Nosing for Cudapa: Providing half nosing for 20mm thick cadapa slab using required machinery including cost and conveyance of all materials, labour for all items of work, HOM of equipment, necessary scaffolding etc., complete as per specification.

15mm thick Plastering in cm 1:4 – (wall surface) : Providing 12mm thick cement plaster in single coat with cement mortar 1:4, to wall surface including rounding off corners wherever required smooth rendering, providing and removing scaffolding, including cost of materials, labours, coring complete as per specifications.

Plastic emulsion painting for Ceiling /Wall surface – in two coats[with primer coat]: Providing and applying painting in two coats with plastic emulsion paint of approved brand (Asian Emulsion/ Nerolac/ Berger/ Nitco/ equivalent) over one coat of Asian paints Deco Prime wall primer / equivalent on ceiling/Wall surface to give an even shade after thoroughly brushing the surface, free from mortar drops and other foreign matter including preparing the surface even and sand paper smooth, cost of all material, labour etc complete as per specifications.

Laboratory sink: Providing and fixing laboratory sink of white glazed fire clay of size 600x 450x200 mm with M.S / CI brackets, CP brass chain with rubber plug, 32mm C.P brass waste, tap with union, brass stop cock complete, painting of fittings and brackets, curring and making good the wall and floor wherever required, including cost of materials labour complete as per specifications.

PVC pipe – 63 mm dia – 6kgf/ sqcm class: Providing and fixing in wall, ceiling and floor PVC pipes 6.00 kgf/sqcm working pressure 63 mm outside diameter conforming to IS specification with fittings such as elbows, bends, couplings, wall clips/ brackets, making good the wall ceiling or floor including cost of all material, labour charges, HOM of equipment and testing etc., complete as per specification.

GRP Door frame: Providing and fixing 65mmx125mm GRP Door frame fabricated using E-Glass Chopped strand Mat (CSM) UV- stabilized Isopthalic Gelcoat and Isopthalic resin. The thickness of the GRP skin shall not be less than 2.0 mm. The door frame consists of four segments, which are provided with plug-in-socket arrangement in-situ in the mould. The segments are plugged in and are joined together by means of screws. The GRP frame shall be provided with wooden reinforcement on locations for high screw holding capacity for fixing metalling hold fast and shall be consolidated by filling with medium density foam/Plaster of Paris with fibre reinforcement. Six numbers of 260mm x 25mm x5mm size S shaped M.S.flat hold fast shall be provided with the frame.

Solid PVC Door frame: Providing and fixing factory-made PVC door frame of size 50x47mm with a wall thickness of 5mm, made out of extruded 5mm rigid PVC foam sheet metered cut at corners and jointed 2 Nos of 150mm long brackets of 15x15mm M.S square tube, the entire door frame to be reinforced with 19x19mm M.S Square tube of 19 gauge. The door frame to be fixed to the wall using M.S Screws of 65/80mm size complete as per manufacturers specifications and direction of Engineer -in-charge. – in 6th floor

Repairs of existing Aluminium window shutter: Providing repairs to aluminium window shutters by dismantling the shutters from the frame, cleaning the track, replacing glass beading with PVC white U beading, replacing the rusted screws and refixing the shutter to the frame after tightening the frame firmly to the wall, checking the smooth sliding movement of the shutter including cost of material, labour, transportation lead and lift, scaffolding wherever necessary etc., complete.
