Supply, install, testing and commisioning of Auto mains failure silent type disel engine generating set 415 volts 15 KVA 3 phase 0.8 powerfactor 50 Hz 1500 RPM self excited self regulated brushless AC generator installed including acoustic enclosure suitable for ambient condition at Delhi and conforming to condition under IS 10002, 13364 Part I 1992 BS 5514/5000 with following i : The capacity of generator shall be net after all due derating factors as per relevant IS/BS standard designs complete all as specified and directed. Note : (i) the quoted rate shall be deemed to be inclusive of first fill of oil and final successful acceptance test. (ii) the quoted rate shall be deemed to be inclusive of 12 hours test run at site as specified in PS in presence E/M officer detailed by accepting officer ,all testing arrangements/equipments shall be made available by the contractor for tests.
(A) Diesel Engine : Adequate capacity of diesel engine as accepted by the accepting officer based on the manufacturers technical details water cooled to drive independantly above alternator and after considering derating as per site conditions ,cold starting 1500 RPM of suitable HP as recommended by manufacturer but not less than 20.5 BHP as per relevant IS/BS complete with standard accessories all as specified and rerequired for safe handling and operation salient features of accessories shall be as under.
i) Fly wheel with Housing ii) cooling system : Moulded radiator with fan and belts iii) Cooling water pump : centrifugal type belt driven iv) Exhaust system complete with exhuast piping of suitable dia with MS pipe medium grade .turbo charger type ,exhuast manifold silencer :residential type.
(v) Fuel System : Fuel injection system with fuel injector solenoid switch controlled by electronic governor operated for 1% speed /frequency regulation fuel filters fuel hoses.vi) Lube oil system : Lubricating oil filter ,Lubricating oil pump vii) Air intake system : air intake manifold air cleaner dry type.viii) Governor electronic xi) starting system : electric self starter with and including battery charging alternator x) Batteries : Batteries of maintenance free of capacity 12V start and stop push button ignition key /switch handling and operation :salient features of accessories shall be as under .Radiator with blower fan corrosion inhibitor coolant paper element filters for fuel lube oil and by pass.
(B). Alternator : standard design alternator rated at 15 KVA nearest higher capactiy at 0.8 lag PF AC 3 phase 4-wire 415 V 50 Hz 1500 RPM self excited self regulated screened protected drip proof brushless design with winding in pole faces ,insulating class H and voltage regulation of + 1% at rated voltage from no load to full load , The alternator shall be conforming to BS 5000,IS 13364 Part I (1992)and shall be in position to genrate suplly with frequency regulation within + 1% tolearance.The alternator will be suitable for tropical climate and shall genarally confirm to BS 2613/5000/IS -4722 i) Insulation class H ii) Temperature rise class -H iii) Excitation -self excitation iv) Regulation performance .The voltage is kept constant with +1% manual voltage adjustment within +5% v) frequrency regulation +1%.
(C) Acoustic Enclosure : Manufactured by OEM suitable for 15 KVA DG set.i) NAL approved as per CPCB ii) It should be as per latest rules and regulations of ministry of environment and forest and pollution control board.iii) The generating set and batteries and control panel should be inside the enclosure .iv) Fuel tank should be inside the enclosure.v) Construction details /specifications are as follows a) Outer body : CRCA sheet of 1.6mm thick b) Doors : CRCA sheet of 1.6mm thick c) sound insulation : as per manufacture recommendation .vi) The acoustic should be composite in construction and fully assembled integral unit.vii) The Batteries should be placed inside the enclosure beside the DG set on a suitable insulated platform.
viii)The DG should be provided with external emergency start/stop push button.ix) The enclosure should be suitable illuminated by CFL/TFL lamp fittings ,x) the noise level should be 75 dB at 1 meter under free field conditions.xi) The acoustic enclosure shall be of powder coated after pre treatment process.i) Any thing missed out above but technically required for efficeint working of DG set is deemed to be included in quoted rates .
(D) AMF panel : factory made outdoor type control cubical made out of 2mm thick CRCA sheet dust and vermin proof totally enclosed with front and rear opening of 415 V 3 phase 4 wire AC 50 HZ, powder coated Aluminium bus bar TPN for 15 KVA alternator including auto bypass panel suitable for 15 KVA, auto change of load with relays, timer, set of cts for metering, control cables from dg to amf panel and elsewhere required control unit with impulse auto engine start/stop complete all as specified.
