Taking down Chowkhats or frames not exc. 1.5 sq. m each with shutters (without taking off shutters from the frames) and Removing to or from store.

M&L For Roughening surfaces of old concrete floor by picking, sweeping clean and washing down with water to remove dust, etc

M&L for sand filling under foundations,flooring,etc,including watering and consolidation.

M & L for P.C.C 1:4:8, D2 type using 40mm graded aggregated Cement concrete in foundations,filling and mass concrete in foundation.

M&L for cement concrete in foundation ,filling and mass concrete typeB1 1:2:4 using 20mm aggregate.

Material and Labour for RCC 1:1.5:3 type A1 using 20 mm aggregate for plinth beam Foundations, including rafts, footings, foundation beams; plinth beams; bases for columns, etc.; basement slabs, under-reamed piles and mass concrete.
