Plain Cement Concrete 1:5:10 Mix (one part cement, five part sand and ten part of aggrigate) using 40 mm size ISS HBG metal from approved quarry including cost and conveyance of all materials to site. loading and unloading charges and labour charges for mixing. Laying and curing etc., complete as per TNDSS NO: 28 & VI (S2) VI (S5A) VII standard specifications as directed by Engineer incharge.

Brick Work in Cement Mortor 1:5 Mix (one cement, five sand) using new best II Class Bricks of size 9 ” x 4 3/8 “x 2 3/4 ” from approved quarry including cost and conveyance of all materials to site. Loading and unloading charges and labour charges for mixing, laying and curing etc. complete. Complying with std. specifications

Supplying and erectioning steel sheet centering and shuttering including necessery supports for plain surface in foundation and basement for RCC roof rectancular or T beams, L beams, lintel and bedblock staircase waist slap and landing beam etc., with all bracing using M.S sheets spaced at 75cm C/C etc., completly complying with standard specifications.

Reinforced Cement Concrete 1:1½:3 Mix (One part cement, one and half part sand and three part of aggregate)using 20mm size ISS HBG metal machine crushed from approved quarry including cost and conveyance of all materials to site, loading and unloading charges and labour charges for mixing, laying and curing but excluding cost of reinforcement etc. Complete with std. Specifications.

Supplying and fabricating and placing in position of MS or RTS rods for all rainforced works including cost of steel and binding wire and all labour for cutting and fabrication and other incidental charges etc., completly complying with standard specifications.

Plain cement Concrete 1:4:8 ( One cement four sand eight hard broken stones) mix using 40mm ISS size HBG metal for foundation and baes ment including cost and conveyence all charges for foundation and flooring etc.,

Finishing the top of flooring with granothatic flooring with cement concrete 1:2:4 (one cement, two sand and four aggrigate) using 6 to 12mm stone chips – 25mm tk etc., Complete.

Supplying and fixing over the floors best quality of scratch ceramic tiles of 30 c.m x 30c.m x 6mm size of approved colour laying with cement mortor 1:2 mix pointing the joints with colour pigments etc. Complete.

Paving the floor with design Eurocon Tiles in all floors over a base layer of cement mortar 1:3 (one cement and three sand ) 20mm thick laid in-situ and pointed with same coloured cement etc,complete as per standard specification.

Dadooing sides of walls with Glazed tils of size 0.15m x 0.15m x 0.006m including cost and conveyance and all labour and materials complete complying with standard specifications and drawings and as directed by the departmental Engineers.

Supply of thousand ltr. capacity PVC water tank including cost and conveyance Complete complying with standard specifications and as directed by the departmental Engineers.

White washing two coats with best quality of slacked shell lime including cost and conveyence all charges etc.,completly complying with standard specifications.

Painting the old walls two coats over one coat of priming with best Emulsion paint of approved colour and quality including preparation of surface and finishing neatly etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the department officers etc., complete complying with standard specifications.

Supplying and fixing in position colour glazed INDIAN TYPE WATER CLOSET with 'P' or 'S' trap including cost and conveyance of water closet and labour for fixing including flooring with brick jelly concrete etc., complete
