NOTE (Applicable for all items) :- The bidders/contractors are advised to read tender document & all corrigendum / amendments and General conditions of contracts before entrying/quoting the rates.

Taking down carefully unserviceable LED Street lights/Security lights/Flood lights fittings of any type and capacity from pole/ wall with dismantling the light fittings , checking its serviceability circuit board ,driver units,and carried out necessary repairs/soldering of worn out circuits /connections and refixing the same after repair including connecting and testing the same complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fixing in replacement Post Top Lantern LED type of 40 watt E-Top with low glare optical design and acrylic diffuser complete fixing on existing post top such as gate pillar in existing pipe by means of suitable nuts and connecting with twin core pvc copper wire 1.5 sqmm including taking down old unserviceable post top latern complete all as specified and directed.

Supply & fixing in repair street light fitting,Aesthentically designed roadway luminiare with heat resistant excellent thermal management IP 65 powder coated pressure die cast aluminium compact high power LED street light with heat resistant toughhened glass with lens of capacity 45 watt of efficacy :-110LM/W including provn of necessary connection complete including taking down old fittings.

Supply & fixing in repair LED street light fitting,Aesthentically designed roadway luminiare with heat resistant excellent thermal management IP 66 powder coated pressure die cast aluminium compact high power LED street light with toughhened glass with lens of capacity 60 watt of efficacy :-110LM/W including 10KV SPD and provn of necessary connection complete including taking down old fittings.

Supply & Fixing in repairs high power LED floodlight with innovative thermal management and available in multiple optics and equipped with IP66 protection,pressure die-cast aluminium housing complete with all accessories of capacity 200 watt including 10KV SPD with provn of necessary connection complete including taking down old fittings.

Supply& Fixing in repairs high power LED floodlight with innovative thermal management and available in multiple optics and equipped with IP66 protection,pressure die-cast aluminium housing complete with all accessories of capacity 150 watt including 10KV SPD with provn of necessary connection complete including taking down old fittings.

Supply and fixing in repair of GI pipe Bracket (as per sample) and matching with steet light, pipe bend to shape of approx length 1.5 Mtr including 2 no. MS Clamp of flat iron size 40x6 mm complete with nut, bolt, washers complete all as specified and directed.

Supply & Fixing repairs cable junction box made of thermoplastic, halogen free, weather proof with metric Knock outs for cable entry including four/five pole terminals and cable entry glands for incomming, out going and connection cable with protection grade IP-66/67 of size 205x200x105 mm and suitable for LT under ground cable any size/capacity including bracing clamp,bolts,nuts & washers.

Material and labour for heat shrikable type LT Jointing kit for 1.1 KV XLPE cables of size 10-35 sqmm 4/3.5 core straight through joint complete including taking down old one. (Make Denson/ Multishrink/ 3M)

Dismantling and taking out old un-serviceable Non-integral light fittings from 13.5 mtr High mast tower with checking its connection and unserviceable parts ,such as Drivers,LED lamps ,LED Fittings etc and replace the same and refitting in its position including servicing the double drum winch and greasing the 5 mm dia steel wire rope, wheels,operating handles with all parts and equipments of existing High mast Tower ,fitting ,Allignment upto length, testing complete in all respect after the high mast tower mounted all as specified and directed

S&F of EPR insulated & PCP rubber sheathed rubber high mast elecric power cables 1100 volts grade as per relevant IS standard of size 2.5 sqmm 5 core all as spd and directed.

S&F winch assembly for 13.5 mtr high mast with checking its connection with all parts equipments testing complete in all respect after the high mast tower mounted all as spd and directed.

S&F of steel wire rope 6 sqmm for 13.5 mtr high mast with checking its connection with all parts and equipments, testing complete in all respect after the high mast tower mounted all as spd and directed.

S&F fo hardware accessories for 13.5 mtr high mast with checking its connection with all parts and equipments, testing complete in all respect after the high mast tower mounted all as spd and directed.

