Providing highly skilled mechanic/ specialist in electric HT breakers/Panels line certified from OEM ( Original Equipment Manufacturer ) for carrying out the mechanical servicing/overhauling of 11 KV VCB/SF6 breaker complete (Make-CG/ALSTOM/ABB /OR ANY MAKE ) by drawing out the trolly from existing HT panels with due care after taking proper shut down from concerned staff, opening of l tank, decanning of old carbonised parts and cleaning/decarbonising all mechanical/metal parts with CRC/CTC-226 solution/spray, inspection/ checking of all fixed and moving parts, dressing of male and female contact by using emery paper for fine/smooth contact, meggering of IR value of all HT incoming and out going bushing, providing oil, grease and re-assembling the same by tightening of all connections including checking of alignment for easily movement of breaker for ON/OFF operation with setting of buffer gap adjustment, contact travel allignments , rollar gap , hard or light setting of breaker greasing of all moving mechanism including removing and fixing worn out/cracked/moistured/loosing IR value spare parts ( for which supply of spare parts only will be paid seperately )and fixing the trolly in HT panels and testing, charging the system in presence of Engr in Charge/JE E/M complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in replacement of male female contacts suitable for existing type of VCB suitable for existing panel complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing in replacement of geary mechanicsm as per existing of VCB for complete all as specified and as directred at site

S & F PT (voltage transformer) for 11 KV indoor VCB, draw out type, 11 KV11000/110V,VA5, Class I Rated, freequency 50 Hz or as per existing. Make CG,PRAGATI,National or equivalent

Supplying and laying synthetic Rubber insulated mats 2.5 mm thick for voltage upto 11 kv for electrical purpose as per IS 15652-2006, (superseding IS 5424) suitable for electrical shock safety of sizes 2m x 1m.

Supply and fix in replacement stay assembly set comprising of galvanized steel stay wire stranded 7/300 mm galvanized steel bow, GI steel stay rod 12 mm dia with nuts, bolts and washers, steel plate 230x230x6 mm loop insulators as shown in electrical plate No 1 including necessary earth work in soft/loose soil PCC 1:3:6 type C-2 using 40 mm graded stone aggregate foundation, disposal of surplus soil upto a distance of 50m and fixed to stay clamps complete all as required and directed.

Excavation in trenches not exceeding 1.50m wide and not exceeding 1.5m deep in soft/loose soil and getting for taking out unserviceable worn out cable and laying new cable complete all as specified and directed.

Returning, filling in, including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25cm thick after laying the cable in loose/soft soil complete all as specified and directed.

Removal of surplus soil/excavated material obtained from ground level to a distance not exceeding 50m and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5m above from the starting point complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for sand filling with clean dry fine sand unwashed including gently punning around cables in trenches for cable protection complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and laying un-reinforced precast concrete cable cover, type-1, flat, size 300mm x 180mm x 40mm over the cable after spreading the sand for cable protection complete all as specified and directed.

Supply & laying /paving of dry well burnt bricks of sub class ‘B’ laid flat of whole brick over the cable after spreading the sand for cable protection complete all as specified and directed.

Cutting and chassing or boring as required in hard standing,PCC, Road exceeding 10 cm girth for concealed to GI tubing and making good to disturbed surface with cement mortar 1:3 to match with existing surfaces including facing/finishing where as required and as directed by GE(I).

Supply & laying in replacement GI tubing of 100 mm bore dia , light grade conforming to IS 1239- Part-I and ISI marked in trenches, across the road, CI Pipe line, culvert etc of required length for cable protection complete all as specified and directed.

All as per item no 24 hereinbefore but 50 mm bore

Taking down/out existing worn out/old HT UG cable of XLPE / PILCA insulated, armoured, aluminium conductor cable any size in pieces from pole, trenches culvert, pipe making loop for transportation and removal from site after taking proper shut down from MES competent staff complete all as directed.

Taking out/down exist unserviceable LT cable any type from trenches,pole, road,duct etc including necessary joints(U/S)fittings and pipes etc complete all as specified and directed

Supply laying jointing and testing HT XLPE Insulated , Screened PVC bedded ,galvanised steel strip or wire armoured electric power cable(heavy duty) with aluminum conductor 11000 volt (E) grade cross sectional area 95 sqmm 3 core confirming to IS-7098 (Part I ) of 1988 laid in trenches/Duct on pole witth FI CLAMP, Nut bolt ,Aluninum Lugs complete all as specified and directed at site. Make : Havells/Grandlay/polycab Note- Jionts will be measured and paid seprately.

