Improvement of Hatadihi-Samana via Jambhira Habaleswar road from 0/000 km to 5/900 km, 9/000 km to 11/200 km and from 14/000 km to 19/600 km in the district of Keonjhar under State Plan

Unit Sqm Clearing and grubbing road land including uprooting trees rank vegetation, grass, bushes, shrubs, saplings and trees girth upto 300mm, removal of stumps of trees cut earlier and disposal of unserviceable materials and stacking of serviceable materials to be used or auctioned upto a lead of 1000metres including removal and disposal of top organic soil not exceeding 150mm in thickness as per Clause 201 of MoRT&H Specifications for Road & Bridge works (5th Revision) & including cost of all labour, T&P etc complete and as per direction of Engineer in Charge.

Unit Sqm Scarifying and removing the existing bituminous road surface to the required depth as per approved drawing and technical specifications and disposal of scarified materials within all lifts and lead upto 1000mtr. complete in all respect as per Section 900, Clause 305.4.3, 305.8, 305.9.5, 501.8.3.2, 501.8.7.2 and 501.8.8.1 of MoRT&H Specifications for Road & Bridge works (5th Revision) & including cost of all labour, T&P, royalty etc complete and as per direction of Engineer in Charge.

Unit Sqm Reworking the scarified bituminous surface suitably after supplementing the base materials with sand and compacting finished surface as per approved drawing and technical specifications as per Section 900, Clause 501.8.3.2 and 501.8.8.1 of MoRT&H Specifications for Road & Bridge works (5th Revision) and as per direction of Engineer in Charge.

Unit Cum Earth work in excavation in all kinds of soil for road works with hydraulic excavator of 0.9 Cum bucket capacity including cutting and loading in tippers as per drawing and technical specification, including setting out, dressing of section to correct line, level, grade & camber for road work or dressing of sides and bottom for foundation of structures and loading into tippers, transporting to embankment site within all lifts and lead upto 1000mtr. and utilising the surplus earth locally for road work wherever required, backfilling the excavation earth to the extent required etc complete in all respect as per clause 301 & 304 of Specification for road & bridge work of MORT&H (5th Revision) & Direction of Engineer in charge.

Unit Cum Providing and laying Granular Sub base with Grading VI stone screening materials as per Table 400 1 as per approved drawing and technical specifications complete in all respect as per Section 900 and Clause 401 of MoRT&H Specifications for Road & Bridge works (5th Revision) & including cost & conveyance of all materials, labour, T&P, royalty etc complete and as per direction of Engineer in Charge.

Unit Cum Providing Wet Mix Macadam using crushed stone aggregates as per approved drawing and technical specifications complete in all respect as per Section 900 and Clause 406 of MoRT&H Specifications for Road & Bridge works (5th Revision) & including cost & conveyance of all materials, labour, T&P, royalty etc complete and as per direction of Engineer in Charge.

Unit Sqm Providing and applying primer coat with slow setting bitumen emulsion on prepared surface of granular base, including clearing road surface and spraying primer using mechanical means as per approved drawing and technical specifications complete in all respect as per Section 900, Clause 501.5.2 & 502 of MoRT&H Specifications for Road & Bridge works (5th Revision) & including cost & conveyance of all materials, labour, T&P etc complete and as per direction of Engineer in Charge.

Unit Sqm Providing and applying tack coat with rapid setting bitumen emulsion on the prepared bituminous/ granular surface including cleaning with mechanical broom and spraying bitumen emulsion using mechanical means as per approved drawing and technical specifications complete in all respect as per Section 900, Clause 501.5.2 & 503 of MoRT&H Specifications for Road & Bridge works (5th Revision) & including cost & conveyance of all materials, labour, T&P etc complete and as per direction of Engineer in Charge.

Unit Sqm Providing Tack coat with straight run Bitumen on prepared bituminous surface with bitumen emulsion (RS) and spreading @ 0.30kg per sqm using mechanical means as per Technical Specifications and as per Clause 501 & 503 of MoRT&H Specifications for Road & Bridge works (5th Revision) including cost, conveyance & other taxes of materials, cost of labour, machinery, T&P etc complete and as per direction of Engineer in Charge.

Unit Sqm Providing and laying 25 mm thick mastic asphalt wearing course with paving grade bitumen meeting the requirements given in Table 500 29, prepared by using mastic cooker and laid to required level and slope after cooking the surface,including providing anti skid surface with bitumen precoated fine grained hard stone chipping of 13.2 mm nominal size at the rate of 0.005 cum per 10 sqm and an approximate spacing of 10 cm center to center in both directio, pressed into surface when the temperature of surfaces is not less than 100° C ,protruding 1 mm to 4 mm over mastic surface including cost, conveyance, royality of all materials & cost of all labour, machinery etc complete as per Clause 516 of MoRT&H Specifications for Road & Bridge works (5th Revision).
