Construction of anchor blocks, suppoting pillers, steel bridge crossing and crate work and site development for c/o pumphouses and storage tanks:-
Cutting in earth work in all kinds of soil such as pick work jumper work blasting work in soft/hard rock by blasting & chiselling where blasting is prohibitted including dewatering in saturated soil upto all leads and lifts and disposal of excavated earth upto all leads and lifts as per the directon of Engineer-in-charge.
Excavation in foundation trenches etc. in earth work in all kind of soil such as pick work,jumper work, blasting work in hard & soft rock and chiesaling work including slushy soil & under flooring water up to all excavated soil with inall leads , lifts and depth and stacking the excavated soil in 15 cm ( fifteen centimetres) layers when required in to plinth, sides of foundation etc. consolidation each deposited layer by ramming & watering & then disposing of all surplus excavated earth as directed with in all leads and lifts for anchor blocks,supporting pillars, steel bridge crossing and wire crate work as per direction of Engineer-in -Charge.
Providing and laying cement concrete 1:5:10 (1cement:5 sand:10 graded stone aggregate 40mm nominal size) with 15% plum and curing complete excluding cost of form work in retaining wall/breast walls, the size of plums shall usually be 150mm to 300mm as per HPPWD specification as per the direction and entire satisfactionof Engineer-in-Charge.
Providing and laying Cement Concrete work 1:4:8 (1cement :4sand : 8 graded stone aggregate 40mm nominal size) & curing complete excluding the cost of form work in foundation & plinth with in all leads and lifts as per Direction of Engineer-in -Charge.
Providing and laying cement concrete 1 : 1.5 : 3 ( 1 cement : 11/2 sand:3graded stone aggregate 20mm nominal size) and curing complete excluding the cost of form work and reinforcement for reinforced concrete work in:-
Foundation, footing bases of column and the like mass concrete within all leads and lifts as per direction of Engineer-in-Charges.
Providing tor steel reinforcement for reinforced concrete work including bending, binding and placing in position complete up to floor two level with in all leads and lifts as per direction of Engineer -in- Charge.
Providing form work with steel plates 3.15mm thick welding with angle iron in frame 30x30x5 milimetre so as to give fair finish including centering, shuttering and propping etc. with wooden battens and ballies, height of propping and centring below floor to ceiling not exceeding four metres and removal of the same for in-situ-reinforced concrete and plain concrete work in:-
Vertical surfaces such as walls (any thickness) partitions and the like including attached pillasters, buttresses, plinth and string courses and the like within all leads and lifts as per the direction of Engineer-in Charge.
Steel work welded in built up section, trusses and framed work including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position and applying a priming coat of red lead paint in trussed bridge span upto 30 mts within all leads and lifts as per the direction of engineer in charge.
Providing weephole in plain/ reinforced concrete abutment, wing wall, retaining walls with 100mm dia 4 kgf /cm2 PVC pipe Phinolex /Diplast make extending through the full of the structure with slop of 1(V):20 (H) towards drawing face complete with in all leads and lifts and as per direction of Engineer-in -charge.
Wire crate made of GI wire filled with boulder with square cut faces against the wire filled withapproved quality of hard stone/boulder and approved quarry having rounded angular shape dimension and size of the stone not less than 23cm. and weight 18 kg respectively free from soft spots cracks cavities veins including netting and twisting complete in all respect (Wire crates to be measurd & paid for separetely).
Wire crates made of G.I. wire filled with boulders with square cut faces against the wire (boulder filling to be measured and paid for separately) G.I. wire 5mm thick corrospanding to SWG 6 (15cmx 15cm meshdouble knot) with in all leads and lifts as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge.