Supply and laying in trenches /laid in floor/duct/drawn through conduit XLPE insulated PVC bedded armored heavy duty electric cable 1100V grade with aluminum conductor of cross sectional are 10 Sq mm 2 core and making good disturbed area complete all as specified and directed

Supply and laying in trenches /laid in floor/duct/drawn through conduit XLPE insulated PVC bedded armored heavy duty electric cable 1100V grade with aluminum conductor of cross sectional are 16 Sq mm 4 core and making good disturbed area complete all as specified and directed

Supply & laying in replacement XLPE insulated, PVC sheathed, strip armoured electric cable with aluminium conductor (stranded) working voltage upto 1100 volt of 35.0 Sqmm x 3.5 core as per IS 7098 Pt I in trenches, culvert, through pipe etc including connecting both end with proper size of alluminium lugs duly crimped with die press crimping device and cable gland complete all as specified and directed by Eng-in-charge.

Supply & laying in replacement XLPE insulated, PVC sheathed, strip armoured electric cable with aluminium conductor (stranded) working voltage upto 1100 volt of 70.0 Sqmm x 3.5 core as per IS 7098 Pt I in trenches, culvert, through pipe etc including connecting both end with proper size of alluminium lugs duly crimped with die press crimping device and cable gland complete all as specified and directed by Eng-in-charge.

M&L for heat shrinkable type cable end joint indoor type suitable for XLPE 95/120 Sqmm 3 core cable 11 KV and testing all as specified and directed with terminate joint and jointing material all as specified and directed. Make : Denson/ Raychem/ M - seal as approved by GE (I).

Supply and Fix MCCB with continuously adjustableThermal and Adjustable Magnetic Release, Four Pole, 415 VAC, Current rating- 200 Amps, Breaking capacity ( Ics ) - 36 KA,including suitable size aluminium bus bar for connection complete all as specified and directed by GE (I). Make cat part No 830355 of Indo Asianor equivalent of Havells/Legrand / Seimens/Schneider/Hager as approved by GE (I).

S & F in replacement battery bank consisting of 12 battery of 2 volt, 100 AH DC complete with battery charging set and connected cables of suitable size for HT 11 KV panel board all as specified and directed.

M & L for Earthing complete with galvanised steel earthpipe of 3000mm long and 65mmouter x50mm inner dia laid in ground by drilling in the ground as required with filling the back fill compound complete with all as required and directed with 32x6mm GI strip up to testing point and making the earth pit of PCC as per sample as required at site and testing after completion complete all as specified and directed.Make HP earth or eqvt . Note : Earthing strip upto 7.5 metre length shall be deemed to be included in quoted unit rate.

Providing the cable fault locating Machine with necessary T&P at site for locating exact pin point of fault along with the length of armourd 1.1/ 6.6 /11 KV XLPE/PILCA insulated LT/HT cable complete all as required and directed at site

Routine and periodical cleaning around the area of out door swith yard of 11 KV Sub Station No 1 and 11 KV sub stn No 2 etc by cutting and removal/uprouting of unwanted grass/bushes, small trees including surface dressing and leveling by surface excavation wherever required complete in all respect or as directed.

Material and Labour in replacement for supply, installation, commissioning and testing of outdoor type LT panel(CPRI Approved) made out of 3.15 mm thick sheet metal, double door made out of MS angle iron base frame, cubical type floor mounted 3 Phase, 4 Wire, 415 Volts properly insulated aluminium bus bar - 04 Nos having capacity 600 amps on phase & neutral, dust and vermin proof, both side open with locking arrangement comprising of comprising of multifunction meters with 3 lines LCD display of voltage, current and frequency and power factor of size 96x96 sqmm, suitable ratio CT, phase indicator-03 Sets, danger board plate, duly painted internally and externally with powder coated, fixing in position by provision of platform suitable size built with brick work in CM (1:4), 15 mm thick plastering in CM (1:6) including glands, lugs, thimbles for all incomming and out going cable including dismantling /taking out complete all as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge of suitable sizes for following :- Incoming: (a) 250 Amps, FP 415 Volts - 01 No. Outgoing : (a)MCCB Cap 63 Amps, FP 415 Volts breaking capacity 16 KA - 07 No. MAKE of MCCB Legrand/ Schnider/ Siemens/Indoasian/L&T

S&F danger board for HT/ LT pole equipments made out of MS sheet not less than 1.6mm thick vitreous enamelled with letters figure and size of board 200mm x 150mm including mild steel work for fixing danger board complete all as directed.

Labour work required for restretching/restringingof existing loos/sagged ACSR/GI Conductor of HT/LT OH lines of three phase distribution system by opening binding wire from insulator as fixed on pole and restring OH Line with proper binding with insulator by using additional binding wire/conductor not less than 2.0 mm dia with due care using safety belt etc after after taking proper electric shut downfrom concern JE E/M complete all as directed by Engr-in-charge.
