Providing of 12 mm thick palmative packing to be used for various horizontal pumps and sluice valves at various water lift stations of Mughal Gardens
Repairing/rectification of leakage to the MS rising main 300mm ND outside Water Lift Scheme Shalimar by way of excavation of earth in hard and soft around the damaged portion of the pipe by means of manual labour, all leads and lifts thereof for exposing the damaged portion of the pipe. The job includes the making an appropriate size opening /window, if required, on top surface of the pipe using oxy-acetylene gas cutter to make easy access of the welding towards the cracked spot. Welding of the cracked portion from inside of the pipe and then refitting the cut portion /window on top surface of the pipe by double row electric arc welding. Finally, the testing of the pipe on full load for a period of about 2 to 3 hours and then refilling back the excavated soil in trench. All the material, tools, tackles, skilled/ unskilled labours, electricity or D.G set, what so ever required for the execution of the job has to be arranged by the firm.
