Comprehensive Maintenance of single full collective control passenger elevator (G+5) @ 02m/s equipment bearing Nos A-89069 (OTIS make)regularly and systematically including inspection adjustment, repair of machine motor and controller parts including worms, bearing gears, brake magnet coils or break motors, break shoes, brushes, windings, commutators, rotating elements, contacts, coil resistance for operating and motor circuits, magnets frames and other mechanical parts, Door shoes and repair / replacement of push button,electric wiring circuits,wire rope & reply for existing capacity of batteries etc as per the direction of Engineer- in charge and as per the written direction of Govt lift inspector and lubrication as required including emergency call back services and over time examination etc complete all as specified and as directed. Location :- FMME Bldg No - 156.

Note for item no 1 to 13 :- (i) The Comprehensive maintenance shall be done through OEM of the lift or from their authorized agency. (ii) The contractor shall enter into an MOU with OEM or their authorized agency for maintenance of lifts. The above comprehensive AMC certificate shall be provided by the contractor in favour of GE before commencement of work, after acceptance of CA. (iii) All the parts required shall be genuine / original from OEM only and Approved by Engg-in-Charge. (iv) All the stainless steel parts such as Lift car enclosure, opening doors, jamps, cills etc shall be thoroughly cleaned to remove rust, stains etc with suitable solution. The contractor shall also clean and properly maintain machine room, machineries and lift well as directed by the Eng-in-Charge. The rate quoted deemed to be included in the item. (v) The rates quoted for the above items shall be included for replacement of minor spares, consumables, accessories like fan, light / cabin light, emergency alarm and other connected items becoming unserviceable during the period and nothing extra shall be allowed. (vi) Major spare parts if any found defective during the period of contract to be replaced as catered hereinafter and shall be measured and paid separately under relevant items.

(vii) The contractor is responsible to carryout periodical routine checkup through OEM ( once in a month ) or as per the direction of Eng-in-Charge to ensure the serviceability and proper functioning of lift in all respect.(viii) If any water collected in the lift well shall be drain out with suitable capacity of pump set without any extra cost (ix) The contractor is responsible for repair/replacement of LED spot light /light fitting/fan/exhaust fan/call bell/limit switch, main cable and branch cable without any extra cost etc. (x) The contractor is responsible for internal painting of lift cabin once in a contract period without any extra cost as per the direction of Engr-in-charge. (xi) The contractor is also responsible for deployed his lift mech daily to report Engr-in-Charge at 0830hr morning without fail for routing check of each lift and handover the daily report of each lift for countersignature. If the lift mech not report to the Engr-in-Charge then necessary recovery will be carried out i.e Rs. 1000/day as a penalty of each lift up to 3 days after that Rs.1500/day for next 3 days and after that Rs. 2500/day will be carried out for each lift. (xii) If the contractor not attend /resolve the logged/given complain within 24 hours then Rs. 1000/day as a penalty will be carried out up to 3 days after that Rs. 1500/day for next 3 days and after that Rs. 2500/day will be carried out for each lift.

Carrying out the inspection of lift by Govt lift inspector for worthiness certificate all as specified and as directed.

Supply and Fixing in Replacement of existing control system to CANBAS Integrated Controller based on collective control panel for trouble maximum efficiency and longer life to the lift of 08/13 Passenger (G+6) complete all as specified and as directed. Make- Escon or any other suitable make for supporting existing lift.

Supply and Fixing in Replacement of existing control system to CANBAS Integrated Controller based on collective control panel for trouble maximum efficiency and longer life to the lift of 08/13 Passenger (G+5) complete all as specified and as directed. Make- Escon or any other suitable make for supporting existing lift.

Supply and Fixing in replacement of Door Drive complete all accessories suitable for 08/13 Passenger Capacity lift installed complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and Fixing in Replacement of Automatic Rescue Device (ARD) Control complete system unit with all accessories including SMF batteries for 08/13 Passenger Capacity lift complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and Fixing in replacement of Shaft wiring with all accessories suitable for 08/13 Passenger Capacity lift complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and Fixing in replacement Door Gear Mechanism with all accessories suitable for 08/13 Passenger Capacity lift complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and Fixing in replacement of Full Curtain Infra red door Sensor Complete with all accessories suitable for 08/13 Passenger lift complete all as specified and as directed

Supply and Fixing in replacement of Hose Reel Drum 30m complete all as specified and as directed. Note for Sl item No 18 to 23 :- Parts to be replaced shall be of suitable make of existing lift part or its equivalent suitable make to ensure funtionality of the lift.