Construction of RCC Circular U/G Partially U/G Storage Tanks:-
Designing , constructing,testing & commissioning of RCC circular under ground/partial underground storage resorviors as per capacity given below at various stages/sites including excavation in all kinds and types of strata, soil strata including dewatering in M30 design mix in foundation, walls, bottom slab, roof slab /dome with smooth finishing in 1:3 inside the tank, all allied civil works. refilling and disposing of surplusearth with in all lead sand lifts. The job also include providing,lowering, laying, erecting, hoisting and jointing of pipe assembly for inlet, outlet, overflow and scour pipe with bye pass arrangement consisting of GI/MS pipes special and valves of required classes and all other accessories required such as MS ladders inside and outside CI Cowl type ventilator, SFRC manhole covers including frames and covers (medium duty) with proper locking arrangement water level indicator, RCC frames for all valves, ventilating shafts shall also be provided including all leads and lifts as per entire satisfaction of Engineer in charge. The tanks shall be hydraulically tested for water tightness all works shall be confirming to relevant IS codes. Battery limit shall be considered as 3.00 m from the edge of the structure or the boundary of the land whichever is less. the rates quoted by the bidders/firms shall be for the complete work. All ancilliary works and accessories required to make the system fully functional shall be included in the cost of work. Nothing extra shall be paid in this account. The work shall include supplying of 5 sets of structural designs and drawings etc complete as directed by Engineer in charge as per relevant data sheet and scope of work (for same capacity of the tanks with similar dimensions the payment shall be made only for one design) (Refer Vol-II-Technical specification & Data sheet 4 to 20).

WATER TREATMENT PLANT : Designing (aesthetically), Providing, Constructing, Testing & Commissioning of Water treatment Plant 1.40 MLD capacity based on Rapid Sand Gravity filteration , of RCC construction in concrete design mix of grade M-30 (for hydraulic structures) & M-25(for building works) as per proper design and drawing with all structureal requirement including cost of construction of civil works hoisting and errection of all steel workd ,providing and installation of all mechanical Electrical equipments/accessories,laying of all interconnecting GI/MSERW pipesand scouring arrangements from all units with disposal of the same to appropriate place i.e. nearby nallah/khud/natural drainage,all types of valves fitting and all other contigent works including cost of site development to adjust hydraulic levels as per proper layount contour plan at village Maida (Location) and capable of taking input and givinging output as laid in chapter -VI(a) of NIT vol-II under all climatic conditions specified therein .The treatment plant includes C/O inlet Chamber ,Raw Water Tank,inlet channel with ultrasonic channel flow meter ,chemical dozer,Tube settler ,Flash mixer,Clari-flocculator(with moving mechnical scrapper arrangement),Rapid Sand filter ,Pipe gallery, clear water tank ,lime & Alum solution tanks with proper dozing arrangement,,Back wash Tank with pumping sets & Air compressors with proper scouring arrangement & including arrangement for disposal of waste of water treatment plant process, Plant bulding comprising sufficent space for Laboratory,office,Automation room, room for housing the automated valves installed at the manifold arragementat the outlet of clear water tank ,manifold system to be got approved from the department,Providing and fixing of lighting arrangements with Sodium vapour lamps of 150 Watts with in the boundry limit of plant area.Providing and fixing all electrical/Mechnical equipments,Proper walkway for inspection/operation of various units.Providing and settingup of all laboratory equipments etc.The hydrauic design & capacity/sizes of all the importmentunits shall be based on latest guideelines of Manual of Water Supply and Treatment published by CPHEEO,Ministry of Urban development(GOI) New Delhi.The structural design of various units shall strictly conform to relevant BIS codes and specifications.and shall be constructed to house the laboratory equipment, office record including furniture, office computer complete in all respects. Battery limit shall be considered as 3.00 m form the edge of the structure or the boundary of the land whichever is less. (Chapter 4Vi(b) and Refer data sheet No. 32)
Pump House:- Designing, constructing , testing and commissioning ( to be approved by the competent authority) of pump houses at following locations including all allied civil works, internal & external electrical works wiring, sanitary work, excavation in foundatiom in all kinds of soils, c/o toilet,c/o septic tanks of capacity of required users, internal and external 150W LED flood street lighting, external landscaping, dewatering including P/F 5.00 Tone chain pulley/ GantryGirder along with MS rail along longitudinal wall of approved ISI make electrically operated alongwith all allied accessories and painting with asian ultima with priming coat and wall putty and fire fighting system complete as directed by engineer in charge. Supplying Erection ,Testing & commissioning of pumping machinery:-
