Preparation and Submission of Design & Detail Drawing for Piles with reinforcement of below mentioned Buildings, including approval of the same from IIT/EIL/IAVL/BandR, installation of Pile including supplying of M35 grade concrete with bi-polar corrosion inhibitor as per approved design mix , lifting of free issue TMT bars from B&R Store, supplying of minimum 18 gauge black soft annealed SWG wire used for binding of reinforcement bars, cutting, bending, fabrication and lowering of reinforcement cage for Piles, Dewatering, Excavation, Pile Cap breaking, Carrying out of required number of Test Pile for Initial & Working Test (Vertical and Laterial)of the same and Pile Intigrity Test (PIT) on 100% working Piles, as per the relevent IS Code,all complete, supplying of all materials (except TMT bars), labour, all equipments like hydraulic piling rig etc., preparation of internal constructions approaches, as required, as per Tender Document and Technical Secifciation on Lump Sum Basis at Crude Oil Import Terminal (COIT) Project, NRL, Paradip

Installation of BCIS RCC piles(maximum depth 26m from COL) including following scope as per GFC drawing and approved specifications;

Cost of Reinforcement Steel / TMT Bar for RCC Piles, Pile Cap, Raft / Ring Wall etc. for 14 Nos. Tank Foundations .( This amount is being considered only for Evaluation purpose. But order has to be placed for the amount quoted based on SL. No. 1.00 only. ) .( This amount is being considered only for Evaluation purpose. Note : The above rate shall be inclusive of all taxes & duties, Royalties, Cess, Environmental & Pollution, Finess & Safety Clearance Charges (if Any), or other incidental Charges (if any), or any other incidental charges etc. but excluding GST.
