Construction Work of Canteen at Govt. Medical College Campus Saharanpur District Saharanpur

Excavation in foundations in ordinary soil (Loam clay or sand) including lift upto 1.5 m (5 fts.) and lead upto 30 mt. (100 fts.) & including filling, watering and ramming of excavated earth into the trenches or into the space between the building and the sides of foundation trenches or into the plinth and removal and disposal of surplus earth as directed by the Engineer-Incharges upto a distance of 30mt. (100 fts) from the foundation trenches.

Providing and laying cement concrete 1:4:8 (1 cement :4 coarse sand :8 graded Stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size) including supply of all materials, labour T & P rtc required for proper completion of the work and curing complete also including cost of formwork in foundation & floors.

Excavating, supplying, stacking and filling of local earth (including royalty) by mechanical transport upto a lead of 5km also including ramming and watering of the earth in layers not exceeding 20 cm in foundation trenches, plinth, sides of foundation etc. complete for all lift.

Local Sand filling in plinth and trenches including supply of Coarse sand including watering, dressing etc rate to include cost of all materials labour T & P etc required for proper completion of work.

Providing and injecting chemical emulsion for preconstructional antitermite treatment Treatment of soil along external perimeter of building 7.5 liters/sqm. (5) Treatment of soil under apron along external perimter 5 liters/sqm.

R.C.C. work with cement approved coarse sand and 2 cm. guage approved stone grit in the proportion of 1:1.5:3 (1 cement : 1.5 coarse sand :3 stone aggregaet) in Footing excluding supply of reinforcement and its fixing and binding the same with 24 BWG binding wire and excluding necessary centering and shuttering etc. including supply of all materials, labour and tools and plants etc, required for proper completion of the works M-20.

R.C.C. work with cement approved coarse sand and 2 cm. guage approved stone grit in the proportion of 1:1.5:3As in item above but in R.C.C. Beam having strength not less than M-20.

P/F Mild steel or iron in plain work such as reinforced concrete or reinforced, brick work (when not included in over all rates ) wrought to required shape as necessary including bending for proper completion of the work and including supply of all steel and and over lapping & hooks.

M-150 brick work in 1:6 cement and coarse sand of 2.25 F.M. mortar in foundation and plinth including supply of all materials, labour, tools and plants etc. required for proper completion of the work. (1:6 cement & coarse sand)