SUBMERSIBLE PUMPING MACHINERY:- Providing and erection of submersible Raw water polder pump sets at Raw water stage of KSB/Calama/Johnston/Crompton/BS/ SABAR/ Oswal/ Kirloskar make or of approved make by JSV (HP) conforming to latest relevant BIS Code 8034-2002 upto latest ammendments. The pump should have impellers of suitable alloys as per BIS 5659-1970 with latest amendments (if any) suitable for Raw water with 2500 PPM turbidity having water lubricated bearing bush and stainless steel shaft with stator on motor side and with soft protection sleeve on pump side ensuring better life for shaft coupled to a submersible squirrel cage electric induction motor (water proof type) of required HP, RPM 2900 KSB/SU make conforming to BIS 9283-1979 latest with up to date amendments, totally dust and water proof for submersible duly isolated from the pump by intermediate casing with double mechanical seal in oil chamber and grease packed lubricated to with stand long vertical loads with minimum wear and tear. It should also be fitted with a device to take up expansion of water with the heating of motor. The pump should include water level guards, erection clamps, cable clips and depth gauge with upto date amendments. It should include cost of bearing nuts bolts and painting etc. The pumping machinery shall be installed and anchored properly. All electrical equipments such as Starter, ICTP switches, MCB, Bus bar chamber, MCB, Panel board indicating lamps,digital Ammeter,digital Voltmeter, Hour run meter should be of electronic type , incoming and outgoing water proof cable for panel board, Double loop earthing, copper cable pressure gauge, capacitor, common header, sluice valve, NRV including erection and testing complete involving all wear and tear at the time of erection and testing The work should be completed to the entire satisfaction to the Engineer-in – Charge. The rates shall be for complete Job to run the machinery in proper working. and should meet with the requirements. (Booster stage) (Refer Vol-II- Data sheet No. 26). All accessories for commissioning of the pumping machine with the automation equipments as per data sheet No. 14 shall be included in the cost and nothing extra will be paid in this account.
Booster Stage :- 2 sets ( 1 working + 1 standby) Design discharge 23.08 LPS with total head 35.65 metres.
CENTRIFUGAL PUMPING MACHINERY:-Supply Installation Testing & Commissioning of horizontal spindle,horizontal / redial split casing/end suction(Back-pull out arrangements) single/double /multi stage star rated centrifugal pump or combination of pumps, In series/ parallel of recommended make such as Mather and Platt/KSB/ Beacon Weir /Kirlosker / BE/Jyoti or of approved make by JSV (HP) as per BIS 1520-1980 with upto date ammendments, read with IS:9137-1978 as per latest edition suitable for lifting water for under mentioned characterestics with impellers / priming funnels,casing ring and shaft sleeves , shaft with cast iron casing coupled directly through a flexible coupling on a common MS/Cast steel base plate (base plate to be from the manufacturer of the pumping unit only) to slip ring/ squirrel cage screen protected drip proof induction motor /motors of standard make such as Kirlosker/BHEL /Crompton /NGEF /GEC/Siemens/Jyoti /ABB and suitable for operation on 400(+/-)10% volts,50 cycles /second.3 phase AC electric supply. The power of electric motor/motors should be at +10% in excess of the maximum power required by the pump/pumps in the operation range of (+) 10% and (-)15% of the duty poiint head. The motor/motors as per ISI:325:1978 with upto date ammendments read with IS 900:1972. It should include cost of bearing nuts , bolts and painting etc. and should meet the following requirements: including Pump sets (working + standby), necessary piping and control valves alongwith electrical works including all taxes, insurance, transportation, freight charges, inspection charges, loading, unloading, conveyance to Departmental stores/ site, stacking, etc. including earthing ,specials and wastage etc.; complete suitable for operation the following requirement data given below. (Refer Vol-II- Data sheet No. 27).
The motor shall be suitable of running at 400 volt+ - 10% volt atleast. It should include cost of bearing nuts, bolts and painting etc and should meet the following requirement (as per data sheet ) including Pump sets (working + standby), All electrical equipments such as Starter, ICTP switches, MCB, Bush bar chamber, MCB, Panel board indicating lamps, Ammeter, Voltmeter, Hour run meter should be of electronic type , incoming and outgoing water proof cable for panel board, Double loop earthing, copper cable pressure gauge, capacitor, common header, sluice valve, NRV including erection and testing complete necessary piping for suction and common header and control valves alongwith electrical works including all taxes, insurance, transportation, freight charges, inspection charges, loading, unloading, conveyance to Departmental stores/ site, stacking, etc. including specials and wastage etc.; complete as per Tender Specifications and instruction of Engineer in charge. The re-checking and verify survey of proposal/scheme is to be carried out by the lowest bidder, the design/drawings so approved by the competent authority after finalisation of design and drawings ). All the accessories for commissioning of pumping machinary with the automation equipments as per actual requirement shall be included in the cost & nothing extra shall be paid on this account.

