Supplying, fabricating and fixing in position of mild steel door with single/double shutters using M.S angle of size 40 x 40 x 6mm for outer frames and 35 x 35 x 5mm for shutter frames, fully covered with M.S sheet of 18 gauge with M.S flat of size 32 x 6 mm for internal stiffners and one number of aldrop , two numbers of tower bolts, holdfasts, hinges, handles etc., including providing one coat of red oxide primer. The rates shall inclusive of cost of all materials labour charges for fixing the door in position by dismantling the masonry, concrete etc. and redoing the same to the original condition duly packed with concrete etc., complete. Weathering course in Brick jelly and lime concrete using broken brick jelly of size 20 mm uniform gauge in pure slacked lime ( no sand to be used ) the proportion of brick jelly to lime being 32:12.5 by volume laid over the RCC roof slab in a single layer of required design , slope and finished thickness by beating the concrete with wooden and beaters of approved pattern keeping the surface constantly wet by springing lime Jaggery water etc,. complete as per standard specification and as directed by the Engineer incharge.TNDSS NO.46JG

Finishing the top of Roof with one course of machine pressed tiles of size ( 23x23x2 cm ) approved quality in C.M. 1:3 - 12 mm thick mixed with water proofing compoud confirming to IS @ 2 % by weight of cement used and the joints pointed neatly to full depth of tiles with the same cement mortar mixed with red oxide and water proofing compound including curing etc,. complete complying with Standard Specification TNDSS NO.46JG

Painting two coats of newly plastered wall surface with ready mixed plastic emulsion paint of first class quality and of approved colour over a priming coat including thorough scrapping, clean removal of dirt, and including necessary plaster of paris, putty, wherever required etc., complete complying with standard specification. Construction of RCC spiral Staircase in RCC 1:1.5:3 (1 Cement : 1.5 Sand : 3 Coarse Aggregate ) using 20mm HBGS of 1.80m diameter of required height for approach to the roof of Service Reservoir with RCC Handrails including earthwork excavation, providing CC 1:4:8 mix, RCC footing 1:1.5:3 mix, GL platform etc., and also including cost of steel reinforcement, fabrication charges, scaffolding, centering, precasting charges, cement, painting etc., complete as per standard specifications and as directed by departmental Engineer. The staircase shall be braced to the column of service reservoir at suitable interval.(in the BOQ, quantity column the exact height to be mentioned from GL to roof slab bottom to get total value of work to be done) vide separate estimate

Providing and fixing of RCC inner access ladder in RCC 1:1.5:3 using 20mm HBG stone for O.H.T including cost of Reinforecement placing grill in the possition centering and shuttering charges mixing concrete curing etc to required height clear width of 45 cm consisting of 2nos vertical post of 10 x 15cm and step slab of 25 x 25mm etc completely and as directed by Town panchayat Engineers.

Providing PVC ventilating arrangements mosquito proof nylon net with 110mm PVC cowl and as directed by departmental Engineers.

Providng manhole cover of size 0.60 x 0.60m in RCC 1:1.5:3 with suitable reinforecement and 50 x 50 x 6 mm M.S angle fixed along edges and as directed by departmental officers.

Drilling of Borewells anywhere in Tamilnadu including transportation from one place to another with in Tamilnadu in alluvial soil sedimentary strata of clay and sand stone shale pebbles boulders etc. By first taking a pilot bore of 150 mm/200mm dia and then enlarging to required dia direct or reverse rotary mud circulation method using rotary rigs fuel, labour and drilling bentonite and water required for drilling at site. Site will be shown by the TWAD Board officers including construction of mud pit. - Drilling of 150/200 mm pilot bore - Upto 60 m Depth ending below ground level

Labour charges for the erection of submersible pumpset 15HP in borewell/openwell including fixing and jointing submersible cable withproper clamps upto the starter to required depth and also fixing of riser pipes to the required depth valves erection clamps, pressure gauges upto the exterior wall of pump room and erection of panel board consisting of TPICN switches starter, voltmeter, Ammeter, three pilot (indicating) lamps capacitor single phasing preventor, water level guard and laying and jointing the cables and twin earthing as per IE rules etc., complete and testing the pumpset and trail run for 10 days
