1. Erection and dismantling of boring plant including all arrangement for the transportation of the boring equipment to site of work from the store of contractor at site and back are to be made by the contractor at his own cost. All rates should be quoted for supplying the material at site of work. Pits for collection of Water and Water for drilling tube-well be arranged by the firm/ contractor at site at his own cost.

2. In case the bore is converted into a tube-well payment of bore shall be made up to the bail plug plus margin (7% of main bore drilling or as actual as per field requirement whichever is less) required for sustaining the main bore. The test bore beyond margin shall be paid at the rate of test bore drilling.

Making electric Logging of borehole with electronic well logger including cost of equipment at site etc.complete in all respect.

Supplying, lowering of MS Pipe as per IS:4270-2001 including MS sockets having dimensions as per IS code duly welded with MS electrode to have extra strength to lower the pipe into tubewell bore.

(c) 200 mm steel strainer (weight 33.6 kg per meter) 6.4 mm thickness

Supplying, fixing, lowering of Stainless Steel Cage type wire wound screen as per IS:8110-2000 or latest ISI marked Duly welded with suitable grade S.S welding electrode to lower the strainer into tubewell bore.

200mm Steel strainer (slot size 0.75mm) 6.3 mm thickness

Supplying, fixing and lowering of stainless steel socket as per IS 8110-2000 or latest, ISI marked duly welded with suitable grade SS welding electrode to lower the strainer into tubewell bore complete in all respect.

Supplying at quarry site of gravel of 1/16" to 1/8" sizes including pouring and packing in the annular space between the pipes assembly and the bore.The gravel should be free from, dust,dirt, or the vegetable manner as per IS 4097/1967 with latest amendments .( to be paid as per actual length of pipe)

Supplying and fixing Mild steel centering guide made out of 32mm x 6mm thick M.S. bar complete in all respects.

Testing of water sample for Heavy metal from approved laboratory (Toxic material such as Arsenic, lead, mercury, pesticide etc.)

Development and Stabilizing of the tubewell with air compressor of required capacity as directed by the engineer-in- charge including cost of tools, appliances & consumable to the satisfaction of Engineer-in-charge.

Construction of One No. RCC OHSR having capacity 25 KL (25,000 ltrs) height 18.70 mtr. up to FSL & 17.00 mtr. up to sill level ( 1.50 mtr. Ht. increase to maintain the minimum terminal head ) from formation level complete with external RCC stair case with landing slabs at each staging RCC roof, ventilator single man hole cover lightening conductor, aluminium ladder inside tank portion etc. complete as decribed in schedule No. 3. Providing & fixing CI/D/F expansion joint conforming to IS -1536-1989 or latest and bail mouth and D/F puddle collars as per DWSS design, Duck foot bends conforming to ISI-13382 and CI/DF sluice Valve duly ISI marked ( IS 14846-2000 or latest) one each with inlet, outlet and scour pipes including providing and installing intel, outlet, scour pipes and overflow DI double flanged pressure pipes horizontally cast in sand moudls as per IS 8329-2000 and latest duly ISI marked from bottom dome to duck foot bend and further up to 2.75 mtr as per detail specification. Rough grassing including uprooting rank vegetation and weeds by digging the area to a depth ofd 15 cm, removing all weeds and other growth with roots by forking repeatedly,breaking clods,mixing fertilizer,levelling and dressing for planting new grass,including disposal of all rubbish with all leads and lifts,planting doob grass in rows 15 cm apart in both directions,watering and maintenance till first mowing.

Digging of pits in all kinds of soil & refilling the same,with the excavated earth mixed with well decayed farm yard maure @30%of pit volume and insecticide for termite control

Suppyling and planting permanent tress in prepared pits and watering
