Providing and laying 150 mm thick Stone Soling below floor & foundations bed etc. using hard, durable & approved quality stones, rubbles, filling interstices using small size stones, stone chips, murum & watering [to fill up all gaps] etc. including preparation of base properly, levelling, dressing & hand ramming, providing; fixing & removing necessary staging / platform / scaffolding, collecting & disposing the generated waste, costruction waste up to a lead of 2000 to 3000 meters from the place of work & cleaning the work area, etc. complete all as per standard technical specification, drawing and as directed by engineer-in-charge at all locations and at all lift & height.

Providing and laying PCC 1:3:6 using 40 mm & downsize, clean, crushed, well graded, aggregates of hard, durable & approved quality for foundation, plinth works including preparation of base by close hacking / chipping the old surface, racking out the joints & cleaning, mixing, transporting, laying, spreading, consolidation, levelling, finishing, curing, providing; fixing & removing necessary formwork, providing, fixing & removing staging / platform / scaffoldiong, collecting & disposing the generated waste, costruction waste up to a lead of 2 to 3 kms. from the place of work & cleaning the work area, etc. complete all as per standard technical specification, drawing and as directed by engineer-in-charge at all locations and at all lift & height.

Providing and laying PCC 1:2:4 using 20 mm & downsize clean, crushed, well graded, aggregates of hard, durable & approved quality for RCC works including mixing, transporting, laying, spreading, consolidation, levelling, finishing, curing and cleaning the work area, collecting and disposing the generated waste & all unwanted materials upto lead of 2000 - 3000 meters from place of work etc., complete all as per specification and as directed by engineer-in-charge at all locations.

Providing, placing and removing formwork for all in-situ concrete works including providing, fixing & removing centering, shuttering, supports, brackets, clips, preparation of surface etc, providing, fixing removing staging / platform, collecting and disposing the generated waste upto a lead of 3000 meters from the place of work & cleaning the work area etc., complete all as per standard technical specification and as directed by the engineer-in-charge at all locations and at all lifts & heights. Note: The measurement shall be made for the form work in contact with concrete surface.

Providing & Constructing Masonry with approved C. C. Solid Blocks of size 400 X 200 X 200 mm / 300 X 200 X 200 mm, having crushing strength not less than 45 Kgs/cm2 and confirming to the BIS 2185 part-I of the latest edition, in CM 1:5 for foundations, trenches, walls, drains, plinths and all other miscellaneous masonry works etc. including simultaneous flush pointing, curing, preparation of base by close hacking / chipping the concrete / plastered surfaces, racking out the adjoining masonry joints & cleaning, providing; fixing & removing necessary staging / platform / ladder, collecting & disposing the generated waste, up to a lead of 3000 to 4000 mtrs. from the place of work & cleaning the work area, etc. complete all as per standard technical specification, drawing [if any] and as directed by engineer-in-charge at all locations & lifts / heights.

Providing & Constructing Burnt Brick Masonry, of 230 mm thick, in CM 1:5 using well Burnt Bricks of standard size & shape for up to plinth level & Super Structure, plinth and all other Miscellaneous Masonry Works including simultaneous flush pointing, curing, preparation of base by close hacking / chipping the concrete / plastered surfaces, racking out the adjoining masonry joints & cleaning, providing; fixing & removing necessary staging / platform, collecting & disposing the general waste up to a lead of 3 Kms. From the place of work & cleaning the work area, etc. complete all as per standard technical specification, drawing [if any] and as directed by engineer-in-charge at all locations & lifts / heights.

Providing and laying Cement Plaster, 15 mm thick for internal surfaces of walls and columns in CM 1:5, rubbed perfectly so as to obtain smooth and even finish including preparation of base by closed hacking / chipping the concrete / plastered surfaces; racking out the adjoining masonry joints and cleaning, curing, providing; fixing removing staging / platform, collecting and disposing the generated waste upto a lead of 3000 meters from the place of work & cleaning the work area etc., complete all as per standard technical specification and as directed by the engineer-in-charge at all locations and at all lifts/heights.

Providing , fabricating and erecting Mild Steel Structural items of various thickness & sizes such as channels, angles, I sections, MS pipes, GI Pipes; flats, plates, MS & Reinf. rods, and other approved sections etc. & transporting to the work place, including loading, unloading, cutting, fabricating the MS gates, MS grills, ladders, hand rails, angle frames, panels, struts, tubular space frames, columns, beams, purloins, rafters, fencing posts, EP Plates, EP Flats & all other required miscellaneous structural steel works and fixing / erecting the same in position as directed. including providing & fixing wherever required suitable anchor Fasteners, of approved quality, providing, fixing and removing necessary scaffolding, staging, platform wherever required , surface preparation , providing & painting One coat of approved Primer and two coats synthetic enamel paint of approved make , shade / colour. disposing the debris up to a lead of 2 to 3 km out side the periphery of the work premises etc., complete all as per specification, and as directed by the Engineer -in-charge at all lifts / heights & at all locations.