Multifunction meter for voltage ,current and KWH ,KVA power factor means urement annunciation with indicator lamps for i) High water temperature ii) Engine over speed iii) Battery low voltage v) over voltage under voltage and over current vi) Multifunction meter controls (a) load on indication (b) Load off indication (c) Engine start push button (d) Engine stop push button (e) Fault accept /reset push button (f) Battery charger shall be provided as per manufacturers guidelines.
(E) Civil Works : All civil works including PCC platform and related to foundations including of panel and equpiments including making good and exixsting structure of disturbed during installation and commisioning og GEN set. (F) Rubber mat of LV grade 19mm thick of suitable size chequered type .Note : The contractor shall arrange for artificial load for testing for final testing of DG set at site and the cost is deemed to be including in above offer.

S&F of street light pole box of size 200mm x 160mm x 98mm, made of high quality thermosetting plastic polyesterene, dust and jet water proof, chemical/acid corrosion resistant impact and shock proof IP 65 with internally imbedded gasket (PUR) including 1 No SP MCB 6 Amps and suitable connector less than 4 way alongwith door arrangement and pre-moulded knock out all the sides including back of the base. The box must be fitted with 10 Sqmm stud type terminal 04 Nos including Elmex stud type TB 04 Nos complete all as specified and directed
M & L for bracket made out of GI tubing 40 mm dia, light grade 1.5 mtr long including fixing with MS clamps - 2 Nos made out of 50 mm wide 5 mm thick flat iron with M. S nut bolts 75 mm long 12 mm dia- 4 Nos with flat washer (3 mmthick)- 02 Nos for each including painting with aluminium paint over one coat of red oxide to the M.S clamps & bracket etc complete all as specified and directed
M&L PCC 1:4:8 type D-2 using 40mm graded stone aggregate in foundation planting depth complete all as specified and directed

M&L for plate earthing for substation equipments (Transformer, lighting arrestor and feeder pillar box) complete with galvanised mild steel plate electrode 60 cm x 60 cm x 6.0 mm thick buried directly in ground vertically ( in earth pit not less than 2.25 m below normal ground level) with the top edge of the earth plate at a depth not less than 1.5 m below normal ground level, the earth electrode surrounded by adequate quantity of charcaol dust and salt to a packed thickness of 15 cm on all sides and incl GI earth strip 32 x 6 mm bolted (with GI nuts, bolts, & check nuts) and riveted to earth plate at one end and connected to metallic body of HT/LT equipments etc at the outer, earth strip encased in and incl 50 mm bore og GI grade pipe with all fitting from top of electrode to body of equipments fixed with and incl 25 x 6 mm flat iron clamps, bolts, nuts and washer and also providing watering pipe 20mm bore GI pipe medium grade from bottom of earth pit to top of electrode complete with earth pit in PCC 1:2:4 type B-O using 12 mm graded crushed stone aggregate and RCC cover complete and shown in electrical plate No 3 of SSR Pt-I. The scope of work also include necessary excavation and earthwork complete all as specified and directed
S&F earth continuity conductor or main earthing lead GI Strip 32 x 6mm fixed to wall/laid in trench/passing through conduit/pipe for pole or any other indicated situation for loop earthing etc complete all as specified and directed
Supply installation testing and commissioning factory made and tested LT feeder pillar box outdoor type plateform mounted suitable for 415 volts 3 phase 4 wire 50 Hzs AC supply system having bus bar chamber with insulated aluminium bus bar four strip of rating 300 Amps for phase & Neutral,installed on epoxy/SMC type insulator.The panel shall be dust and virmin proof IP 65 class protection and made of 3.15mm CRCA MS sheet and 40x40x6 mm thick angle iron frame work, powder coated finish over one coat of red oxide primer outside and two coats of red oxide primer inside, front opening type with provisions for cable entry with double door shutter and locking arrangement including probision of 65mm godrej freedom lock with 2 keys, internal wiring with PVC insulated solid copper conductor FRLS cable IS 694 marked of adequate size but not less than 4 Sqmm. The should be suitable for housing in and including the following complete all as specified and directed:-
(a) INCOMING :
(i) MCCB 4 pole 100 Amps rating and repturing capacity 25 KA - 01 No
(ii) LED type indicating lamp (R.Y.B) - 01 Set of three
(iii) Digital Volt meter 0-500 Volts with slector switch -01 No.
(b) OUTGOING
(i) MCCB 4 pole 415 volts 32 Amps rating and repturing cap 25 KA - 02 Nos (Securitylight 1 No for spare)
(ii) MCCB 4 pole 415 volts 25 Amps rating and repturing cap 25 KA - 01 No (Santry Post)
(iii) Astonomincal timer switch with contactor TPN 32 Amps : 01 No
