Flushing the Radiators. (e) Cleaning the Tank inside by Hot oil .

Supply/Prepration & Replacement of oil sealing Gasket made from rubberized cork sheet confirming to grade RC 80c of IS 4523 PART (II) for transformer capacity 315KVA to 400 KVA all the for whole Transformer complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for BDV Test for filtered new transformer oil in presence of Engr-in-Charge at site. Test shall be carried out after cleaning of transformer capacity of 315 KVA to 400 KVA the assembly , tank and topup the new transformer oil with filteration. BDV valve shall be greath than 60KV used in, complete all as specified and directed. Note : Transformer oil will measured under Srl item No. 12.00.

M & L for degreasing & derusting of transformer capacity of 315 KVA to 400 KVA to all external surface of tank and fitting and applying two coat synthetic enamel paint over & incl one coat of metal primer applied at rusted spot including rewriting of SM/MES No. complete all as specified and directed.

M & in replacement of HT, LT Brass Metal parts, with porcelain insulator, arcing Hornring 250 gm silica & bushing for transformer of capacity 315 KVA to 400 KVA complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for draining of transformer upto 500 KVA to 250 KVA complete oil in barrel after heating the oil in the transformer tank by filter machine at around 70oC and when the oil is totally drained out the core coil assembly shall be taken out for repairing/rewinding complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M & L for dismantling & Refiting of all the Fittings Such as HT & LT Bushing, Conservator, Explosion vent,Top cover,radiators Bucchholz Relay,Inspection Cover,OTI,WTI,HT,LT Cable Boxes of the transformer capacity 200 KVA to 250 KVA Including Hiring of Crane complete all as specified and directed. Note : The quoted rate is deemed to be included hiring of crane work.

Washing of core coil Assembly of transformer capacity 200 KVA to 250 KVA by Hot oil to Remove the Sludge,carbon depositionand any other Foreign Particles Deposited over it. (a) Tightening of core studs & checking IR complete all as specified and directed. (b) Checking Tightnes of Coil. (c) Paper covering to main leads wherever required. (d) Flushing the Radiators. (e) Cleaning the Tank inside by Hot oil .
