Providing Comprehensive Housekeeping, Cleaning, Sweeping, Wet & Dry Mopping, Dusting, Scrubbing, Washing, Sanitization, Disinfection, Toilet & Washroom Cleaning, Glass Cleaning, Removal of Cobwebs, Waste Collection, Segregation, Handling and Disposal within the designated collection point, upkeep of office premises, corridors, staircases, verandahs, parking areas, common areas and all allied housekeeping services, including supply and use of all labour, supervisors, uniforms, identity cards, PPE, cleaning tools, machinery, equipment, ladders, trolleys, vacuum cleaners, scrubber/dryer machines, high-pressure jet (where required), mops, buckets, brushes, wipers, dusters, microfiber cloths, brooms, dustbins, garbage bags, disinfectants, phenyl, floor cleaner, toilet cleaner, glass cleaner, detergent, bleaching powder, sodium hypochlorite solution, hand wash, air freshener, deodorizer, furniture polish, metal polish, cleaning acids (where approved), stain removers, sanitizers, tissue paper, urinal cubes, naphthalene balls, consumables and all other materials, chemicals and equipment required for proper execution of the work complete, including transportation, loading/unloading, storage, replacement of defective materials, compliance with safety norms and all statutory obligations such as minimum wages, EPF, ESI, Bonus, Leave Wages, Labour Welfare Fund, insurance, taxes, duties, GST, service charges and all incidental expenses complete as per the Tender Document, HPPWD General Conditions of Contract (GCC), Special Conditions, Scope of Work and directions of the -in-Charge.
