M & L for construction of valve chamber 600 x 600 x 600 mm internal dimensions, 6 mm thick MS sheet cover with 2 Nos MS hinges welded to angle iron frame of 40x40x6 mm thick with lifting hook and locking arrangement complete with necessary earth work, brick work in CM (1:6), 230 mm thick, PCC bed (1:4:8) type D2 150 mm thick, cement plastering, finishing 15 mm thick in CM (1:4) and applying a coat of black bituminous paint to the steel surfaces incl dismantling and removal of old unserviceble valve pit remains all as specified and directed.

Cleaning of Pump house and all connected valve pits inside and outside and cleaning roof of building cutting of grass in side of boundery wall , surrounding of OHTs and complete remove the all waste materials approx area upto 500 sqm complete all as specified and directed.
