Demolition of PCC of any description and any position not otherwise specifically provided for and removing rubbish of the premises .complete,all as specified.

Plain cement concrete M-15, nominal mix, type B-1, using 20 mm graded mechanically crushed stone aggregate as in floor, 100 mm thick, finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified.

Coloured chequered cement concrete tiles machine pressed of size 20cms x 20 cms x 25mm thick with grey cement, set jointed & pointed in neat cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of the slab in floors laid over and including 15mm thick screed bed in cement mortar 1:6 (1 cement : 6 coarse sand) complete, all as specified.

Taking up or down steel tubing 50 mm dia and connections, including cleaning for refixing or removal to store complete all as specified and directed.

Cast iron Sluice valve for water supply purpose with C.I. drilled flanged ends (integrally cast), stem of SS (AISI410) and bronze (gun metal), class PN-1.6 conforming to IS-14846, ISI marked with stainless steel spindle and iron wheel (Item Code K503) including jointing material complete such as rubber insertion packing rings with adequate size and requisite numbers nut, bolt and washer complete of the of size 80 mm bore, all as specified.

Cast iron Sluice valve for water supply purpose with C.I. drilled flanged ends (integrally cast), stem of SS (AISI410) and bronze (gun metal), class PN-1.6 conforming to IS-14846, ISI marked with stainless steel spindle and iron wheel (Item Code K503) including jointing material complete such as rubber insertion packing rings with adequate size and requisite numbers nut, bolt and washer complete of the of size 100 mm bore, all as specified.

Construction of brick masonary valve pit of size 120x120x60 cms (Internal dimension of chamber) with 23 mm thick brick work in cement mortar (1:6) including 10 mm thick plastering internally in cement mortar 1:4 (01 cement : 04 coarse sand) and flush pointing to exposed surfaces in cement mortar 1:3 (01 cement : 03 coarse sand) as the work proceeds and 40 mm thick flooring with plain cement concrete M-15, type B-I, using 20 mm graded crushed stone aggregate over 75 mm thick hard core of guage 63 mm using brocken stone/ aggregate including 3.15 mm thick mild steel sheet cover with mild steel handle of appropriate size with locking arrangement with 65 mm brass pad lock with 02 No's of keys, 150 mm long 02 No's hinges on and including angle iron frame of size 50 X 50 X 5mm, mild steel sheet cover provided with two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer including excavation and earth work in any type of soil including removal of surplus soil to a distance not exceeding 50 metres, all as specified. Renewal of Gun metal globe or gate valves (ISI-marked) with iron wheel head, screwed both ends for iron pipe 50 mm bore and fixed including taking out old existing valve, all as specified.
