S/R to R and B Road to Gothamuhan Road for the year 2025-26

Clearing and grubbing road land including uprooting wild vegetation, grass, bushes, shrubs, saplings and trees of girth upto 300 mm, removal of stumps of such trees cut earlier and disposal of unserviceable materials and stacking of serviceable material to be used or auctioned, upto a lead of 1000 m including removal and disposal of top organic soil not exceeding 150 mm in thickness as per Technical Specification Clause 201 of MORD specification for Rural roads and as per the direction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Earth Work in excavation for foundation with all leads and lifts including all labour, T&P articles, safety measures, incidentals, dewatering, removal of stumps and other deleterious materials and disposal up to a lead of 50mtr, dressing of side and bottom as necessary for the work etc.complete as per the specification and direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and filling manually with approved quality of sand in layers not exceeding 150mm thick including all labour charges for spreading, laying, levelling to the proper camber, cost of watering required for the work including cost, conveyance, royality and taxes of sand with all materials for finished item of works as per the specification and direction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing Cement Concrete (1:3:6) with 40 mm and down graded crusher broken hard granite stone aggregate of approved quality from approved quarry for cement concrete work including hoisting, lowering and laying in position in layers with proper packing and ramming by means of vibrator to proper slope and level including cost of curing for 28 days with cost, conveyance, royality , taxes of all materials required for the work, hire and running charges of machineries and labour with T & P required for the work etc. complete in all respect as per the specification and direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Providing Cement Concrete (1:2.5:5) with 40 mm and down graded crusher broken hard granite stone aggregate of approved quality from approved quarry for cement concrete work including hoisting, lowering and laying in position in layers with proper packing and ramming by means of vibrator to proper slope and level including cost of curing for 28 days with cost, conveyance, royality , taxes of all materials required for the work, hire and running charges of machineries and labour with T & P required for the work etc. complete in all respect as per the specification and direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Providing weepholes in brick masonry / stone masonry, plain / reinforced concrete abutment, wing wall, return wall with 100mm dia AC pipe extending through the full width of the structures including all cost of materials etc complete as per drawing and technical specification as per direction of the Engineer-in-Charge.