Providing and laying 40 mm. thick Indian Patent Stone Flooring with cement concrete 1:2:4 using 10 / 12 mm. & down size, clean, crushed, well graded, cubical shape, sharp edged aggregates of hard, durable & approved quality stones / rubbles including machine mixing, transporting, laying, spreading, compaction, laying in bays to proper line; slope or level etc. using 6 mm. thick plane glass dividing strips for flooring, steps, landings & ramps including smooth finish ,providing; fixing & removing necessary staging / platform,colleting & stacking the generated waste / dead debris up to a lead of 100 meters from the place of work etc. complete all as per specifications and as directed by engineer-in-charge at all locations & all lifts / heights.

Providing and Mixing of Wet maccadam using supplied/stacked material with mechanical mixtiure as per specification, laying,spreading and compacting graded stone aggregate (size range 40 mm to 0.075 mm ) including premixing the material with water at OMC for all leads & lifts, laying in uniform layers with manual/ mechanical in sub- base / base course on well prepared surface and compacting with vibratory roller of 8 to 10 tonne or with suitable vibtatry method to achievethe desired density,complete as per specifications and directions of Engineer-in-Charge.Note: Net quantity of measurement will be considered

Providing and fixing Powder Coated [of approved shade / colour] Aluminium frames and shutters for Windows & Ventilators, partitions & other miscellaneous works with extruded built up standard tubular and other sections of approved make conforming to IS:733 and IS:1285, fixed with rawl plugs and screws, clips, including cleat angle, aluminium snap beading for glazing / panelling, C.P. brass / stainless steel screws, preparation of base, providing; fixing & removing necessary staging / platform, collecting & disposing the generated waste, up to a lead of 500 mtrs. from the place of work & cleaning the work area, etc. complete all as per standard technical specification, drawing, manufacturers technical specification, as per site requirement and as directed by engineer-in-charge at all locations & lifts / heights. Note: Glazing shall be paid separately under relevant item.

Providing and fixing 4 mm thick [minimum] Clear Glass for Windows, Door & Ventilator Shutters and Partitions etc. with nylon clear beading, Glass shall be of approved make and free from all defects including prepartation of base, providing; fixing & removing necessary scaffolding / staging / platform, cleaning the work area, collecting & disposing the construction waste up to a lead of 2 to 3 kms. from the place of work etc. complete all as per specification, as per manufacturer's technical specification and as directed by engineer-in-charge at all locations and at all lift & height.

Providing,Transporting and Stacking of good quality forest top soil/earth or loamy soil or garden earth (soil/earth should be free from roots, leaves, dust, dirt, stones, stone pebbles & other unwanted matters) including breaking of clods, loading, carriage, unloading, stacking at places wherever & as directed, complete all as directed by Engineer-In-Charge. Note: 1)Borrow pits shall be arranged by the contractor at his/their own cost & risk. 2) Measurement will be based on the truck/tractor volume supplied.

Providing & installation at all floors, height,levels & locations of Aluminium Composite panel (ACP) Cladding over aluminium tube frame structure including fixing of sheets and filling of joints with structural silicon to acquire a smooth ripple free finish without any undulations. The composite panel sheet shall be a double layer aluminium panel consisting of a anti-toxic polythene layer core compressed between the aluminium layers. One side of the panel shall be a fluorocarbon paint finish in silver colour (as approved) with resistance to fading on exposure in exterior conditions & with a protective film on top to be removed after total completion of cladding. the sheet shall be 3mm thick of total flatness with no distortion or deflection. the sheets shall be corrossion resistant and not be affected by varying temperature variations and should resist thermal expansion. The sheets shall be fixed over aluminium framing system of tubing od size 1" X 1.5" evenly spaced at maximum 2'c/c to provide complete support to the sheets. The sheets shall be fixed to the framing system with double sided tape and duly anchored with maximum no. of screws all groves and finished edges.

Providing and fixing 20 micron thick Sun Control Film of GARWARE or equivalent make, of approved quality, of approved colour/shade & confirming the relevant BIS specification of latest edition including cutting to the required size & shape, fixing the same to the glass panel, also including providing & applying adhesive of approved quality & make, surface preparation properly by cleaning & washing the surface (base) with clean water for removal of oil, grease, dead mortar & other unwanted matters/materials, surface(base) shall be fully neat, clean & dry before fixing sun control film, providing, fixing & removing necessary staging/platform, wherever as & when directed/ required additional lead & lift for carriage of construction/work materials upto the work spot(s)/place(s), cleaning the work area & disposing the debris/unwanted materials upto a lead of 1500 mtrs. outside the periphery of work premises etc. complete all as per specificaiton, as per manufacturer's technical specification and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge at all locations and at all lifts/at all heights.

Providing painting of wall posters/sceneries over canvas 4' width X 3' depth using enamel/Acrylic paint as per drawing approved by EIC including making canvas frame from using canvas and 20X12mm thick soft wooden , enamel/acrylic paint etc complete. Design & drawing shall be approved by EIC before taking up final paints.
