Note : All unserviceable materials obtained out of demolition/dismantling/taking down (other than those for which credit catered under Schedule of credit) shall be disposed of outside MoD Land. Quoted rates against respective item shall deemed to include for same.

Disconnecting carefully 100/120 HP centrIfugal pump from motor, suction/delivery pipe and from foundation complete, lifting the pump from site of installation and transporting to workshop for repair, dismantling the bearing, impeller, shaft with key, outer casing etc and reassembeling the pump after repairs/replacement of unserviceable parts/components, cutting the key slot and turning the shaft on lathe machine, testing at workshop and transporting the same from workshop to site and re-installation of pump and fitting on foundation and coupling with motor with proper alignment incl necessary testing and commissioning complete all as specified and directed. Notes : (a) Cost of labour for replacement of new spares/component shall be deemed to be included in quoted rates. (b) New spare parts/components shall be measured and paid as Supply only under respective items of BOQ here-in-after. (c) Cost of cosumables like Oil/Grease/Lubricants shall be deemed to be included in quoted rates.

Gun metal/bronze impeller of existing size suitable for centrifugal pump.

High carbon steel shaft with keys suitable for centrifugal pump.

Steel shaft coupling set complete suitable for centrifugal pump.

Gland packing of suitable size at both the side of pump for prevention of leakage.

Driving end bearing No. N 316 suitable for pump set

Disconnecting carefully 100/120 HP three phase induction motor from pump, starter panel and foundation complete, lifting the motor from site of installation and taking the motor to repair workshop in vehicle, dismantling the unserviceable winding, cleaning the slots and rewinding with super enamelled copper winding wire with existing guage, turns and weight, insulating sleeves including varnishing and baking properly and reassembeling the motor after replacement of unserviceable parts/components, testing at workshop and transporting the same from workshop to site and re-installation/fixing of pump on foundation and coupling with pump with proper alignment and necessary testing and commissioning complete all as directed. Notes : (a) Cost of labour for replacement of new spares/component shall be deemed to be included in quoted rates. (b) New spare parts/components shall be measured and paid as Supply only under respective items of BOQ here-in-after. (c) Cost of cosumables like Oil/Grease/Lubricants shall be deemed to be included in quoted rates.

Taking out old unserviceable flat submersible cable and Supply and fixing/laying multistranded copper conductor flat submersible cable PVC insulated and PVC sheathed 1100 volts grade conforming to IS-694 with necessary copper lugs pin/ring type and passed through PVC flexible conduit wherever directed complete all as specified and directed for following size cables:-

Taking out old unserviceable single core 50 Sqmm cable and Supply and fixing single core 50 Sqmm Heat Resistant Flame Retardant HRFR PVC Insulated Industrial Cables multistranded copper conductor cable PVC insulated and unsheathed 1100 volts grade conforming to IS-694 with necessary copper lugs pin/ring type and passed through PVC flexible conduit wherever directed as in jumpers of Starter panel complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down all parts of Starter panel of 100/120 HP pump set including existing wiring and M & L for preparation of old existing door, inner & outer steel or iron surfaces of starter panel in position including removal of disintegrated and deteriorated paint by scrapping out with wire brush or iron scrubber, applying a coat of red oxide primer and one under coat, one finish coat of synthetic enamel paint with spray gun machine for smooth finish including writing letter and complete re-assembling of Starter panel by refixing the old serviceable parts/new parts with complete rewiring of starter panel with 1.5/2.5/6 sqmm (as per existing size) Heat Resistant Flame Retardant HRFR PVC Insulated Industrial multistranded/solid copper conductor cable (as required/directed) PVC insulated and unsheathed 1100 volts grade conforming to IS-694 with appropriate sleeves, copper lugs pin/ring type as required including marking Nos, spiral PVC conduit, PVC clamps, proper alingnment of wires and testing after re-assembling the Starter panel complete all as specified and directed. Notes : (a) Cost of labour for replacement of new spares/component shall be deemed to be included in quoted rates. S & F in replacement MCCB four pole 250 Amp confirming to IEC 60947-2 & IS – 13947-3 thermal magnetic release and adjustable over load setting 0.8 – 1.0 x In and adjustable short circuit setting 6 – 10 x In and rupturing capacity 36 KA at 415 V AC , 50 Hz complete all as specified and directed.