Taking down carefully undergound cables of any sizes for testing, meggering and keeping serviceable cable and cable protection old bricks in safe costody for re-use with making good distubed surfaces,trenches or walls, floors etc complete all as specified & directed .

Supply and laying cable XLPE insulated screened PVC bedded,galvanized steel strip or wire armored, electric power cables (heavy duty) 1100 Volts grade with stranded aluminium conductor of size 25 sqmm 4 core all as specified and directed.

All as per Sl Item No 16 above but for cable of size 16 sqmm 4 core.

All as per item No 16 above but for cable of size 10 sqmm 4 core.

All as per item No 16 above but for cable of size 10 sqmm 2 core.

Relying old serviceable cable any size and type obtained from taking down cable above. Note :- Excavation, Earth work, sand and bricks to be measured and paid separately.

Excavation in trenches not exc 1.5m deep and n.exc 1.5m wide and getting out in soft/loose soil for laying of cable all as specified and directed.

Returning, filling in, including spreading, leveling watering and well ramming in layer not exceeding 25 Cm.

Removing of excavated material not exceeding 50 m and depositing where directed at level not exceeding 50 M and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5 M above the starting point.

M&L for local sand coushioning with dry and clean over and under the cable for protection of cable , 80 mm sand laid before laying the cable & 150 mm sand after laying the cable and filling the sand in cable duct inside the sub station building complete all as directed

Supply and laying un-reinforced precast concrete cable cover Class LV, type I, flat size 250mm x 150mm x 40mm complete all as specified and directed.

Re-laying of old serviceable bricks/PCC un-reinforced retreived from Sl No.15 here-in before for cable protection cover laid flat and dry in trenches over the cable prependicular to the direction of cable all as directed.

Supply and laying of GI tubing light grade 40 mm with all fittings laid in trenches/road crossing/along the pole for protection of cable including taking out old GI tubing and making surface in condition all as specified and directed .(Make:- Jindal/Prakash/Tata)

Supply & Fixing , in replacement, PVC copper cable Three core of size 1.5sq mm for junction box to street light fitting connection.

Supply & Fixing, in replacement, PVC conduit pipe of size 20mm for protection of copper wire to be fixed on elect pole.

Supply & Fixing, in replacement, flexible hose pipe of size 20mm protection of copper wire.

M&L for cleaning,scrubing and preparation of surfaces of surrounding PCC pole and carrying out following phase of work all as directed :- (a) weather coat paint on all the sides of PCC pole, area above the zebra painting all as specified & directed. (b) carrying out painting by synthetic enamel paint one coat over the concrete surface of pole using black and yellow paint all as directed area above the pole coping upto 1.5 mtr and numbering the pole all as specified. (c) Silver colour spray painting of mild steel bracket, clamps and nut, bolts all as specified and directed.

M&L for repair of damaged coping of PCC pole by plastering and weather coat paint of PCC coping area all as specified and directed.

Surface excavation n.exc (not exceeding) 30 cm deep and averaging 15cm deep and getting out from surrounding of pole upto 2 Mtr from all sub station including removing vegetation any type from pole complete all as specified and directed

M&L Earthing with galvanized steel earth plate electrode of size 60cm x 60cm x 6 mm thick,buried directly in ground(earth pit not less than 2.25 meters deep below ground Level) with top edge of the plate not less than 1.5 meters below normal ground level connected to galvanised iron wire as earth lead 4 mm dia by means of bolts, nuts, check nuts and washers etc, GI earth lead strip duly protected by 40 mm dia GI pipe (light grade) and 20 MM GI pipe (medium grade) for watering and connected to control switch as directed including necessary earth work in soft/loose soil and disposal of soil to a distance not exceeding 50 Mtrs, PCC (1:3: 6) type C1 as in concrete pit,50mm thick precast RCC (1:1.5:3) type A1 as in cover slab duly reinforced with 8 mm dia TMT bar @ 100 mm c/c both way and two nos lifting handle made cut of 10 mm dia TMT bar and set in cement mortar (1:4), testing etc complete and as specified in electrical plate No 3 of SSR part-I including taking down old earthing plate & strip.
