M&L for Earthing complete with galvanised steel earth plate electrode 600x600x6mm thick buried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25mtrs deep below ground level) with top edge of plate not less than 1.5mtrs below normal ground level, connected to GI strip of size 25 x 5 by means of bolts,nuts, check nuts and washers of galvanised iron or steel all as shown in electrical plate No 3 connected to earthing test point on completion with and including 40mm bore medium grade GI protection pipe (upto 7.5mtr long) for earth and 20mm GI medium grade for watering including PCC chamber pit & cover with suitable lifting hooks, with funnel, wire mesh, common salt, charcoal filling, necessary excavation and earth work in any type of soil complete all as specified and directed.

Supply & Fix Lamp holder, PVC/Polycarbonate type with back plate suitable for batten fitting with 7W LED lamp complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing RJ11 connector, plug alongwith Telephone Landline Cord Cable of length 03 Mtr with Standard RJ-11 Plugs complete all as specified and directed.

Suppy and fixing of 2 Pair 0.5 mm dia annealed copper conductor, FRLS PVC insulated unarmoured Telephone Cable complete all as specified and directed.

S&F CP brass auto closing urinal valve 15mm bore, fancy type with wall flange and CP connecting pipes complete all as specified and directed.

Constructing masonry Chamber 90x90x100 cm inside, in brick work in cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand) for sluice valve, with C.I. surface box 100 mm top diameter, 160 mm bottom diameter and 180 mm deep (inside) with chained lid and RCC top slab 1:2:4 mix (1 cement : 2 coarse sand : 4 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size ), i/c necessary excavation, foundation concrete 1:5:10 (1 cement : 5 fine sand : 10 graded stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size ) and inside plastering with cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement : 3 coarse sand) 12 mm thick, finished with a floating coat of neat cement complete as per standard design With common burnt clay F.P.S.(non modular) bricks of class designation 7.5 complete all as specified and directed.

Supply, install, testing & commissioning of LT control panel board "out-door type" of size 1500 mm (height) x 1200 mm (breadth) x 500 mm (depth) (minimum dimensions) factory fabricated CPRI approved (type-tested) with suitable neoprene rubber gasket to make it completely dust & vermin proof & degree of protection not less than IP-54, double door, front & back openable. The panel shall be provided with ventilation facility in the form of louvers for better heat dissipation & tinned copper bus-bar wrapped with coloured PVC tape/sleeves of rating in conformity to the Incoming ACB/MCCB rating. The panel board shall be fabricated out of 3.15 mm thick (for outer portions) & 2.0 mm thick (for inner portions) CRCA sheet duly pre-treated & powder coated, supporting angle iron frame & MC channel base suitable for 3 Ph, 4 wire system 415/440 volts grade incl complete internal wiring with not less than 2.5 sqmm copper wire incl cable glands of suitable sizes incl suitable PCC (1:3:6) type C-2 foundation, necessary earthwork (if any) complete all as specified & as directed with & incl the following accessories :

M&L for constructing brick masonry manhole using burn clay bricks in cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement: 4 coarse sand) with RCC top slab with 1:1.5:3 mix (1 cement: 1.5 coarse sand: 3 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nomincal size), foundation concrete 1:4:8 mix (1 cement: 4 coarse sand : 8 graded stone aggregate 40mm nominal size) inside plastering 12mm thick with cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement:3 coarse sand) finished with floating coat of neat cement and making channels in cement concrete 1;2:4 (1 cement: 2 coarse sand: 4 graded stone aggregate 20mm nominal size) finished with a floating coat of neat cement complete as per standard design of inside size 90 x 80 cm and 45 cm deep including C.I cover with frame (light duty) 455 x 610 mm internal dimensions total weight of cover and frame to be not less than 38 Kg (weight of cover 23 Kg and weight of frame 15 Kg) complete all as specified and directed.

Extra over item No. 8.01 for depth for manholes beyond 45 cm complete all as specified and directed.

On site LLDPE septic tank designed to carry sewage and suflage water, excavation in any type of soil, PCC 1:4:8 below foundation, vent shaft, connection etc for 30 users complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for constructing soakage wells with excavation in any type of soil, foundation in PCC 1;3:6, wals of honey combed masonry with top ring of M-25/SFRC cover, interconnecting pip of RCC DWC complete filled with brick bats of size 3.00 m dia x 3.00 m effective depth complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix 5 KVA Voltage stabilizer for automatic operation, single phase naturally oil cooled indoor type & designed for input variation between 170 V to 250 V with output voltage stabilized at 230 V with accuracy ± 2.5% and speed of correction 50 Volts per second complete all as specified and directed.