Excavation in foundation, trenches (for pipes & pits) upto all depths in all classification of earth work such as pick work, jumper work, saturated soil including bailing and pumping out water, blasting soft/ hard rock or chieselling soft/hard rock where blasting is prohibited in all lifts including trimming and dressing of sides, leveling of beds to correct grade i/c shoring /strutting , planking, timbering & dewatering wherever required, stacking the useable & unuseable material /soil separately & after laying jointing & testing of pipes, returning the useable soil in trenches in 15 cm layers including consolidating of such deposoited layer by ramming & watering & then disposing of all surplus excavated soil /unusable material as directed with in all leads & lifts including cost of diversion for traffic, night signals, fixing caution boards, crossing over trenches for access to houses, fencing etc. complete in all respects with in all leads & lifts as per directions of Engineer-in-charge.
Providing,Laying, jointing & testing of GMSERW pipe flanged /butt welding joints 94% & 6% flanged( by way of circumferential butt welded joints in three layers by electrical arc welding ) and testing of pipe of Jindal/Surya Roshani/Tata or of approved make by JSV (HP) of following diameter confirming to IS:3183-2007 plain ended and IS 1239- Part-1 -2004 (Syphon portion) (latest with upto date amendements having wall thickness as specified below capable of withstanding required test pressure, including manufacturing and fabrication of reducers tapers all short pieces, bends ect as per site requirement made from parent tube, and paid for separately and all operations such as cutting, welding and jointing fabrication of bends tees i.e lowering and laying in excavated trench to ensure required level including flushing cleaning and hydraulic testing complete in all respect tp the entire satisfaction of the Engineer in charge. The fabricated bends shall have three or four cuts having its radius not less than five times the dia of pipe. The welding electrodes shall be as per IS 814 of Advani Overlikon/over cord s/s make. The damaged portion of the pipe and all specials (if damaged during laying and jointing operation of pipe) made from the parent tube shall be provided anti corrosive treatment by applying two coats of anti corrosive bituminous paints over a priming coat as per AWWA specification C-203-1978. The rates also include entire carriage of material, flushing, cleaningand hydraulic testing i.e DP test of butt welded joints complete in all respect and to the entire satisfaction of Engineer in Charge with in all leads and lifts .(Cost of MS flanges and weldings of MS flamges with pipes and earth work in trenches will be measured and paid for separately) (Refer data sheet No. 24)

Excavation in foundation, trenches (for pipes & pits) upto all depths in all classification of earth work such as pick work, jumper work, saturated soil including bailing and pumping out water, blasting soft/ hard rock or chieselling soft/hard rock where blasting is prohibited in all lifts including trimming and dressing of sides, leveling of beds to correct grade i/c shoring /strutting , planking, timbering & dewatering wherever required, stacking the useable & unuseable material /soil separately & after laying jointing & testing of pipes, returning the useable soil in trenches in 15 cm layers including consolidating of such deposoited layer by ramming & watering & then disposing of all surplus excavated soil /unusable material as directed with in all leads & lifts including restoration unmetalled surfaces to its original condition including cost of diversion for traffic, night signals, fixing caution boards, crossing over trenches for access to houses, fencing etc. complete in all respects with in all leads & lifts as per directions of Engineer-in-charge.
Providing ,Laying and jointing testing in trenches galvanised mild steel tubes or of Tata,Jindal,Bhusan makeapproved by JSV (HP) ( screwed and socketed. Remote Monitoring (Automation of entire system):-
AUTOMATION OF ENTIRE SYSTEM : The tenderer shall automate the scheme a/w Pumping machinary and other units. Installation of hardware along with commissioning/ programming as per user requirement shall be done. The detailed automation proposal shall be got approved by the firm from the competent authority. Firm has to incorporate all the inputs and outputs suggested by the department in the SCADA in all leads and lifts and to the entire satisfaction of Engieer-in-Charge. All ancilliary works and accessories required to make the system fully functional shall be included in the cost of work. Nothing extra shall be paid on this account.(Refer data sheet No. 30 for detail of MBRs, Pumping machinery)

Supply of vaccum operated pressur feed gaseous Chlorinator Chloromaz/ Capco Capital makes or Chlorination water by direct feeding to water main each consisting of the following components. ii) Supply of full vaccuum gaseous chlorinator capable to deliver 0-1000 gm/hr of chlorine gas comprising of spring oppoesed inlet valve, rate valve flow meter remote ejector assembly with built in check valve, vaccum tubing vent tubing.