S & F in replacement four Pole Off load Change over switch, side handle operated, with sheet enclosure and operating handle suitable for 415 volts AC 50 Hz supply Rating 400 Amps Cat No IHCFFE0400 of Make Havells or equivalent model of Makes listed in List of makes.

S & F in replacement three phase digital softstarter with embedded bye-pass function for a wide range of applications complete with adjustable electronic overload and field bus communications, rated current 32 Amps suitable for 15 HP pump set, ATS 22 series Cat Part No. ATS22D32Q of Make Schneider or equivalent model of Makes listed in List of makes complete all as specified and directed.

S & F in replacement Power contactor, 3 Pole, Type ML-3 with 2NO+ 2NC auxiliary contacts confirming to IS/IEC 60947-4-1, coil voltage 415 volts Cat Part No. SS 90721 of Make L & T or equivalent model of Makes listed in List of makes complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for disconnecting and taking down carefully 100 HP pump set with motor, taking out the MS channel mounting, replacement of existing rubber vibration pad with new vibration pad on foundation of existing size, refixing of MS channel mounting and reconnecting the pump set with motor and testing complete all as directed.

M & L for complete overhauling and servicing of 15 HP monoblock pump set including greasing of bearings, varnishing and baking of motor, preparation of old existing painted surface in position including removal of disintegrated and deteriorated paint by scrapping out with wire brush or iron scrubber, applying a coat of red oxide primer and one under coat, one finish coat of synthetic enamel paint with spray gun machine for smooth finish including writing SM/MES No, reassembeling the pump set after replacement of nuts and bolts, air release valve, replacement of gland packing of suitable size and replacement of unserviceable parts/components, re-installation and necessary testing and commissioning complete all as directed. Notes : (a) Cost of labour for replacement of new spares/component shall be deemed to be included in quoted rates. (b) New spare parts/components catered vide item here-in-below shall be measured and paid as Supply only under respective items of BOQ here-in-after. (c) Cost of cosumables like Oil/Grease/Lubricants shall be deemed to be included in quoted rates.

Taking out old unserviceable butterfly valve and Supply, install, connecting and testing butterfly valve for 150 mm dia pipe, flanged ended (Wafer Type) IS-13095 marked with stainless steel disc & stem, lever operated, class PN 16 including all jointing materials such as leather gasket, bolts nuts washers etc complete all as specified and directed.

Taking out old unserviceable non return (reflux) valve and Supply, install, connecting and testing cast iron non return (reflux) valve suitable for 150 mm dia pipe, heavy duty, flanged ends with gun metal seat, class PN 1.6, IS - 5312 marked including all jointing materials such as leather gasket, bolts nuts washers etc complete all as specified and directed.

Taking out old unserviceable sluice valve and Supply, install, connecting and testing of sluice valve for 100 mm dia pipe, class PN- 1.0 double flanged with CI body, iron wheel head and brass spindle and check nut etc, non rising type IS-14846-2000 marked including jointing materials i.e. rubber gaskets, nuts, bolts etc. complete all as specified and directed.

Taking out old unserviceable sluice valve and Supply, install, connecting and testing of sluice valve for 150 mm dia pipe, class PN- 1.6 double flanged with CI body, iron wheel head and brass spindle and check nut etc, non rising type IS-14846-2000 marked including jointing materials i.e. rubber gaskets, nuts, bolts etc. complete all as specified and directed.

Taking up or down steel tubing and connections and Supply and fix 100mm bore size steel water tubing, galvanized, medium grade, with all fittings like bends, sockets, reducers etc as required in new or old alignment, on floor, vertically on overhead reservoir,complete all as specified and directed.

