Eligibility Criteria

Tenderers should not be associated, or have been associated in the past, directly or indirectly, with a firm or any of its affiliates which have been engaged by the Purchaser to provide consulting services for the preparation of the design, specifications, and other documents to be used for the procurement of the goods to be purchased under this Invitation of Tenders.

Bidders shall not be under a declaration of ineligibility for corrupt and fraudulent practices issued by Government of Karnataka

It shall be the responsibility of the Bidder to ensure credit of Tender Processing Fee and EMD into the respective receiving bank accounts of e-Procurement on or before the last date and time of bid submission.

EMD Payments through e-Payment mode shall be made as one single transaction and payments made in part are liable for rejection.

Technical Criteria

Past Experience

Bidder should enclose Experience Certificate (work done/performance certificate) of having supplied at least 1 no. similar type of vehicle/ ambulance vehicle to Government of Karnataka /Government of India/ PSUs/ Government Local Bodies, Government Boards of value not less than Rs 10.10 Lakhs in any one year of the last five years (2019-20, 2020-21, 2021-22&2022-23,2023-24) (Work order not consider).

Capabilities of Vendor

Bidder should have achieved a minimum of Rs. 21 Lakhs turnover in any One of the last five Financial years. (2019-20 to 2023-24) the Charted Accountant certified Turnover certificate with UDIN should be uploaded

Audited CA Certificate of Annual Turnover

Financial Status

Liquid assets and or Availability of credit facilities of no less than Rs. 6.05 Lakhs (Credit lines / letters of credit/certificates from banks for meeting the fund requirement etc. in the prescribed format as below. Conditional line of credit will not be accepted.

Manufacturing certificate for OEM Dealership/ Authorization certificate for dealers/distributor from the manufacturer along with dealer agreement for authorized dealers. Tenderer should be Original Equipment Manufacturer(OEM should upload manufacturing certificate) and registered with the competent authority OR Authorized dealer of the OEM (Authorized dealer of Manufacturer should upload Dealer Agreement along with MAF)

Others -- Manufacturer/Dealership Certificates

Affidavit on a Rs.100 stamp paper stating the firm is not Black listed by any government departments/agencies/Institutions.Bidder financial standing: the bidder should not be under liquidation, court receivership or similar proceedings should not be bankrupt. Bidder to upload undertaking to this effect with bid.

Income Tax Returns for the Financial Year 2020-21, 2022-23, 2023-24 should be uploaded. Balance sheet/profit & loss statement/Income tax returns statements for the same, certified by the Auditor.

Must and Should compulsorily have local service Centre in Mysore or 50 km radius surrounding and the details of the same should be attached.
