(i) Road from-Bidyanagar G.P. office to Kadamtala via R.K.Nagar :- Scarifying existing bituminous surface to a depth of 50 mm by mechanical means (Scarifying the existing bituminous road surface to a depth of 50 mm and disposal of scarified material with in all lifts and lead upto 1000 metres.)

Excavation for roadway in soil using manual means using cut earth to embankment in the immediate vicinity

Construction of embankment with approved materials deposited at site from roadway cutting and excavation from drain and foundation of other structures graded and compacted to meet requirement of Tables 300-2

Construction of embankment with materials obtained from borrowpits, with all leads & lifts, transporting to site, spreading, grading to required slope and compacting to meet requirement of table 300-2.

Construction of earthen shoulders & Subgrade with approved materials obtained from borrow pits with all lifts and leads, transporating to site, spreading, grading to required slope and compacting to meet required of table 300.2 (including compansation of earth)

(B) By mix Place Method:- Construction of granular sub-base by prevelling well gradeed material, spreading in uniform layers with motor grader on prepared surface, mixing by mix in place method with rotavator at OMC, and compacting with smooth wheel roller to achive the desired, conplete as per Technical Specification Clause.401(i) For grading-I material.

Providing, laying, spreading and compacting stone aggregates of specific sizes to water bound macadam specification including spreading in uniform thickness, hand packing, rolling with smooth wheel roller 80-100 kN in stages to proper grade and camber, applying and brooming, requisite type of screening/binding material to fill-up the interstices of coarse aggregate, watering and compacting to the required density (A) By Manual Means, (II) WBM Grading-II, (b) Using screening Type-A(13.2mm agg.)

Providing, laying, spreading and compacting stone aggregates of specific sizes to water bound macadam specification including spreading in uniform thickness, hand packing, rolling with smooth wheel roller 80-100 kN in stages to proper grade and camber, applying and brooming, requisite type of screening/binding material to fill-up the interstices of coarse aggregate, watering and compacting to the required density (A) By Manual Means, (III) WBM Grading-III, (b) Using screening Type-B(11.2mm agg.)

Providing and applying primer coat with bitumen emulsion on prepared surface of granular base including clearing of road surface and spraying primer at the rate of 0.60 kg/sqm using mechanical means. (i) With bitumen emulsion-CSS-1h.

Providing and applying tack coat with bitumen emulsion pressure distributor at the rate of 0.20 kg. Per sqm on the prepared bituminous / granular surface cleaned with mechanical broom. (I)With Bitumen emulsion CSS-1h ,(a) Normal bituminous surface.

Dense Graded Bituminous Macadam (Providing and laying dense bituminous macadam with 100-120 TPH batch type HMP producing an average output of 75 tonnes per hour using crushed aggregates of specified grading, premixedwith bituminous binder@ 4.0 to 4.5% by weight of total mix and filler transporting the hot miox to work site,laying with a hydrostatic paver finisher with sensor control to the reqd. grade, lavel and alignment,rolling with smooth wheeled,vibratory and tandem rollers to achieve the desired compaction as per MoSRT&H cl. no. 507. complete in all respect. ( including carriage of mixed materials upto 10.0 Km initial lead from mixing plant )( Including cost of testing of materials at site and laboratoryas directed by the deptt.)(b) With rock dust as filler ( refer table 500-9 of MoSRT&H specification)(B)with Polymer modified bitumen-70 (ii) for Grading-II(19 mm nominal size)