Taking up or down steel tubing and connections and Supply and fix 150mm bore size steel water tubing, galvanized, medium grade, with all fittings like bends, sockets, reducers etc as required in new or old alignment, on floor/walls, vertically on overhead reservoir,complete all as specified and directed.

S & F in repairs 150mm size pipe leaking flanged joints by replacing the rubber/ leather gasket including cleaning the joints and refixing the fittings complete all as directed.

S & F in replacement of flanged cast iron fittings like bends, tapers, tee equal or unequal, tail pieces, end plug, blank flange etc as required at site complete upto 150 mm dia CI/GI pipe all as directed.

Dismantling old rusted/unserviceable mild steel sheet/plate and Supply & Fixing mild steel sheet/plates plain or chequered as required at site, of size and thickness as per existing for repair of PS tanks including making holes for nuts and bolts, cutting, welding, bending cold or hot and necessary gasket for prevention of leakage and necesssary testing after fixing all as directed.

Taking down old unserviceable nuts and bolts and Supply and fixing mild steel nuts and bolts machine made as per existing size with hexagonal or square head at one end and screwed at other end or both end screwed with washers and nuts complete all as directed and required at site.

Dewatering the existing Pressed Steel overhead tanks of following capacity mounted on steel staging at a height of 10m to 15m including removing of sludge/ soil deposits completely by scraping out from internal surfaces of tank and transporting/depositing sludge/settled soil to a distance not exceeding 50 mtr, washing the tanks with bleaching powder thereafter preparation of old or previously treated internal and external steel/iron surfaces of tanks and all steel surfaces of staging and applying one coat of anticorrosive synthetic enamel paint by spray painting to external surfaces including staging and applying one coat of black bituminous paint by spray painting (suitable for potable water) complete including writing of capacity, tank cleaned date etc with white paint of letter size 15 cm on 60 cm x 90 cm size black paint background complete all as directed:-

M & L for dismantling damaged/unserviceable structural steel/mild steel parts/components of ladder, security gates, working platform of Over Head Pressed Steel tanks and replacement of structural rolled mild steel for joist, channel, angle, or tee sections, Pressed Steel/Mild steel sheets/plates confirming to Fe-290 (Gde E-165) of thicknees as required of suitable size as directed including welding, drilling cutting and provision of suitable nut bolts etc and preparation new or previously untreated steel surfaces of any description, width or girth and applying two coats of anti-corrosive synthetic enamel paint of 1st grade quality over and including one coat of red oxide zinc chrome primer complete all as specified and directed.

S & F in replacement synthetic insulating mat of size 1Mx2Mx2mm thick, blue colour, dielectric strength 30 KV ISI marked bearing IS No. 15652:2006 complete all as directed.

S & F in replacement integral LED aviation light for overhead reservoir comprising of aluminium housing with polycarbonate enclosure complete incl testing complete all as directed. Model & Make Cat Part No. BGAV 302 LED of Make Bajaj or equivalent model of Makes listed in list of Makes.

M & L for earthing complete with Copper earth plate 60 cm X 60 cm X 3.15 mm thick buried vertically in ground to depth not less than 2.25 metres deep below ground level, with top edge of earth plate not less than 1.5 m below ground level, connected to copper earth strip of size 20mmx3mm by means of bolts, nuts, check nuts and washers of galvanized iron or steel besides welding at all joints as shown in drawing and including excavation and earth work, GI pipe light grade 40mm bore for protection of earth wire and connected to continous earth lead on pole/test point, supplying and laying charcoal dust common salt PCC 1:2:4 type B1, chamber and MS angle iron frame 40x40x3mm and RCC cover 40mm thick (1:2:4) type B1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate reinforced with 6mm dia round bars @ 75mm C/C both ways with MS handle 12mm dia, PGI funnel and wire mesh, 20mm dia GI pipe medium grade for watering all as shown in electrical plate No 5 on srl page No 497 of SSR Part I (2009) drawing and connection to earth test point including testing and including dismantling and taking out old earthing complete all as specified and directed.
