REPAIR / MAINT OF DG SETS AND ALLIED WORKS UNDER GE (AWC) MHOW.

Disconnection of electric connections from DG set of capacity 15 to 62.5 KVA, 3 Phase of any description and in any position, decoupling the engine from alternator unit for servicing, taking out & removing unserviceable/defective parts/spares, cleaning, servicing, de-scaling of water jackets, oiling and greasing of necessary parts, refixing the serviceable parts in position after servicing, replacement of unserviceable parts including draining-out of existing engine oil and filling new engine oil of same grade and filters, refixing of all accessories , make funtional and testing on full load complete all as directed at site. Note. (i) The quoted rates of the contractor includes for fixing the serviceable parts in position and replacement of unserviceable parts with new parts. The new replaced parts shall be measured and paid for separately under respective items of Sch `A’ as `Supply only ‘ to the extent covered under the respective supply only items here-in- after but quoted rates are inclusive of replacement of small/minor parts such as nuts, bolts, washers, locking nuts, small springs, `O’ rings, screws/gaskets/ packing /studs etc. (ii) Engine oil shall be drained out carefully, collected by the contractor in his own suitable containers and stored properly for checking serviceability including cleaning of oil sump by pouring kerosene oil all as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. (iii) Fresh engine oil replaced for DG sets shall be supplied by the contractor as “ Supply only” and shall be measured and paid separately under respective item of Sch ‘A’ . However, cost of filling is deemed to be included under the rates quoted by the contractor for above item.

Taking down unserviceable self starter 24 Volts for servicing and replacement of old carbon brushes, bendex, bearing and contact blades etc and refixing after servicing and replacement of unsv parts. capacity 160 KVA to 320 KVA DG Set

Taking down unserviceable self starter 12 Volts for servicing and replacement of old carbon brushes, benteak, bearing and contact blades etc and re fixing after servicing and replacement of unsv parts capacity 30 KVA to 125 KVA DG Set

Repair /servicing and replacement of AMF panel of 100 KVA to 320 KVA DG Set . Note:- Spare parts shall be measured and paid separately under respective items of schedule.

Supply only temprature Gauge measure upto 0- 120 as per sample of engine control panel .

Supply only hours meter as per sample of engine control panel .

Supply only Ampere meter to measure 0-500 Amps as per sample of engine control panel .

Supply only Key starter as per sample of engine control panel .

Supply only amf Genset controller ECON-A. Make : MRM Procom Pvt Ltd, or equivalent as approved by GE.

Taking down radiator assembly from engine mounting by opening water hoses & nut bolt, Cleaning of radiator from inside and outside with anti rust solution, Checking the radiator by filling water and repairing for any leakage by brazing the radiator and ensure for no leakage. refixing the radiator at place including water hoses and replacement of unserviceable parts up to 125 KVA capacity DG set. Note:-Spare parts shall be measured and paid seperately under respective items.

Supply only V-belt BX-40 of radiator .for 100 to 500 KVA DG Set make :- Faral

Supply only V-belt AVX 3/1562 of radiator for 100 to 500 KVA DG Set make :- Faral.

Supply only water coolant solution of radiator for 100 to 500 KVA DG Set . .

Repair of armature by rewinding with the enamelled copper winding wire 2 to 4 Kg of existing gauge and connecting at position, testing & commissioning of DG set to the entire satisfaction of Engr-in-Charge.

Material & labour for compressure unit complete by taking out & removing unserviceable/defective parts/spares,cleaning,servicing ,overhauling and refixing the same making funtional ,testing as directed by Engr-in -Charge.

Material & labour for washing pump unit complete by taking out & removing unserviceable/defective parts/spares,cleaning,servicing ,overhauling and refixing the same making funtional ,testing as directed by Engr-in -Charge.

Supply and fix switch mode power supply electronic battery charger panel mounting of capacity 24 volt 180 AH and dismantling old one complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix Automatic Voltage Regulator with voltage /stability/Fro adjustment for 30 to 500 KVA DG Set all as per Kirloskar, Cat Part No. 2H.811.32.0.00 TVAR20 or equivalent model in other makes specified complete all as specified and as directed.

Maintenance free Lead acid battery 12 volt 180 AH complete all as specified and as directed. Make:- Exide/Amron
